02/05/2025: BAD, very bad! We went for lunch on a day when there weren't many people, in fact, there were few occupied tables. Despite this, I was served a first and only appetizer (Goma Wakame) 5 minutes after ordering, but subsequently both I and my table mates were served half an hour later, perhaps even more! It is unacceptable. All for simple appetizers (the filled ravioli arrived after half an hour, in fact, but for the subsequent courses I had to wait another 10 minutes!). Once the appetizers were finished, we received some nighiri which to define as COLD is an understatement (in fact they seemed to have come out of the freezer...). They were inedible. The rest was sufficient/fair, something good. It's not the Shabu I remembered, unfortunately. Until 1 year ago it was, in my opinion, the best AYCE in Varese, but after the last experience I had to change my mind. Terrible service and sufficient quality (maybe not even). €25 wasted.. I hope it was a random disservice, but this was our experience. I'm ready to change my mind and leave him a new and nicer review, but we definitely won't be going back anytime soon.

13/04/2025: This Japanese restaurant is one of my favorite places. The food is always excellent: authentic dishes, with attention to detail and prepared with quality ingredients. The environment is intimate, small but very comfortable, with an intimate atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and attentive, always with a smile. My favorite dish? Without a doubt the udon - warm, enveloping, just the right amount of flavour. A real treat. It's the classic place you willingly return to, because you know it will never disappoint you.

27/06/2025: My favorite place for hot choco and briosche when in Ponte Tresa. Best hot choco of my life. 👌 Service was quick and the staff is always friendly. It’s also pretty and nicely decorated. Also their desserts are must try! Everything is done with quality.

02/06/2025: The price seemed quite high, almost like the typical Swiss price for a cross-border purchase, but the quality and selection of coffee was excellent. The chocolate wasn't exactly my taste, but I'll definitely be back to explore other options.

08/07/2025: A wonderful location for aperitifs with friends or as a couple, but also suitable for small parties. The food and drinks are good, and the service is professional.

26/06/2025: Spectacular venue in a secluded street. Excellent food, welcoming and attentive staff. I can't evaluate the bill because I was a guest, but I don't think it's a determining factor for the quality of the service provided.

19/05/2025: Non ci siamo trovati bene sconsiglio a mio parere il posto. In Varese c’è tanto di meglio. Sia come prezzo che come qualità dei taglieri. Personale potrebbe fare di meglio anche in gentilezza oltre che chiarezza.

01/05/2025: Disappointing experience. There were four of us but there were only three chairs at the table. I politely asked to take one temporarily from inside (where there were many free), saying that I would immediately put it back in its place. However, the lady was very rigid and not very accommodating, saying that if they gave us one more then they would "be left stranded". Truly an exaggerated attitude, especially given that there were many chairs available.

14/06/2025: Very good ice cream, the sorbet flavors (even for those who are lactose intolerant) highly recommended, very fresh and light. If you are in Gallarate, stop by, it will be worth it.

09/06/2025: Very nice place and very kind staff. Overall fair price. Quite a wide variety of ice cream flavors, the fruit flavors are all presented as "Sorbets". The "Mango Sorbet" flavor was good, the pistachio left me a little perplexed, it tasted a lot like milk.

13/06/2025: Si conferma la qualità di questa catena, servizio veloce, grande varietà sia di pizze salate che dolci. Dato che fa anche asporto, meglio non andare tra le 19:30 e le 20:30 perchè il servizio al tavolo è più rallentato…

29/04/2025: Grande varietà di pizze salate e dolci. C'è l'imbarazzo della scelta e mangi finchè non ce la fai più! Le pizze mi sono piaciute moltissimo, una più buona dell'altra e non restano alte, il che mi ha permesso di non sentirmi subito piena. Ritorneremo sicuramente presto: assolutamente consigliato!!

01/02/2025: I booked a pizza for 7.30pm and went to the pizzeria on time. They made me wait 10 minutes, even though my pizza was already ready on the counter. Meanwhile, another customer came in and was served immediately, despite having arrived after me. I find this treatment really disrespectful towards those who book in advance and show up on time. Not only was a cold pizza delivered to me, but I also witnessed service management that does not take into account the order of arrival of customers. I really hope they can improve the organization and attention to customers, because these situations negatively affect the overall experience.
