05/11/2025: Just had a lunch break with colleagues and I had their piadina made with pizza dough, crispy and delicious. I recommend the Bronte; I would have eaten another one without a problem... truly exceptional. The people who work there are courteous and cheerful, great! Highly recommended!

23/07/2025: I've always ordered pizza, and I have to say it's improved a lot in the last two years.
But lately, my partner and I have been running to the bathroom after eating pizza because of stomach pain. I can understand the possibility of intolerance, but it happens to both of us.
I wouldn't want it to be the water for the dough; obviously, it's used from the tap, and that's normal.
Anyway, I've noticed for a couple of months now that running to the bathroom after eating pizza has become a habit.
10/07/2025: Local small pizzeria. Friendly staff, speaks English. We paid €20 for 2 pizzas (30cm each) and 1 coke. Very cheap comparing to other locations.

19/12/2025: I'm completely satisfied with the quality, courtesy, and cleanliness of this restaurant. I go at least a couple of times a week on different days and at different times. The menu is exceptional, varied, and the ingredients are excellent. All, and I repeat, all, the staff are welcoming, helpful, and polite. I can only recommend it because it's a guarantee.

23/09/2025: We went, 4 + 1, for a business lunch with a client on the terrace.
The music (for 13-year-olds) was so loud it was hard to talk: they were kind enough to turn it down upon request.
The table was set for 5, but a glass was missing; I asked for it twice, but it arrived on the third trip.
I ordered an 18-euro hamburger, specifying VERY rare: it arrived with a piece of bacon wrapped in a soggy bun, and the bacon was a bit shuddery. Besides the "sottiletta," there were no other ingredients. The fries in the paper bag were overly salty.
After we finished eating, it took 14 minutes before they cleared the table, and the place was practically empty.
Never again, thanks.

01/10/2025: Beautiful ambiance, with tables arranged in a highly original and efficient way. In the center of the room is a large shallow pool filled with rocks and foam, creating a mystical and elegant atmosphere.
Friendly and efficient staff.
Ample privacy, thanks also to the table layout.
An excellent option for those who want an all-you-can-eat lunch but only want cooked fish.
Very good value for money.
28/09/2025: VERY LOW quality food, poor service (it's easier if there are no waiters). Unnecessary waits for quick meals (40 minutes), and the restaurant was empty, having been asked for it six different times.
The prices are below average, and there's a reason for that. The service has unpleasant odors. I ordered sorbets and coffees, and the sorbets arrived watered down and were even disgusting, while I think they're still trying to make the coffees. I reported the problem to the cashier, and there was no way to fix it, not even "I'll get you the coffees right away."
Pure dislike.
The owner should monitor the manager of Buguggiate, if there is one, because going forward, it won't last long. I'm sorry, the location is beautiful.

As the owner explained to us, there's no TV or music in his place, so customers can chat peacefully while enjoying excellent coffee and pastries.

06/10/2025: This all-you-can-eat restaurant is way too expensive for the quality it offers.
Unfortunately, we found a hair in one of the dishes, and shortly before, guests at another table called the waitress for the same problem. At this point, I'm starting to think there's a general lack of attention to hygiene in the kitchen.
Furthermore, they didn't apply any discounts to the bill to at least try to make up for this serious mistake.
The service is terrible. Hardly anyone speaks fluent Italian, so it's difficult to order and make yourself understood. In fact, we skipped dessert for this very reason.
I will definitely never return and I strongly advise against it!!!

11/08/2025: This was absolutely lovely! They have seven types of doughs, and 3-4 pages with different types of pizzas. I got the "carbon powder dough" with gorgonzola and spek, it was one of the most delicious pizzas I've ever had. Staff was friendly and kind. Highly recommend!
