02/05/2025: BAD, very bad! We went for lunch on a day when there weren't many people, in fact, there were few occupied tables. Despite this, I was served a first and only appetizer (Goma Wakame) 5 minutes after ordering, but subsequently both I and my table mates were served half an hour later, perhaps even more! It is unacceptable. All for simple appetizers (the filled ravioli arrived after half an hour, in fact, but for the subsequent courses I had to wait another 10 minutes!). Once the appetizers were finished, we received some nighiri which to define as COLD is an understatement (in fact they seemed to have come out of the freezer...). They were inedible. The rest was sufficient/fair, something good. It's not the Shabu I remembered, unfortunately. Until 1 year ago it was, in my opinion, the best AYCE in Varese, but after the last experience I had to change my mind. Terrible service and sufficient quality (maybe not even). €25 wasted.. I hope it was a random disservice, but this was our experience. I'm ready to change my mind and leave him a new and nicer review, but we definitely won't be going back anytime soon.

13/04/2025: This Japanese restaurant is one of my favorite places. The food is always excellent: authentic dishes, with attention to detail and prepared with quality ingredients. The environment is intimate, small but very comfortable, with an intimate atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and attentive, always with a smile. My favorite dish? Without a doubt the udon - warm, enveloping, just the right amount of flavour. A real treat. It's the classic place you willingly return to, because you know it will never disappoint you.

09/05/2025: When I showed up to buy 6 takeaway croissants around 10 in the morning a few years ago, I was told that it wasn't possible because we had to guarantee breakfast to those who consumed coffee or, I suppose, something else on site in addition to the croissant. Bad experience for a bar that shouldn't have any limits considering the costs. Never again!

10/04/2025: Tutto davvero ottimo, pizze salate con vastissima scelta di gusti molto buone e anche le pizze dolci sono davvero squisite!! Sopratutto sono rimasta molto contenta per la vasta scelta di gusti anche dolci, ce ne sono davvero tantissimi e uno più buono dell’altro!! Nutella, kinder bueno, pan di stelle, pistacchio, cannolo al pistacchio, crema catalana, crema chantilly con fragole/cioccolato, crema tipo delizia al limone e tanti altri. Anche gli impasti delle pizze dolci sono diversi: sfoglia, impasto pizza, pan di Spagna.. Ho mangiato a sazietà e mi sono tolta la voglia di dolce sbizzarrendomi tra tutti i gusti. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, il personale si è mostrato gentile e disponibile. Per quanto mi riguarda preferisco di gran lunga venire a mangiare qui la pizza rispetto che andare in un ristorante dove mangio una sola pizza, dolce a parte e spendo il doppio!!! Complimenti ci torneremo molto presto!

07/04/2025: Se potessi dare zero stelle, lo farei senza esitare. Giro pizza? Più che altro un giro di scuse. Abbiamo chiesto più volte notizie della nostra pizza, ci veniva ripetuto ogni volta: “È in forno, sta arrivando”. Dopo mezz’ora, indovinate? La pizza non è mai arrivata. Nemmeno un “ci dispiace”, solo un imbarazzante: “Era nuova la collega”, come se fosse una scusa sufficiente per prendere in giro i clienti. Nel frattempo, altri tavoli venivano serviti senza problemi, mentre noi restavamo a fissare i piatti vuoti e a sentire odore di pizza… ma solo da lontano. Non basta avere un forno acceso per fare ristorazione. Qui si sono bruciati tutto: la nostra fiducia, il nostro tempo, i nostri soldi e la reputazione del locale. Non torneremo mai più. E no, non è colpa della collega nuova. È colpa vostra.

08/05/2025: Good all you can eat dinner menu for 30€, with a lot of different option to choose from. Fish tastes fresh and good, sashimi very good too.

01/02/2025: I booked a pizza for 7.30pm and went to the pizzeria on time. They made me wait 10 minutes, even though my pizza was already ready on the counter. Meanwhile, another customer came in and was served immediately, despite having arrived after me. I find this treatment really disrespectful towards those who book in advance and show up on time. Not only was a cold pizza delivered to me, but I also witnessed service management that does not take into account the order of arrival of customers. I really hope they can improve the organization and attention to customers, because these situations negatively affect the overall experience.

03/05/2025: NICE PLACE WITH RIGHT COLORS OK VERY KIND SERVICE QUALITY FOOD I HAD ALREADY BEEN THERE PREVIOUSLY BUT THIS TIME I HAVE TO SAY THAT THERE IS A FLAX... THE FLAW IS THAT IT IS POOR: I GOT THE PACCHERI WITH GUAZZETTO, VERY GOOD, NOTHING TO SAY, BUT 6 PACCHERI IN ONE DISH IS REALLY MISERABLE. YOU WOULD SAY GOURMET DISH BUT YOU SHOULD LEAVE THE RESTAURANT NOT HUNGRY. HERE WE SHOULD CORRECT THIS I WOULD SAY PRETTY IMPORTANT SIDE.
