21/02/2026: I've been frequenting this place for a while now, and it never disappoints. The coffee is always a great habit, but today I wanted to try the hot dog for the first time, and I loved it: tasty and well-prepared. The staff deserves special mention: even though the place is often crowded, they're always friendly, quick, and professional. It's a pleasure to stop here.

17/01/2026: I'd like to point out that I was wrong to approach the staff through the back door, but with complete politeness and respect, asking for a bag to take away my two-year-old son's leftover pizza. After a blonde woman was super kind and courteous, saying, "Sure, I'm coming," a brunette colleague of hers, who mostly works at the tobacconist's register, arrived immediately afterward, saying in an arrogant and aggressive manner, "You can ask for things from the counter." So far, everything's normal. The problem is that she immediately turned her back on me and closed the door in my face without even giving me a chance to apologize. I find this behavior absolutely unprofessional and grossly disrespectful. For a bar like this, it's a serious downfall; I'm shocked and disconcerted. I hope it was just a coincidence and that this attitude toward customers isn't a habit.

20/02/2026: Nice supermarket with ample parking very close to the entrance to the Lake Varese cycle path.

28/01/2026: Things have gotten much worse in recent months. The packaged/canned goods sections are often very messy or poorly stocked, and I'm not talking about midday, but also weekday mornings when you'd expect them to be restocked. The parking lot and outdoor areas are also quite neglected and dirty.

27/11/2025: We happened upon it by chance and were happy with the dishes (quality and quantity) and the welcome in this restaurant with its traditional flavour and atmosphere.

19/10/2025: I stumbled upon this trattoria somewhat by chance, and I have no regrets. I ate truly well and was welcomed by truly delightful people who are passionate about their craft. They explained the composition of their dishes (Romagnolo menu) and how to pair them, and, based on my tastes, they gave me excellent advice. I ordered a slice of beef served on a hot slab of Cervia salt. At first, I was surprised because it was raw, but when the owner set the plate down and said, "I'll let you work tonight," it brought a smile to my face, and I realized this was a special place. It's a truly wonderful and appreciated idea, allowing customers to cook their meat this way to their liking. The quality of the beef was, of course, excellent. I also had a delicious dessert: fior di latte ice cream with honey-caramelized chestnuts. I'll be back.

23/10/2025: Today these guys did something that wholeheartedly deserves this review. First of all, they make delicious pizza with excellent quality and a light dough that doesn't leave you feeling thirsty or bloated. Plus, they're always kind and smiling (which isn't always a given), but today they showed their professionalism. Since they couldn't serve us coffee due to an electrical outage (scheduled maintenance on their street), they gave us a discount on our bill and offered to take us to a nearby café. What can I say? We've already been back several times thanks to the deliciousness of their pizza, but now we'll never leave them again! Well done, well done, well done!

11/10/2025: We ordered 12 pizzas at 8:30 PM on Saturday night; I understand it's the weekend and there's an event in Milan, but it's currently 11:03 PM and we still haven't received anything. Every time we call, they're getting more ready, yet nothing.

10/11/2025: Almost in the city center. It's a shame about the unsavory crowd, especially in the evenings, perhaps attracted by the on-site bar. Personally, I don't think the decision to allow people with scooters or e-bikes into the store is correct; it's a matter of responsibility and safety, towards those entering on foot, like the rest of the universe. But perhaps these are unfamiliar areas.

17/04/2026: Cerinotti is the most beautiful place in all of Luino. Today I had an ice cream, it was a delight! The staff are all excellent. Today, Aurora and Ruby were really kind and helpful!

09/04/2026: Creamy cappuccinos and an excellent selection of filled croissants, especially on weekends. Friendly, always smiling staff. Fast and attentive service. I highly recommend this pastry shop.

09/11/2025: Disappointing gelato: the pistachio flavor was very sweet and tasteless, and unfortunately the fiordilatte flavor had a truly unpleasant taste, far from authentic. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

12/04/2026: Well, I have to be honest, the flavor and quality seemed good compared to many others where the flavor of the various rolls couldn't be distinguished. However, the service wasn't slow, but extremely slow. It was exhausting eating there. We probably only ate half of what we ordered. I already knew there was no point in a second round. After 40 minutes, only the tartare arrived. I definitely won't be back. I'd rather eat a single flavor of all the rolls than pay €25 and eat three dishes.
