I want to be clear so as not to be unfair to anyone. I've also worked in this profession, and I was there on Saturday night.
The gelato is very good, so I give it four stars. However, I honestly didn't enjoy the service at the cash register: the person who served me was an adult, but he didn't seem very knowledgeable and didn't explain anything to me, making me pay twice after waiting in line for about 10 minutes.
The two young men, on the other hand, were very quick, always cleaned up, and knew their job well.
I thank a young man at the counter who was very kind to me: he was the one who let me pay the difference without having to wait in line again, since nothing had been explained to me at the cash register.

The gelato is very good, but I think there's a staff management issue.
There are three of them, but one of them usually wanders around the counter, one of them doesn't quite understand what to tell customers about their orders (the mixing system, the classic one, is very complex, and it's important to integrate them), and the one who works, who is very kind, rightly so, but exhausted from work, doesn't make the cones well. You should add some more staff. Thanks.

A special thanks to Marcelo, who was so kind and professional behind the counter! I was unsure which flavors to get for a tray to take to a friend's house. He kindly let me try several flavors to help me choose, and in the end, they were very much appreciated :)

Excellent gelato, not cheap, but I know they use quality ingredients and not mass-produced concoctions. Regarding the prices, I find it interesting that they vary based on flavor. Interesting and fair.

Excellent gelato with some very interesting flavours as well as more traditional ones. The premium raw dark chocolate sorbet is something else. The service is always great too. Highly recommended.
Some seating space inside and outside.
(All the gelatos and cones are gluten free and safe for coeliacs)
