15/04/2025: Thanks to an event I attended, I was able, alas, to get to know this pizzeria which was talked about so much and almost always well. Perhaps the expectations were high, but the experience, as far as I'm concerned, was decidedly negative. I ordered a pizza alla Norma which, to be honest, I saw the aubergines with binoculars. In the attached photo there are just 18 pieces, few and far between, when in other pizzerias - perhaps less renowned - you can find whole, generous and well-distributed slices. The crust, although well honeycombed, was excessively high and rubbery, and the dough as a whole lacked structure and consistency: a pizza that simply didn't convince me, on the contrary... As a second course I tried the Neapolitan cuoppo. Here too, disappointment: all the fried foods had the exact same taste. No distinction between the different types, everything flattened into a single single-flavor flavour. As for the drinks, the opinion was unanimous among the diners: the beer was watered down. Nothing else to add. A final note on the environment: noisy and boisterous, but our "Italian nature" also weighs on this, we tend to raise the tone of our voices, and the more confusion there is, the more we shout. However, some advice should be given: change the chairs: the armchairs used at tables for multiple people are impractical, they limit movement and make even the simple act of sitting down and getting up uncomfortable. The only real plus point was the staff: courteous, helpful and professional. The prices are average, but unfortunately they do not justify the overall quality of the experience.

21/02/2025: Good sushi, the salmon is of good quality and the thing we liked most were the grilled gyoza, which despite their size and strange shape were stuffed with excellent meat. Range of choice of dishes was normal, the service was very fast and the environment was really very nice and quiet. We went for lunch on a Thursday with the Ayce formula and 2 of us paid around €35 ​​(we drank 1L of still water).
