25/07/2025: One of my favorite places to eat in Pavia. The staff is always very friendly and the food is delicious, although a few more vegetarian options would be nice. ;) Anyway, my friends and I end up there every time we go out. The place is truly beautiful and the atmosphere is fantastic!

27/07/2025: I went to Trattoria Carlo e Fornaci – perfect service, friendly and professional. I ordered the tagliata, which tasted good but unfortunately was tough and sinewy. They kindly changed the knife twice. It happens. I'll gladly return, though; I know this area well. For dessert, I had one of the best tiramisu I've ever tasted. The house red wine, Dolcetto, was also excellent, and to finish, I had a coffee with Sambuca. I mentioned the tough meat, but I'll gladly give it another try – next time, I'll try the donkey stew or the pork shank.

25/08/2025: They know how to make coffee very well. ☕️ Since we discovered it years ago, we always come back every time we go to Milan. They have a counter facing the street and a table with two benches inside. Fast and efficient service.

25/08/2025: I ordered a sfogliata riccia (with ricotta and candied orange) to go and loved it. It was super crispy and the filling had just the right amount of sweetness. I thought the prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the generous size of the sfogliata. The staff was friendly.

09/09/2025: I recently went to this restaurant and I must say that it was an impeccable experience in every respect! The service was excellent: the staff were attentive, courteous and above all quick in serving the dishes and collecting them once finished. As for the food, the dishes really live up to expectations, with fresh and well-balanced flavours. The only note is that the place was very crowded, so the atmosphere was a bit noisy. Overall, a great experience and a restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone who loves quality sushi accompanied by great service!

24/08/2025: Very good and tasty sushi. Well-made. The menu is slightly smaller than other places in the area, but the quality is excellent. The standouts are definitely the gunkan and pad thai. A must!

You can sense the passion and desire to do things well, without improvisation. A simple, clean, and welcoming place, perfect for both a quick break and a casual dinner with friends. The staff is friendly and always available, a rarity these days. Fair prices and high quality: a winning combination. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a piadina made properly, with flavor and without compromise.

21/08/2025: A squalid and dirty place, full of drunkards, drug addicts, and characters (sometimes annoying) of various ethnicities who live by their wits (they're all sitting near the entrance to the Iper supermarket pizzeria), arrogant, insolent, and rude guards, smells of oil and less-than-stellar food, an expensive supermarket with rude staff, an open-air souk under the roof of Piazza Portello, an outdoor shopping center (cold in the winter and hot in the summer), questionable parking policy, expensive shops (apart from a few) and nothing special, we're in the Viale Certosa area, need we say more? Tuesday, 11/12/2024: Come on, people, Milanese and otherwise, run to Portello, a dangerous place with fights, drug dealing, thefts, begging, filthy bathrooms, days spent walking and shopping in the open air, a place where Alfa Romeo once produced glorious cars, today reduced to a pool of people. with slimy faces, where the renovated Ristò has prices that not even Cracco's, and the people at Ronda Service don't give a damn. The prices are exorbitant to say the least, they will make you go home furious, but in return you will eat "healthy", smell the stink, and here's my hand. A place where Carabinieri and Police are there day in and day out, yea what do you want it to be, even my aunt likes it. The only solution would be a big flood! Do you perhaps believe there's an end to the worst? Come on, not even the boys and girls believe it anymore! And also be careful of those who ride bicycles, at your own risk I give you a piece of advice, run away as quickly as possible!! 20/08/2025. Here, I have a new one about this shopping center, and obviously a very negative one! I would like to let anyone reading know about a very serious fact that happened to me on the date I mentioned: I was sitting quietly at one of the outside tables of the Ristò, the ones in front of the Decathlon, involuntarily taking a light nap (I would like to point out that I work at night, and unfortunately tiredness sometimes makes itself felt, taking over with such effects) when I was arrogantly addressed by a security person whose name begins with C. (who was obviously reported by me to the local police station), who in a rude, arrogant and overbearing manner and tone ordered me not to sleep, using foul and sexist language (?), perhaps he was speaking for himself; not only that, he approached me to challenge me, something which also happened inside the Ristò, in front of the bar staff and numerous customers. witnesses, threatening to leave me otherwise who knows what consequences I would have suffered. This character was supported by other people, including a hairless guy in a shirt and jeans, who I understand is the manager of the Iper; well, even the latter, when I replied to call the police, responded ironically and mockingly. I want to tell these "gentlemen", these gentlemen, who only stand out for their negative characteristics (which I cannot name precisely otherwise my review will not be published), that customers are not treated like this (and in any case there are ways and ways of saying things), that I have reported the matter to my lawyer and we are thinking of taking legal action against the individuals and the management of the Iper. I'm sorry, this time you really screwed up, I am a surveyor, a worthy person and even if I were a typical (i.e. in a negative sense) frequenter of the Portello, I would still be better than you, and you must always address each other politely. 04/09/2025: Perfect. Everything is just right here. A fantastic terrace, a priceless view of Lake Garda, impeccable service, a fantastic wine list, and outstanding food.

04/09/2025: The best reason to visit this restaurant is its location. The view from the terrace is truly stunning. The food is very good, though slightly more expensive than in nearby restaurants, which is understandable in such a beautiful location. The staff clearly strives to do their job well. There was a slight misunderstanding when ordering dessert, but I won't lower my rating because anyone can make a mistake, especially since it was already crowded at that time. I recommend it to anyone who values ​​high standards.

23/07/2025: I went to Il Padellone one of these evenings with some friends. The place was welcoming and the service excellent, but there are only three things to note/adjustments/flaws: - 1) The pizza is good, but not all are topped with the same amount of ingredients. - 2) It's inconceivable that at 9 pm, with a second serving, the desserts are sold out and there aren't any for customers craving something sweet. - 3) I understand that a certain brand of "amaro" is missing, but by the third request, all the other "amaro"s were also sold out. Otherwise, nothing to say.
