Reading the negative ones, I shouldn't have gone to this place, but instead I went: I drank an excellent cappuccino The croissants were very good The staff were polite, attentive and kind. The bathroom is very clean, and this is not to be taken for granted since many of them have unusable toilets. The only flaw is the color of the bathroom tiles, dull green (obviously it's a joke)

27/02/2025: Had dinner with good pizzas both in terms of dough and ingredients, it was the first time I went to this place, I appreciated the fast and precise service. Pleasantly satisfied, I will certainly return, perhaps to try some dishes that I saw passing by in the very inviting room....

18/03/2025: I had the best breakfast in Gallarate! Excellent quality and even better service! Even though we arrived almost midday there was still a huge selection of brioches (each better than the other, light dough and with a good amount of very fresh filling)! Not to mention the pastries that I haven't tried yet but they look inviting. Super helpful and welcoming staff.

01/02/2025: I booked a pizza for 7.30pm and went to the pizzeria on time. They made me wait 10 minutes, even though my pizza was already ready on the counter. Meanwhile, another customer came in and was served immediately, despite having arrived after me. I find this treatment really disrespectful towards those who book in advance and show up on time. Not only was a cold pizza delivered to me, but I also witnessed service management that does not take into account the order of arrival of customers. I really hope they can improve the organization and attention to customers, because these situations negatively affect the overall experience.

24/10/2024: I wanted to say that I ordered two pizzas tonight and they were delicious. The quality of the products was good. They are very punctual and I highly recommend them.

16/03/2025: We went to try the new form of all you can eat menu, the food is excellent, in addition to the very good quality of the raw materials it is served in an aesthetic way, I highly recommend the tuna, a little less the prawns. All great except that at non-peak times you still have to wait more than 30 minutes between when you order and when the food arrives, furthermore the orders are still on paper, therefore more laborious and take longer to deliver. But all in all the quality of the food makes up for it.

13/03/2025: Unfortunately, our experience at Kisen was extremely disappointing. We ordered several dishes, but most never arrived. After an endless wait, we found ourselves with incomplete portions. The quality of the sushi was really poor: soft and loose rice, tasteless fish and questionable combinations. For an all you can eat restaurant with these prices, we expected at least a minimum of attention to quality and service, but none of this was respected. In the end we left dissatisfied and feeling like we had wasted our time and money. I don't recommend it at all.

13/01/2025: Antipasto buono e abbondante, primi e secondi deludenti. Tra l’antipasto e il primo abbiamo aspettato 90’ poiché dicevano che il ritardo era dovuto a una tavolata grande. Premesso che non dovrebbe essere una scusa, il tavolo di fianco a noi composto da gente abituale del posto e arrivato dopo ha terminato di cenare prima di noi. All’uscita i vestiti avevano un odore nauseabondo di fritto. Grande delusione. Non ci torneremo.
