20/05/2025: I'll start by saying that I often go to Luxale in Gallarate and they are always kind. This morning, having to go towards Cairate, I stopped here for the first time, I asked for a vegan brioche and a soy macchiato, I sat down in front of the cash register, waiting for the coffee and he immediately gave me the receipt to pay at the electronic cash register €4.70, I thought a bit expensive. So starting from the assumption that I didn't see this rush to make me pay, also because people came in after me and drank and ate without paying and then in Gallarate I always pay after having breakfast. Maybe the braids and the tan... anyway he was making me a latte macchiato, then the other colleague told him that I wanted a caffè macchiato... he told me that he had made me pay for a latte macchiato and that he had to give me back a euro and 20, but he didn't want to give them to me, he wanted me to take something else by force. He passed me off a mignon that I didn't care about being vegan. Many times, being a barista myself, I wonder what unprofessional people, and above all with little kindness, they put behind a bar counter.... for me, a smile is the business card if you want people to come back. I'm replying to luxale, she's ignorant, and then in addition to having offended, she didn't respond to my review, it seemed fair to them not to have had a refund, they could have given me a voucher for a coffee if they wanted, but don't pass me off something I didn't want. Happy not to be your customer, there are so many places better than you.... above all more polite

15/05/2025: Inadequate service (except for the waitress) When asked what oysters were available, the answer was: I don't buy them, the chef buys them Pasta with clams and bottarga: the bottarga is a bitter memory, pasta completely full of oil and parsley. Not to be returned.

The staff is kind and friendly. They are really very kind and clean. For me the best restaurant/bar in the area.

02/05/2025: Conosco già da diversi anni la pizza di Chicco, e ne sono letteralmente dipendente sia per la qualità degli ingredienti abilmente abbinati che per la digeribilità degli impasti usati. Se non avete ancora provato la sua pizza, dovete per forza iniziare a farlo!!

02/05/2025: I ordered a Margherita pizza with sausage to take away, it was salty as if the salt jar on the pizza had been opened, and what's more, I paid a whopping €12.

02/06/2025: Trattoria in the center of Sondrio with very good dishes and excellent raw materials. I especially recommend the braised meat. Very kind staff, reasonable prices and a family atmosphere.

30/03/2025: I have lived in Rodengo for years now and when they ask me where we can go to get an ice cream my favorite place is definitely this.... one of the best ice creams I have ever eaten, the quality and flavor are truly excellent. What else can I say, really good 😍

23/05/2025: I haven't been here since 2006 when I was still a boy playing soccer and then we went here to eat pizza! Nothing has changed! The appetizer included in the pizza was excellent and the pizza was excellent! Including the lemoncello at the end. Always kind and friendly! Recommended

31/03/2025: Nice place, with parking. Trained, attentive and very kind staff. Aesthetically very beautiful and decorated dishes. Average doses and quality: from a Japanese à la carte I expected superior quality, especially given the costs. Excellent dessert, but it costs a good €9! The SushiSashimi Deluxe for 2 people is 30 pieces, but there were 3 quality pieces of sashimi and only 1 raw prawn: if for 2 they should have at least been an even number I've been to all-you-can-eat restaurants of equal quality. Conclusion: it is truly a place for Swiss people.

We were the 18th and everyone expressed great satisfaction both with the quality of the cuisine and with the exquisite kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. Excellent quality raw materials, very fresh fish and meat and options with encores for those with a sweet tooth. The experience and professionalism are tangible. Absolutely recommended.
