The chain isn't the most appealing overall, but this location is worse than others in terms of slowness, cleanliness, and courtesy. The food is also poorly prepared and takes forever. Not recommended!

I'm not giving a star to that poor guy who has to manage the kitchen and the cash register all by himself, but in a shopping centre it's not the case that in a place like this there's only one person who touches the money and then prepares the piadinas, this is the kind of desolation that makes people not come back.
