21/12/2024: I call at 7.15pm to ask for a home delivery of 4 pizzas and I understand that the Saturday service is not express, therefore I ask for the probable delivery time, after the promised time has elapsed I try to call and the lady in a very approximate and fast way not only does not he finds the order but dismisses us by saying that we had misunderstood the time....Misunderstandings can happen but at least common sense is the education of apologizing or finding a remedy, moral of the story I cancel the order and it is definitely not I will call more. Education and common sense must be the basis for people who work in contact with the public.

28/12/2024: Good morning, I'm booking 24 agnolotti and a star-shaped bread for the 24th day, they tell me it will stay fresh and therefore I'm booking. On the 24th of the eleventh hour I went to collect it, the result was that I had to queue to point out that the recommended ones were served without queuing, the bread on the 25th was inedible, thank goodness the agnolotti were good, really disappointed, obviously you have lost a customer, kind regards Roberto Spinelli

14/03/2025: expensive and poor aperitif. tiny portions. service that truly leaves something to be desired. you order a focaccia and in front of you they take it down to the kitchen with their bare hands to heat it (not only with us but with everyone) ... really zero hygiene I don't know why no one tells them anything

10/03/2025: Friday morning, opening at 8.05, some people arrive at 8.00 and, not finding it open, leave. I wait. When they open I look out greeting with a smile and ask if I can come in, two shop assistants don't even turn around, they seem annoyed since they don't say hello or smile and one of them half-mouthedly tells me to come in. They're still tidying up on the counter. I order, pay and always leave saying goodbye. I think if it's a way of doing things, did I bother? They opened late and had to finish setting up the counter, ok.. but what does the customer have to do with it? I come back because they have great bread. The environment is a bit sacrificed, especially when there are 3/4 people.

17/11/2024: I had tasted it a few years ago and remembered better ice cream. It is certainly a pleasant ice cream because it is not one of those with too much fat. However, for 3 euros I would have expected better quality ingredients and a slightly larger portion (I finished the ice cream while waiting for the POS to tune in for payment) and more attention and care in preparing the cone.

26/10/2024: I have read several negative reviews about the owner, I have to deny them, it's been a month since I discovered this ice cream shop and from the first day he has always been smiling, courteous and has always spent words on the various preparations and the origin of the products and you can see how much passion there is puts for what it does. Furthermore the ice cream is really excellent, an interesting fact is that some ice creams are dairy free and these, in my opinion, are the best. For my taste, one of the best ice cream shops in Milan. Recommended at 360°

Super friendly and helpful staff, food in the right portions, fairly average prices, very extensive menu, lots of Italian cuisine, beer and wine, good desserts. 02/03/2025: We had dinner with The Fork reservation at 50% which was not applied despite the specific request made at the cash register. We took: Roman round pizza, pizza by the slice (zola and salami), 1 plate of chips, 1 still water, 1 light beer on tap, 1 sorbet, 1 deca. The receipt showed (deliberately in my opinion) only the total, equal to €29.75. At home (our mistake) we did the math and realized we had been duped. The food is of a low standard. NOT RECOMMENDED. NEVER AGAIN

27/03/2025: I tried this place during the "Panzerotti evening". The service certainly needs to be improved a bit, but for a good panzerotto it's worth it!

11/01/2025: Andiamo in questo ristorante per una cena tra amici, sei persone di cui una allergica all’aglio. Nel menu cartaceo che viene fornito per selezionare le pietanze da ordinare e da riconsegnare al personale di sala, segnaliamo l’allergia, scrivendo espressamente che tutto dovesse essere - appunto - rigorosamente senza aglio, vista la presenza di una persona allergica. Prima di consegnare l’ordine, chiediamo inoltre conferma al personale che quanto ordinato non contesse aglio (sollecitando anche una verifica in cucina) e ci raccomandiamo ulteriormente a voce. Ci vengono quindi portati i due brodi ordinati (uno vegetale, l’altro all’agnello), in cui cuocere carni e verdure. Iniziamo a mangiare e, con sgomento, ci accorgiamo che nel brodo vegetale ai funghi, galleggia un intero spicchio di aglio. Solo per una questione di fortuna, la persona allergica non aveva ancora mangiato da quel brodo. Segnalato al personale, vengono cambiati i brodi, come se nulla fosse, e senza la minima comprensione della gravità dell’accaduto. Da quel momento in poi, la persona allergica non ha chiaramente più toccato cibo, se non riso bianco. Alla cassa, pur richiamando nuovamente l’attenzione sul grave rischio corso per la salute della nostra amica, il personale, evidentemente impreparato e ignaro delle norme base in tema di sicurezza e gestione delle allergie alimentari e contaminazioni, non è in grado di fornire alcuna spiegazione o rimediare in alcun modo. Paghiamo integralmente il conto e andiamo via.

15/10/2024: A little bad... maybe it wasn't .......... A way of responding to people 😌. I understand the tiredness ☺️ of your day at work. Without hating anyone 😌. When you work in places like shop assistants I pay attention to the customer they must be attentive but kind, I understand your attitude towards foreigners but there are not only foreigners who do harm 😌. And not even working people.

17/09/2024: Convenient and nice place at the Turati metro exit. Plenty of seating inside and out. Welcoming and kind staff. The pizza and cheeseburger were very good, but the roast potatoes accompanying the cheeseburger were cold and soggy... Too bad! Average prices in the center of Milan.
