26/02/2025: very popular place with a wide choice of pizzas, focaccias, brioches. good quality-price. congratulations for the empathy that the two girls behind the counter convey, always willing to satisfy every customer request and very kind, and it is also for this reason that I am very happy to return there every day. unfortunately, however, we have to draw a veil of compassion over the blonde girl behind the cash register, rudeness at a high level and zero ability to relate to customers, probably annoyed because she is intent on consuming her lunch while punching the receipts, today she outdid herself by relieving me of the fact that I was not able to count, for having given her 20 cents more. especially being a regular customer, a similar scene left me a bit perplexed, but I'm sure you will be able to improve this aspect too, perhaps also thanks to this constructive report.

23/02/2025: A fixed stop when we go to Crema on the weekend... the quality is certainly excellent, fresh products and very good, fair prices. A bit of variety is missing and there is a predilection for low budget toppings (pizzas with bacon, frankfurters and salami present, with raw or cooked ham not received). A separate mention deserves the lady who is often at the till who, unlike the staff serving at the counter, is arrogant, rude and unsympathetic, the quality and good thing they didn't make me abandon this baker.. but when it comes time to pay the temptation is always strong!!

08/04/2025: Very good food, both the pizza and the first/second courses and there are some particular and good beers. You should know that it will take some time for the food to arrive, but it will be delicious when it arrives!

14/03/2025: I ordered six pizzas including one gluten-free. The gluten-free one didn't arrive (six normal ones arrived) and my friend remained on an empty stomach. Please read your orders more carefully, otherwise good pizza but be careful what you get!

09/02/2025: I had been for lunch some time ago and had found the food without infamy and without praise, consequently in the need to have lunch in the area on Monday (many places are closed) I went back and it will certainly be the last time... overcooked pasta like in RSA (I also observed other customers, when the waiters placed the plate on the table, the individual pieces of pasta collapsed due to how soggy they were), meat arrived with a sauce of white wine and flour made with a sloppiness and incompetence that they exuded little love towards cooking... if I were the owner I would seriously think about changing the chef, if I were the chef I would consider changing my job. It's always a shame to give bad reviews but the food is truly inadequate. The place itself is nice and the waiters are courteous The only positive note is the very good coffee.

27/03/2025: Abundant dishes.. The 20 euro lunch menu with first course, second course and coffee is a highly recommended choice. Compliments to the kitchen, the dishes were very tasty.

15/03/2025: Licale easy, piccolino, con una chiara e spiccata propensione all'accuratezza. Menù poliedrico, con piatti dall'economico al ricercato ma tutti confezionati ad arte. Ottima cantina ed ottimi consigli in merito da parte del personale, che ti circonda attento ma assolutamente discreto. Educazione e presenza "professionale" il marchio di fabbrica. Il sorriso il di più che piace. Complimenti!

22/12/2024: Really excellent food: homemade, it seems home cooked with good quality ingredients. Friendly owners welcome customers with a smile, delicious Salento pasticciotti and aperitifs (on Saturdays for me) where you really eat.

04/03/2025: Very characteristic place in the center of Brescia. Typical setting of a bakery, small but very nice spaces. Tall, crunchy focaccias and pizzas, with particular, refined and seasonal flavours. It's impossible not to taste the Surlo, a typical aperitif that cannot be found elsewhere, some bottles are on sale inside the restaurant. What can I say, an aperitif in an intimate and characteristic atmosphere! a little gem in the center of Brescia.

01/03/2025: Very, very nice and welcoming place, we went this evening with a couple of friends and we ate very well, the sürlo is the best!!! There was a small misunderstanding with the reservation and they immediately took action and within 10 minutes we had our table, as if that wasn't enough, to apologize they offered us an aperitif, which isn't something everyone does! I definitely recommend it, it's a place we will return to very soon! Well done guys who serve the tables!

03/04/2025: I came at 11:20. They said that they are open and let me in. Then, after making my order I suddenly figured out that the kitchen will open only at 11:45. I decided to wait, but despite they received my order earlier, my food was served only at 12:30. The portions are small and I had only two minutes to finish it because I have an appointment after. So I left hungry and very disappointed about the experience. The waiters were very noisy, they were literally screaming and talking with chef. Not recommend at all!
