07/03/2026: A very negative experience. I was here with a friend, and the total bill was €54.30, so if we split the bill, we should have paid €27.15 each. The cashier instead quoted us €27.20 each, overcharging us. The worst part was that we weren't given a receipt, and the change wasn't correct. It's not so much the 30 cents, but the principle: these things shouldn't happen in a restaurant. I'm sorry to say this, but this behavior seemed dishonest and unprofessional. I definitely won't be returning.

11/01/2026: The ice cream is the best in the province. Truly excellent. But there's a big difference in portions from one ice cream to another!! 😅 In Piazza Vittoria in the city. Or in Mompiano, larger portions and more helpful and courteous staff. Anyway, top ice cream.

19/04/2026: Excellent, elegant restaurant, warm hospitality, and exquisite food. A very refined and elegant location. The seafood dishes are exceptional, and I'm not exaggerating when I say they're the best in Bergamo. The staff is professional and very courteous. The prices are in line with the restaurant's quality. I highly recommend it.

22/02/2026: We stopped at this restaurant for lunch. The atmosphere was pleasant, though undoubtedly a bit kitsch. We ordered two appetizers and two first courses. The presentation was beautiful, but the quality was inconsistent: some dishes were good, others either too salty or tasteless. But what really bothered us was the difference in treatment between regular customers and those who, like us, aren't. The attitude was cold and unfriendly, truly bordering on inappropriate: no one asked us if we liked the dishes or not, no one did anything beyond the necessary. The bill, however (€185) didn't reflect the difference in treatment. It's a shame; we obviously don't recommend it.

06/07/2026: Nice place, plenty of seating both inside and out, good service, delicious food. I had a burger with fries (among the best I've ever had), tiramisu (good), and a slice of pizza (also good). The price is fair. If you want a great burger, this place is worth it.

04/07/2026: I chose this place partly because I was told dogs were allowed. I have a 3-month-old puppy, and while I was trying to free her from the leash, which was completely tangled in the chair, she was let loose for a few seconds. She was immediately reprimanded. If there is a rule that dogs must always remain at the table, I wasn't told about it, nor did I see it posted. I would have respected it without a problem if it had been explained to me kindly. What really left a bad taste in my mouth was the way I was called out, with an attitude that I perceived as judgmental, and the fact that, when I tried to explain why I was upset, the response was to defend the employee's behavior rather than try to understand the customer's point of view. It's a shame, because the place is beautiful and very convenient for those who frequent the nearby gym, but after this experience, I never want to return or bring my clients there again (of all those at my table, they were there because they were my students).

28/05/2026: We celebrated our daughter's baptism at this restaurant, and we will always cherish this day. From our first meeting, we felt welcomed by wonderful people: kind, helpful, sincere, and truly down-to-earth. Finding people like that is not a given these days. The food was exceptional; we ate divinely, and every dish was carefully crafted and generously prepared. We love good food, and we can say they exceeded every expectation. The staff was impeccable, always there with a smile, and the owner was truly special. We also had an unexpected event during the day, but their understanding, helpfulness, and humanity deeply touched us. They helped make a very important day for our family even more beautiful and emotional. Thank you so much for everything. ❤️

22/05/2026: Carosello Pastry Shop offers delicious desserts and excellent service. The staff is always very helpful and attentive to your every need. It's a great place for a hearty breakfast or snack, or to buy a cake for any occasion.

18/05/2026: I had Pasticceria Carosello prepare a cake for my 5-year-old son's birthday and I was very satisfied. The cake was of excellent quality, and they paid attention to our requests on how to make it and the ingredients according to our needs. Highly recommended.

14/03/2026: Very good pizzas and fried foods, the place is clean, but there is a step to access the restaurant, so it is not wheelchair accessible unless there is someone to help the disabled person.

08/03/2026: My mom and I were there this evening. The staff were very kind; a girl with glasses served us, super friendly and nice. We ordered an appetizer to share and two mixed fried fish dishes. The food was high-quality and very good. The place is welcoming and very quaint. I recommend it and will definitely be back. Compliments to the place and all the staff!
