09/04/2026: We visited this restaurant on April 9th, attracted by the large crowd and good reviews. I'll start with the main disappointment of the evening – the simply terrible service. At first, no one approached us for about seven minutes, and they didn't even bring us menus. We had to track down the waitress and ask for them. Then we ordered two entrees and two cocktails. The waitress couldn't handle such a simple order and mixed up my cocktail: she brought me a mojito, even though I'd ordered a pink lady. When I told her I'd asked for a different cocktail, she insisted I'd pointed to the mojito when I ordered it, even though I hadn't actually pointed to the cocktail, just said its name. Usually, when a waiter misremembers the cocktails in your order, they remake them, but here they assured me that's what I ordered, and since I didn't want to get into a fight, I settled for a mojito (it was fine, but I wanted a different cocktail!). Finally, when I asked for the bill, they told me cash payments were only accepted directly at the register—also odd. And this was all assuming the service charge was already included in the bill—of course, with service like that, tipping was out of the question!
I'll also mention the food: the ravioli and cocktails were decent, while my friend's Caesar salad was very strange—for some reason, it had fish and a head of cabbage. It wouldn't have been a problem if it had been tasty, but the salad wasn't.
All in all, not everything went as smoothly as expected, and we won't be going back again.
09/04/2026: The pros are the atmosphere, the drinks, and the staff at the entrance. The cons are that they didn't bring the menu (we waited for a long time and eventually asked for it), and they messed up our order because the waitress "remembers" it, even though for the €2.5 included in the bill, it's possible to actually remember the order. The ravioli are decent, but the Caesar salad is quite a hit or miss.
