01/04/2024: Had dinner alone in 15 minutes because I was passing through, I rarely write reviews but in this case I really feel like writing you a few lines. Dinner €30 without drinks. Okay. Classic sushi place, open for a few years and nothing has changed in recent years. Usual menu with torn and worn pages. We are in 2024. I understand that buying 300 tablets with related applications is a significant expense economically but many other places offer solutions for ordering from your phone. Honestly, touching the dirty menu and pens touched by other people and then getting up again and going to wash your hands is not very comfortable. But oh well. I ordered and everything arrived very quickly. Yes but why? Most of the nighiri were at room temperature, the fish must be kept in the fridge! The mise en place is fine but with criteria. Beyond the bacteriological risks, do you have any idea how disgusting it is to eat non-cold sushi? With hot tuna or salmon at room temperature (18/20 degrees) The waiters' station with the sauce pumps is not refrigerated. I ordered 6 different types of uramaki. You can't distinguish the flavours, seriously, it felt like I was eating the same thing with no differences, i.e. rice. Rice yes but not sushi rice, it is a very cheap boiled rice but not sushi rice. I really hate people who tell others how to work, but yours is truly a joke. 30 euros for eating in an all you can eat 6 uramaki of really poor quality is too much. There are other even smaller, all-you-can-eat restaurants where they also focus on quality and not quantity. I am writing the negative review because one is willing to pay even more for a fixed price menu. But the stuff has to be good. And someone has to tell you. Change the fryer oil more often! And to top it off, there was no hand soap in the men's bathroom, I had to go into the women's bathroom for some soap.
