22/02/2026: Best Discovery during Winter olimpics games in Milan! It happened to me to get there quite often and it's been a blast! Everyday a different menu but God it's Always good! Great food, great service and the best vibes. Thanks to luca and Martina, Always smiling and welcoming people. I Wish i had more spots like this in Paris! Open sight kitchen Is Always a good idea, love the smiles from the chefs as well. Well done, San Mauri!

21/02/2026: I went to this restaurant for a business lunch with a colleague. I chose it myself, intrigued by the numerous social media posts from friends raving about it. The atmosphere is certainly pleasant and refined, although I found it a bit too dark for lunch. Unfortunately, however, the experience was marred by the service. The welcome was cold and unfriendly; the waitress literally dropped (I'd almost say threw) the menus on the table, saying there were only two portions of gnocchi available. After about thirty seconds, she returned, rather hastily asking what we had chosen. Even when I asked for the wine list, the tone remained unprofessional and hasty, with a decidedly impolite "So, have you chosen?" For a place that presents itself as refined and exclusive on social media, I would have expected a very different level of customer service. We chose two fairly standard dishes: nothing particularly memorable. I was particularly disappointed with the cutlet, which in the Instagram photos looks much more inviting and refined than the one served at the table. Overall, the restaurant conveys an image of exclusivity and sophistication on social media, but the actual experience was more like that of a touristy trattoria, with sluggish service. A real shame, because my expectations were definitely high.

14/10/2025: Delicious sweet and savory Sunday breakfast. The place is very well-kept and original, with plants, mirrors, and irreverent paintings. The staff was quick, attentive, and friendly. I'll definitely be back!

21/02/2026: Absolutely terrible service. We made a reservation and they canceled because we “did not confirm” when they called a phone number but didn’t leave a voicemail. What is the point of a reservation if they just cancel on you. Staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. Kept saying it’s not their “policy” to leave a voicemail. Well why wouldn’t you make it your policy to give someone the opportunity to call you back if you are going to cancel a reservation? Idiotic.

21/02/2026: Staff were horrible. Outrageously overpriced. Every review being in English should have been proof enough this is a tourist trap.

14/02/2026: A lovely little place just a 5-minute drive from the center of Varese, ideal for a nice aperitivo in my opinion! I ordered a Campari Spritz and my boyfriend a glass of red. They bring chips and peanuts, but otherwise they have a wide selection of menu items, including platters of cold cuts and cheeses, battered vegetables, and even first and second courses. 🙂 We ordered their potato chips and a platter of raw ham (excellent quality) accompanied by fried gnocco. The atmosphere is cozy, slightly dimly lit, the waiters are friendly, and the service is fairly quick.

12/11/2025: If you want to eat a good and REAL pizza you have to go to this place, beautiful and welcoming, where in addition to pizza they do a really tasty menu, from paccheri with seafood to meatballs in sauce... a spectacle! And if you then want to go back to the true origins, order a bean soup with escarole and rice🥰... congratulations indeed... I

15/12/2025: The pizza is truly delicious! The dough is thin yet crispy, while the toppings are generous and the ingredients are obviously top-quality. The only downside is that if you order takeout, there are often delays, so you'll have to wait a bit.

28/02/2026: Let me start by saying we often order pizza here, so this is a customer review. The main problem is that if extras are added to the receipt (as is right), they should be added in a reasonable proportion to the €4 in extras you rightfully charge. This is my opinion, but I don't understand how a capricciosa with cooked toppings costs the same as my base with cooked toppings... Could it be a different cooked topping? But it should be specified when ordering. Furthermore, looking at the photos of the various reviews (to see if I'm always the unlucky one), I don't understand why some pizzas are overflowing with toppings and others sparse. I suggest finding a compromise that works for everyone so as not to create any imbalances. I emphasize that the pizza is really good, but be careful about the cooking.

26/02/2026: A fantastic local restaurant! The waiter was especially great! We didn't have big appetites and only ordered two main courses, but he generously gave us a pizza and dessert 🍮! A must-visit in Pavia! It makes you feel good!

The service is distinguished by efficiency and courtesy, minimizing wait times while never neglecting the customer. The pizza is excellent, the result of a careful selection of raw materials. The final bill is fair and in line with the offerings. An impeccable experience that deserves to be repeated. Ample parking.

02/03/2026: We went to this pizzeria with friends. The place itself is chaotic, but the pizza was very good. Two stars for the waitress's behavior. When her colleague made the wrong table, instead of handling the situation professionally, she created a real scene in front of the customers. She was very rude, and when she returned to our table, she made an inappropriate comment, saying, "Let's hope he didn't make another mistake." A joke that didn't add anything to the situation and that we thought was in bad taste. She probably learned it from birth; who knows?

20/01/2026: It’s a Japanese restaurant, and the food is cooked exactly to my taste. The service is fast and accurate, and the owner is very friendly and kind. There is also convenient parking right in front of the restaurant. I highly recommend it.

29/10/2025: The quality has gone down compared to before. The place was cold. When I asked, they told us to keep our jackets on. The dishes arrived cold. The service was poor. The quality too. I won't be back.
