Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is young, courteous, but a bit inexperienced. The food was average, not exciting. Wine: As with the food, expectations were high, but the two bottles of sparkling wine that arrived were both warm and not quite up to par.
The price was high considering the quality/price ratio.
Too bad, as mentioned, expectations were quite different.

Vegetarian (and traditional) restaurant for my daughter's birthday
The setting was beautiful, inside a 17th-century villa, in the Volta Rossa cellar, so it was cool because it was a very hot day.
The menu offered a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. The fixed-price menu, with appetizers prepared by the chef, was a good idea.
The staff were very attentive and friendly.
Generous portions and reasonable prices. I will be back.

One of our favorite restaurants.
Friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, thoughtful food, fresh, delicious, and refined ingredients at fair prices, especially considering the quality of the offerings.
Special mention for their hummus with seed crackers and cakes.

We went to Samsara a few days ago. What can I say? The staff was young and extremely helpful. As a vegetarian, I ate divinely. The selection of vegetarian and vegan main courses, which are rare, is also excellent.
Special mention for the vegan cheeses, which are incredible.
Highly recommended.
