15/06/2025: Bad experience ruined at the cash register: I order a brisket from the menu they tell me not available, I order a flank they tell me for the second time not available. The dinner proceeds with excellent dishes and a kind service; however at the time of payment I maintain that the unavailable dishes should be reported immediately to the customer or at least removed from the menu naively discovering that the brisket is virtually available but it was not served to me. Final mockery after no discount applied not even a bitter offered they ask me if I was serious in the complaints.

23/06/2025: Good service and good location. The food is well cooked and very pleasant to the palate. Nothing stratospheric, but good.

17/06/2025: Tried the zighinì: here they serve a mix of well-spiced meats (I prefer the one made only of lamb) and plenty of injera bread. Wide selection of wines.

06/07/2025: The ice cream shop with the overpriced price!!! But can you ask for a supplement based on the flavors taken? I was asked for a surcharge for having taken the pistachio. By the way, it is not written anywhere otherwise I would not have even gone in! How much do you have to pay for a good but not even exceptional ice cream? NEVER AGAIN!!!

12/06/2025: The salad is super good with everything they put in it, healthy and you can really taste that the salad is fresh, accompanied by some pieces of focaccia it's out of this world. Now when I work in the area I always go there

28/06/2025: Six Trevisani motorcyclists passing through on June 9 and 10, it's fine one evening but if we returned also the second it means that the food is excellent and the courtesy of the boy is excellent. Just outside the historic center, stop if you have the possibility it's worth it.

22/06/2025: More than an hour to eat. We were in a group and they had us find separate tables. We asked for French fries and they didn't have them. Disappointing

12/06/2025: I really liked this place. We opted for the giropinsa and I must say that I was satisfied. The pinsa are well seasoned and tasty, even the vegetarian ones, never eaten anything so good! The dough was not heavy, on the contrary, light and digestible. The owner told us about the care he puts into preparing the dough and met all our dietary needs. If you do giropinsa, for vegetarians or other needs it is better to let us know in advance. Absolutely recommended!

17/07/2025: I'm a former Neapolitan pizza chef and was fooled by the beautiful appearance of the pizzas on offer. We ordered a Carrettiera pizza and a Bufalina pizza. The first one only tasted of garlic, probably due to the broccoli rabe being kept out of the refrigerator and having aged poorly, while the second one was cooked incorrectly. Since it was completely raw the first time, I asked for a second one, and the second time, it was raw on the edge. I want to point out that the dough was good, just a bit lacking. I believe they use the classic 90-second Neapolitan pizza cooking time, however, this should have a hydration of 55/60%, while the contemporary Canotto pizza, which is hydrated to over 80%, can cook for up to 120 seconds... I don't think I'll ever go back; the pizza is expensive, the ingredients aren't fresh, and the procedures need revising. Beautiful pizza, but disappointing.

17/07/2025: We went to 250 grams with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The pizza arrived visibly undercooked, so much so that it had to be sent back. On the second attempt, the crust was still so undercooked that you could literally reshape it with your hands. The sausage and broccoli pizza, which is usually a flavorful dish, was completely overpowered by the garlic flavor, likely due to poor storage, making it impossible to appreciate the other ingredients. A real shame, especially since there wasn't much of it that was highly digestible. The staff was super helpful and attentive, which was the only positive aspect of the dinner.

02/05/2025: Pleasant spring surprise! in this artisanal ice cream shop you immediately perceive the quality of the products and the workmanship which give an excellent taste and a truly unique body to the ice cream. Small but well-organized environment with separate entrance and exit, a sign of order and cleanliness, friendly and fast service.

22/06/2025: Aesthetically very well-kept place, the environment is elegant and the waiters are impeccably dressed, with bows and formality. It would seem to promise a high-level experience, but unfortunately the food does not live up to the appearances. I ordered a pizza that turned out to be disappointing: so thin that it tore just trying to lift it, with slightly burnt edges and a really poor topping - three chips counted and a few sausages in sufficient quantity placed there almost out of duty. All topped off with a 3 euro cover charge, which seems justified only by the decor and not by what is actually served. Some waiters, despite the apparent formality, appear cold and with an unwelcoming attitude. An experience that leaves the impression of a place that focuses more on appearance than substance. Too bad, but I don't think I'll be back.

22/06/2025: Dinner in Varallo in this very beautiful place, restored from a stable. Compliments to the chef, for black itagliolini with burrata and pistachio and the roasted octopus (the best I've tasted in recent times), equally well done the mixed fried fish with vegetables. Kind and attentive staff, especially Davide. Daniela & Gianni and our little dog Kelly.
