Today, the very kind girl at the bar offered me cinnamon on my cappuccino: I accepted, even though I'd never done it before, who knows why. As I was preparing for a daily, almost automatic action, something completely different happened. The local milkman, the only milkman in my life, was sprinkling cinnamon on the whipped cream cones he offered in his shop. In a flash, real, luminous, an image from over 50 years ago appeared: a tall, elegant gentleman, wearing a white cap, offering me another everyday moment from my childhood that I would never forget. I thanked the girl behind the counter, briefly explaining my sudden change in expression. We often seek emotions in faraway places, while, in all likelihood, they lie right under our noses, in the happiness nurtured by our childhood. Unexpected wonder.

Unfortunately, yes... Today my review won't be high-starred. I ate their single-serving apple pie, which, to be honest, lacked flavor, for €4. The coffee had a bitter aftertaste, for €1.50. Lack of customer service. I'm sorry, but I was very dissatisfied.
