29/10/2025: I think it's one of the best gelato shops in Turin. Few outsiders would bet on the quality, but the gelato is actually top-notch, both the fruit and the creamy flavors. It's a shame they no longer make the walnut flavor, because it's my favorite. The other flavors also taste truly authentic, and the portions are decent, unlike more and more gelato shops that have drastically reduced the serving sizes.

15/03/2026: The pinsas are truly delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is also truly beautiful, with its exposed brick vaults. I didn't give the ambiance the maximum star rating because the only small suggestion I can make is about ventilation. When we left the restaurant, we had a strong oven smell on our clothes. Again, this is a criticism I hope you'll take favorably, as the food is excellent, the value is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

09/12/2025: The artisanal gelato is very, very good. My favorite flavor is the Tosca and Pistachio, and they're a breathtaking combo. The place is very nice and clean. They deserve all 5 stars.
28/10/2025: A pleasant discovery. Excellent artisanal ice cream shop, with a discreet owner. My favorite flavor is Vissi D'arte. I highly recommend trying it to believe it.

15/02/2026: It was a lovely stay, quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and efficient... Above all, very patient with our needs. The room (133) was lovely, spacious, and clean. The sweets at breakfast were very welcome. It wasn't very extensive, and the drinks (coffee, cappuccinos, etc.) weren't from vending machines, but served directly from the bar! They were plentiful and delicious.

Authentic, genuine cuisine that you'll remember fondly, excellent service, and fair prices.
Attention to detail, like the cover charge with very good bread and breadsticks (which isn't the case, however), customer service without stress and persistence in offering.
Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.

05/04/2026: The experience at Ciabot d'Gianduia was truly excellent. We started with the veal with tuna sauce, truly excellent: tender meat and a balanced sauce.
The plin with three roasts was extraordinary, with a flavorful filling and expertly made pasta. The taglierin with ragù was delicious.
To conclude, the bonet was the icing on the cake: creamy, intense, and prepared according to tradition.
Attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere complete an experience I absolutely recommend. I'll definitely be back!
21/03/2026: A "workers' lunch" with very good food. We'll definitely be back to try the à la carte menu. The price is reasonable for the excellent quality of the food and the bottle of wine.
