10/08/2025: Overall, a positive experience.
We were welcomed immediately, with no wait.
The location is very nice and small, with large tables as expected, and a relaxing atmosphere.
The quality of the ingredients is certainly very good, and they're plated beautifully. All the dishes were well executed. The spaghetti and octopus were definitely winners.
The wait was a little disappointing, as it was a bit too long, causing us to finish dinner at after 11:30 PM between courses.
We weren't too bothered by not having our own bottle of wine at the table, but it doesn't matter.
It's definitely a pleasant restaurant worth trying, but I wouldn't say I'd return.
I think 4 stars is an adequate rating.

I recommend always checking the receipt: I was charged for some uneaten items.

Stayed in the bed and breakfast, and as soon as you step outside, you have the bar terrace.
Bar, yes. But they do really good food with high-quality products.
The tagliata was cut like butter! Cooked to perfection! The seared tuna was finger-licking good. Excellent pizza. Textbook tiramisu. The alcohol was super fair-priced. In other words, excellent quality but really reasonable prices.
The service? Two mothers worried about three children between 5 and 8 years old eating in a place they didn't know. And the waitresses kept calm and collected under the questions that rained down from everywhere.
Excellent!
24/06/2025: Had 2 dinners on Saturday, booking for 6 people. Very good food, service even despite the full house. Very honest price and quality.

07/08/2025: Let's start with the negative: €16 for four pieces of fried gnocco, two slices of salami, two slices of prosciutto, and two thinly sliced pancetta seems excessive to me. The ingredients are top-quality, both in the appetizers and the handmade pizzoccheri. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. When the place is full, it can be very noisy inside. They also have an outdoor seating area overlooking the Adda River. A small parking lot is available in front.
31/07/2025: Beautiful view, good food, special mention for the blueberry risotto (photo taken halfway through the meal so I could mention it)

15/08/2025: I called to order three pizzas for takeout, asking to be delivered as quickly as possible. They told me it would take half an hour. Once they arrived, they told me they were being prepared and would take 10-15 minutes. I actually picked them up 25 minutes later, having to correct the pizza chef because he was about to get the toppings wrong on one of the three. The pizza was very thin and slightly burned, definitely not special. For the wait, the takeout, and the quality of the pizza, the price was slightly inflated.

26/08/2025: Very, very good gelato with so many variations and flavors. The only drawback (in a good way) is that such a vast selection often means people take a long time to choose and decide, sometimes forming long lines on busy days and at busy times. It takes patience, but it's worth it.

21/08/2025: PITY: A place that deserves a 10, but expresses a 5! A place with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake... shame about the service: the waiting time is titanic (30 minutes to order and then the preparation...) and it doesn't depend on the evening/afternoon (I come often).
Moreover, it was the only place with fair and reasonable prices (also considering the quality of what they offer), and unfortunately they made a ridiculous and unjustified price increase (from €9 to €14 for a bar pizza seems excessive to me... considering you pay the same amount in RESTAURANTS, not BARS, with fabulous views (and in the same town, after all).
...a missed opportunity: shame!
12/08/2025: A truly disappointing lunch. I'm not sure if the only waitress or the barmaid was more annoyed. There was a very long wait both to order and to receive the food. The ingredients were poor quality, the sandwich bread tasted old and "recycled" from the toasted bread, the tuna tasted like something from school cafeterias, and the bruschetta was topped with a can of peeled tomatoes spilled over and a warm, thick, and rubbery mozzarella that not even a kebab shop owner would use. The only positive note was the pizza, which was decent, but the overall price and poor quality mean I won't be returning.
