19/08/2025: I've been frequenting Luxale Cassano Magnago for a while now, and I can confidently say it's one of the area's go-to places for a delicious start to the day. The café opens early, at 6:00 a.m., making it perfect for those who need a hearty breakfast before work or simply enjoy a relaxing morning. ☕ Coffee and Pastry Shop The quality of the coffee is always excellent, served hot and aromatic, accompanied by a wide selection of fresh, artisanal pastries. The croissants are fragrant, the cakes are varied and beautifully presented, and there's always something new to try. The homemade produce is evident in the care and quality of the products. 👨‍🍳 Service and Atmosphere The staff is friendly and attentive, even during the busiest hours. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and welcoming, with well-organized spaces that allow you to enjoy breakfast in peace. In the summer, the outdoor area is a plus for those who love being outdoors. 🍽️ Beyond Breakfast Although my main experience is breakfast, I've had the opportunity to participate in aperitifs and dinners: jumbo burgers, steakhouse steaks, and event buffets are among the restaurant's highlights. 05/07/2025: TLDR: One of the best, healthy, vegan meals you'll have in all of Italy from owners who care in the cleanest and cutest restaurant. We have eaten across most of Italy and this is better than the €250+ meals we have had. Atmosphere: Finally a restaurant that is loved and well-kept. It is super clean, there is a "vibe" as the kids say these days, and love is poured into every detail. Even some of the expensive, Michelin restaurants in Roma and Torino let their bathrooms go or some small detail like they did not care anymore. Not at Shakti though. Perfect. Service: they likely do not get many non-Italian tourists, but the server was super nice and used Google translate to talk with us in English. Service speed was perfect, five courses in 2.5 hours. Some other restaurants take FOREVER to bring out courses. NOTE: CASH ONLY! Food: This is where Shakti shines. Every dish was plated like Michelin quality art and also tasted amazing. Each dish was completely different with flavors and textures while not being too fussy. One of the problems we have with a lot of Michelin fine dining is they turn everything into a mousse, foam, or creme and you never have to chew anything. Shakti does it right by giving you the creme with the crunch and all super healthy without all the oil. We left feeling light and refreshed. The set menu changes often so you'll likely get something different our courses were: 1. Falafel bite, homemade "cheese", and a small salad. 2. The world's best millet gnocchi bolognese. 3. Crepe with pesto green beans. 4. White bean and zucchini cake. 5. Mille-feuille All of this for under €40 / person! If you like great food you MUST go. Over two weeks of different restaurants in Italy and this has been the best so far. Do not let the hidden menu, calling for reservations, or cash only deter you. This is magic in your belly.

30/08/2025: Want to feel at home? Go to this restaurant! Excellent, authentic food, cooked according to tradition. The flavors took me back to the dishes my mother used to make when I was a child. The place is simple and clean, with a varied menu and generous, hearty dishes, all homemade (even the different types of bread) with ingredients from the garden and locally sourced. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and we're happy to chat with them. We'll definitely be back to try other traditional Crema dishes, and why not the countless pizzas? The price??? Places like this don't exist anymore! Here you eat well and save your wallet.

26/08/2025: The place is very simple, almost bare. Just one waiter does everything, but the food is truly excellent. Authentic, authentic, handmade, and cooked with care. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well without rushing, a relaxing break, and good food.

31/08/2025: I've been wanting to go there for a while. Finally, I've discovered a great place... an excellent, high-end restaurant, a unique menu that exceeds expectations, refined dishes, beautifully presented, and I'd say generous in quantity for a gourmet restaurant. Service is beyond excellent, professional and well-coordinated... pleasant and sophisticated background music... what more can I say? If I could, I'd go back every day... prices? Well... we're talking about a top-tier restaurant, so high, but in the end, it's worth it... it leaves its mark... we'll be back.

29/07/2025: A small, rural location. The kitchen (both the oven and the stove) are 10 meters away from the dining room. This means additional commitment and sacrifice for the staff. I think, without fear of being wrong, that I've eaten the best zucchini flowers in the last 10 years. Fresh produce and crispy, light, and dry fried food. Excellent first course (ziti alla genovese...which isn't made with pasta, but with a typical Neapolitan sauce). Friendly and attentive service. Appetizer, first course, a bottle of white wine, water, and coffee for €30....just outside Milan (with this quality), I'd say it's a bargain. Well done 💪

10/08/2025: I went to dinner this evening with my parents on the recommendation of friends, and I have to say they were right. The pizza was delicious, well-cooked, both the fried one and the log. The atmosphere was welcoming, the waitress was very kind, and so was the owner, a dynamic person with a way of doing things that makes you feel at home. The only downside was that at a certain hour outside, we were DESTROYED by mosquitoes, so for anyone who wants to eat outside, I recommend bringing plenty of repellent to stay safe.

02/08/2025: Just off Via Sarpi, my girlfriend and I went in after someone saw us looking at the menu and recommended it to us as a regular. It's a good choice; it's not a "pretty" place to look at, but it makes up for it with excellent food, authentic, traditional, and unfussy. The ravioli with chives is excellent, the restaurant's signature dish. It's inexpensive, €20 a head, and you'll leave feeling full.

30/07/2025: The food is good, especially the ravioli, which I find truly delicious. The service is friendly and attentive, a real plus. The only thing I'd improve is the place itself: the ambiance could be a little more refined to make the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, however, a good choice for good food.
