01/01/2025: Mi sono recata per fare una merenda con la mia famiglia e mi hanno sbattuto la porta del locale in faccia perché dovevano allestire i tavoli per la sera. Una maleducazione inaspettata e nonostante abbia fatto presente i toni molto scortesi c'è stato un menefreghismo totale. NON Consiglio questo posto per la maleducazione del personale.

05/05/2025: For the restaurant that is in Michelin guide, it lacked some basics First of all, online menu doesn’t match menu at the restaurant, both content and prices The tables on the covered terrace were just metal tables, covering them in simple white table cloths would have made significant difference Food was good, but not spectacular However the worst was attention to detail - as it was a special occasion (birthday), I left the notes when booking the table, also notified one of the waiters upon arrival. However the staff forgot, only when we paid the bill they brought out celebration biscuits .

29/04/2025: Fine dining with magnificent view We had a true gastronomic experience at the Filo restaurant. Each dish was carefully presented, with revisited flavors and great culinary creativity. The setting is elegant, the view of the lake spectacular, and the service impeccable. A refined dinner that we recommend to anyone looking for quality cuisine in an exceptional location.

21/05/2025: I went for a dinner with friends on Saturday evening, we ate an excellent fish menu, I would say, my partner ate a meat menu and was happy with the excellent dinner, I will return to try the pizzeria next time I go.

10/06/2025: Really embarrassing experience! Wait staff who misunderstands when taking the order. Brings the dishes and is told that it was not what we had ordered. She immediately argues saying that she had understood perfectly and asks if we are going to eat anyway or if she should have the dish remade. We asked for it to be replaced. After about a quarter of an hour another person gives us the same wrong dish without asking us anything. So to not argue further we said to ourselves: okay come on... we have already waited a long time... let's adapt and eat this hamburger! After 5 minutes the first waitress comes to the table with the correct dish.... We explained what had happened to us and very rudely says: "BUT EXCUSE ME! WHY DID YOU EAT IT?", trying to remain calm I explain that we tried to adapt so as not to create further inconvenience... and she leaves the correct dish on the table. When I went to pay I asked for explanations from the person who seems to be the manager... who with a bit of babbling tries to make me understand that in any case we ordered the wrong dish and that we also consumed that.... I explicitly tell her that I would not have paid for the hamburger that they brought us by mistake and she tells me: no no I absolutely will not make you pay for it, I just want you to leave here happy.... everything is fine.... except that when I got to the car I checked the receipt.... GUESS! SHE MADE ME PAY FOR IT!!!! I didn't come back simply because I am the same as before even without their €12, but I definitely won't be going back!!! Good work girls! Now I understand why there were only 3 tables occupied!!!

10/05/2025: Nous avons réservé une table mais malgré cela nous avons dû attendre un long moment à l entrée du restaurant . Il a fallu ajouter une table dans un coin pour pouvoir nous installer… Les plats était très bons mais le service désordonné donne le tournis.. Dommage

06/05/2025: Prodotti di pasticceria sempre ottimi, merito anche della ricerca di materie prime sempre di prima qualità. Dalle brioches della prima colazione alle bellissime torte nuziale passando dai sempre freschi ed accattivanti mignon, non dimenticando, la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale. Complimenti!!!

11/05/2025: Gelati buoni cremosi fatti con ingredienti di prima qualità, personale gentile e sorridente. Prezzi in linea con le gelaterie artigianali. Vale la pena di prendere un cono e passeggiare lungo il fiume!

25/05/2025: Very friendly service, great food. One of the expeditors speaks English and is able to advise a really good breakfast. A place with atmosphere run by elderly ladies. It was delicious !!! The ham and cheese roll won my heart I can't wait to go back there !!!

Compared to a few years ago the prices have increased and the variety on the menu has decreased becoming really standard (the usual things you find everywhere). Average food very slow service even though it was almost empty...
