Truly excellent! I went for lunch today. I discovered this place by chance, but it was really good. I've already decided I'll definitely be back. The staff are very friendly and polite, and it's a welcoming place, perfect for a quick, relaxed lunch!

Silvia is truly an excellent cook and a very kind person. The food is EXCELLENT and high-quality, the dishes are carefully prepared with thoughtful ingredients, and the difference is truly noticeable. She made her own vegan and gluten-free cakes for me upon request. What can I say? They're delicious, to say the least, and food that heals the soul. I'm vegan and I love cooking, but every now and then I indulge in Silvia's food because it's truly one-of-a-kind. Thank you for what you do, Silvia, keep it up!

Simple and tasty vegan cuisine. The menu changes every three days and reflects seasonality. The dishes are healthy yet delicious: I had the wonderful red rice with Jerusalem artichokes and sweet and sour onions. Highly recommended.

Healthy Flavors is a guaranteed Christmas treat. I order from them every year for lunch on the 25th and always leave satisfied. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the quality is excellent. I'm also celiac, but despite that, I've never had any problems. Highly recommended!

05/04/2026: Easter at Bussola??.. A guarantee!!! We reported a lactose intolerance late, our fault!! The staff immediately joined forces to resolve the mix-up and went out of their way to present lactose-free dishes to the person in question, served alongside those of the other diners, resulting in... A fantastic, balanced lunch, with portions designed to last until dessert... Challenging, yes... But unforgettable!!! Congratulations 👏👍😋😎 we'll definitely be back!!
14/01/2026: I had a wonderful three-day experience over Christmas 2025. We arrived on the 24th and left on December 26th. I've rarely had such a wonderful time at a hotel in my life. Mrs. Pamela was simply extraordinary, super helpful, kind, always thoughtful, and attentive. She knows her job very well. The rest of the staff was also friendly. The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained in every way. From the impeccable cleanliness to the excellent organization and the extraordinary cuisine. Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas lunch were truly delicious. I will definitely return because we and our family had a wonderful time. Recommended for everyone: young people, singles, families, and seniors.
