Solo Pizza Cafè In Milano

Delicious pizza, truly superb dough, very tasty and balanced; the service was welcoming, efficient but not intrusive. The desserts were also quality. The atmosphere was beautiful, with seating outside. Also, a bonus not to be taken for granted in a restaurant in Milan is that the tables are close together but not on top of each other like other Michelin-starred pizzerias. I'll also try the food. Well done

I ordered it for delivery. The Premuda was even more delicious than I imagined. If I ever visit Milan again, I will definitely order it again.

I had the Trentino pizza (speck and brie), a 3—a bonus, given that I almost never find it on the menu in Milan. I didn't understand the choice to use whole wheat dough for this pizza, but it was good and well-leavened. The ingredients were also sufficient, and the tomato sauce in particular was appreciated by everyone. At the end, a digestive was offered to the whole table. The girl who served us was fantastic, but the guys at the cashier were a little less so: they could have been more professional when paying. They were convinced someone didn't want to pay, but in reality, they hadn't noticed that they'd asked for their PIN... There are gluten-free pizzas that were appreciated, but they only come with lactose-free mozzarella, marinara, and another plain pizza. The prices are quite reasonable.
