24/09/2025: Poor quality/quantity, €3 for two measly scoops, even when it comes to gelato, the wealthy shopkeepers have become stingy.
From the reviews describing it as the best gelato in Milan, it's clear:
Either they're relatives
Or anything that resembles gelato
Or they eat it for free.
I don't want to advertise, but for those who truly want a sensory-taste experience, after 35 years in the city and as a gelato enthusiast, I'd like to point out that the best gelato is Massimo's, located in the Corso Sempione area, at Via L. Castelvetro 18. He's also tight-fisted, but his product is sublime. Highly recommended, even for expert gelato buffs.

13/09/2025: I've had very good ice cream at Elio twice. The prices are reasonable for Milan (€4 for three flavors), and the owner is very friendly. The pistachio ice cream was great, and all the other flavors I've had were also very good (Bacio, Nocciola).

Those Neapolitan-flavored ones are pure marketing compared to this.
29/10/2025: what a great find while I wait for my partner to return from a meeting. The pastries are truly delicious and fresh. I only tried what looked like a rolled pastry with the filling and it hit the spot. I also ordered an americano coffee and they give you the water so you can decide how strong you want it. Perfect. Now if my husband would only hurry up and finish his meeting we can go sightseeing. So cheap two pastries and coffee was €5.

21/03/2026: TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I just went to this piadina shop without even trying a crumb of piadina. The cash register was empty, as the girl was in the kitchen the whole time, not even bothering to look up to see if anyone needed to order! I understand she was alone, but a little politeness is always needed! Even just saying "just a moment" and I'm with her... zero consideration, so after 20 minutes she stopped them at the register and I left without being able to order anything and therefore without eating anything... speechless!!!

06/12/2025: Extremely negative experience. Be very careful with this restaurant if you book on The Fork and used your Yums to pay. They won't apply the discount at checkout, leaving you with a waste of your Yums, and you'll have to contact The Fork for a refund.
05/12/2025: I booked through TheFork, selecting the €20 discount in Yum, which was in fact duly deducted from my account through the app. However, when it came time to pay, the restaurant owner pretended to be unaware of the discount already applied and insisted I pay the full amount.
When I pointed out that the €20 had already been deducted, he complained, saying that "TheFork will only give him €10," and refused to recognize the amount I had already paid. The result was that I paid the same amount twice: once on the app and once at the cashier.
This was unfair and unacceptable behavior toward customers, and I would unhesitatingly call it a scam.
I advise those who book through TheFork to be very careful.
