26/10/2025: We arrived at Trattoria dell'Alba at 12:00, as indicated on their website, which clearly states that the kitchen opens at 12:00, and as communicated clearly and precisely via email during the reservation process. Upon our arrival, however, we were told that the kitchen would not open until 12:45. Since we had a later commitment, we couldn't wait that long and were forced to leave. The most unfortunate thing is that we were told that the website stated that the kitchen opens at 12:45, when in fact, that's incorrect (see attached photo). A restaurant that values ​​its reputation should respect the hours it advertises or at least update the information online if it's incorrect. A disappointing and unprofessional experience. We won't be returning.

18/10/2025: Excellent food, especially the cured meats. Beautiful venue, friendly, courteous, and elegant staff.

16/12/2025: We went here a few days ago and, I have to say, we had a great time: the welcome was warm (which is no longer a given), the service (despite the fact that everyone is young, they were attentive and professional, which is also not a given), the pizzas (well-topped), and the beers. I highly recommend it and will definitely return when we're in the area, especially since I'd like to try the fish dishes I've seen around, which definitely seem worth a visit.

09/11/2025: The pizzas were excellent! ☀️ The crust was soft and fluffy, and they were very generously topped. Thank you to the server for their patience despite the language barrier. And the price was really reasonable. We ordered 5 pizzas to go and waited 10 minutes, which is very good. The only downside is that you should remember to ask them to cut the pizzas! 😅

06/12/2025: Fabulous pizzoccheri! Order them when you book your table. I recommend ordering a larger portion because they contacted them and the dishes aren't very generous. Good selection of grappas. Service is a bit confusing. Still, worth a try.

There's a great energy in the place, and the food has many vegan and vegetarian options, as well as a few white meats, so there's something for everyone. 20/10/2025: Two tips, if possible: Attach more hooks under the tables (for handbags or jackets) and place bins under the mini-fridge for separating plastic and paper, at least these two. Congratulations, guys, great job :) See you at the next pit stop.

26/11/2025: The best place in the area for Italian cuisine. Especially for all kinds of pasta with frutti di mare, fish, and delicious pizza. A pleasant atmosphere, great service, committed to customer satisfaction. On Valentine's Day, there was a unique special menu to choose from; it's a good thing we made a reservation because the restaurant was full. I especially recommend the linguine al cartoccio. I will definitely be back.

28/10/2025: I had dinner with a group of friends, the veal was very hard, inedible, the mashed potatoes were very salty, everyone complained, I'm sorry but never again, not to mention the quantity, the white wine was at room temperature, we were not happy with it.

11/12/2025: A very well-known place in town, very nice, renovated a few years ago. As for the pizzeria, I think they make the best pizza in the entire city and beyond. As for the restaurant, there's room for improvement. The service is good. The cleanliness and atmosphere are okay. Prices... perhaps a little too high for what they offer.

The place was nice, except that we were at a table where there were people behind us waiting their turn (it was a bit annoying to hear people chatting behind you while you were eating). Anyway, the pizza was excellent. We went back on Sunday evening too. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent pizza in Bergamo.
