31/05/2025: I am celiac and we are regular customers of this chain, both this place and the one in Navigli. Unfortunately I have to report that last night we had dinner here, in Viale Corsica, but something didn't work because I felt sick. Already during the meal I felt that I was swelling, something that happens to me immediately when I consume even small quantities of gluten. Afterwards I had colic. It had never happened to me before in this place, so yes, something went wrong. Unfortunately in Italy there is no attention and culture regarding celiac disease, the places where you can eat safely are very few and this - unfortunately - is no longer among them.

30/04/2025: The place is nice, the food is quite good. A more rustic solution would be an added touch. Industrial pasta and artisanal sauce, courteous but not very empathetic staff. Portions a little small....Little choice on the menu and this is usually a sign of a lot of care in the preparation of the dishes but from this point of view they could do something more. No waiting for the table because I had booked about a month before initially asking for an outside table which had been "guaranteed" to me if there was good weather. However, when I arrived they didn't offer curbside service. Cost/yield ratio a bit poor, I don't think I will take this place into consideration for other occasions. Obviously it's a subjective judgement, but I would only eat there again if I was in the area....

11/05/2025: Today I was annoyed by the comment of the shop assistant who serves the pastries. When I searched the website today 11th May at 11.05am it said that the pastry shop was closed so I called and got the answer that it was open until 12.30. When I arrived, this sales assistant said that we had called them there and they had asked if it was open. to which she felt like replying, sure, this is a chapel... but I'll say if the site tells me it's closed, I'll call no! Because today is Mother's Day I'm sure he was referring to my phone call because I live 5 minutes away if you don't want to receive these questions update the site so you don't get the ball rolling..

11/05/2025: Very popular place both as a café and as a small delicatessen during lunch breaks. Excellent coffee, unfortunately I can't say the same for the Sicilian cannoli: if you know the original this is mediocre. Too bad, I was hoping for better.

19/05/2025: Exceptional restaurant pizzeria, the waiters are all nice and good and the owner is no less, we ate a business lunch, a very abundant first course, the same second course plus side dish, 1/2 l of water per person and coffee, Andrea, the owner is really honest, the whole thing cost 13.00 euros but believe me, for what we ate in this place, the business lunch is really very convenient, I highly recommend the Il Vicolo restaurant to anyone who reads this review!
