27/02/2025: Very nice place in the center of Viadana, practically in front of the hospital, full of little things that you should have time to stop and look at, perhaps a little chaotic, but I think it's a premeditated choice, the only flaw is that the 'communications' to customers (such as 'news' or 'specialties', written on small signs scattered around) risk going unnoticed, and it's a shame because some are really interesting. Very kind and helpful staff. Too bad the bill. a little salty: 7 euros for two cappuccinos and two croissants (also very good!). PS We came back and asked for the menu, how wonderful!

16/02/2025: Mi avevano parlato di questa pinsa con lievitazione 72h ma, scettica visto la maggior parte delle pizzerie nei dintorni. Luogo piccolo con pochissimi tavoli ma, io da romana posso confermare che è la VERA PINSA, leggerissima, crunchy, con buoni ingredienti. La prossima volta la prenderò da asporto anche. Sui prezzi più che onesti, una semplice Margherita sono 6.50€ (evento ormai raro), quelle più particolari una media di 9/10€. Birre artigianali in bottiglia. Ve la stra consiglio! Bravi!

25/03/2025: We went for the first time on Saturday evening, we usually did delivery. What can I say, everything was perfect. The guys were very kind and smiling, they even gave us a table for four to make us comfortable! We ordered fried gnocchi with pata negra and then Wagyu hamburgers (really amazing)... The dinner was really excellent. The girl offered us a delicious mandarin bitters at the end of the meal. Thanks, we'll be back soon!

20/03/2025: Really comfortable informal environment if you want to grab the famous pizza on the fly without too many worries. The pizza is thick and good, the takeaway service was quick and the guys who run the business are very friendly. Great discovery!

07/03/2025: Inedible. Pizza cooked and reheated, as well as burnt. Dry and hard. 10 minutes to take an order with a waitress who was minding her own business.

08/04/2025: All negative...only the style of the restaurant is nice. Pizzoccheri really cooked very badly...meat skewer to be avoided as it is poorly cooked...mortadella style wrapped in a wooden skewer! Poorly cooked slow cooked meat...overall poorly matched flavours! Potatoes that really force the chef to taste them and judge them... without flavor without seasoning! Waiters hurry up and spread out along the PANADORA... intent on listening to their voicemails on their cell phones! Another rude thing is that the bill was €92 and by paying €100 they gave me only €5 and pocketed €3 without authorisation... it may be an oversight or something else but in fact it is that as they say in other reviews the service is terrible! Zero star service - 1 star food - 4 star restaurant, 4 star tiramisu!

12/03/2025: Vi fanno prenotare con the fork, poi qualche ora prima vi arriva una e-mail “prenotazione cancellata per evento privato”. Cioè come se avessero saputo due ore prima della cena che il ristorante era prenotato per evento privato. Scarsissima professionalità, peraltro già mi avevano detto che era un posto da evitare. Continuerò a farlo.

20/02/2025: Rather than calling it a restaurant, I would say a rotisserie with table service. They serve ready-made food (prepared where?) and heated in the microwave, often not uniformly hot inside. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and the service friendly, but €17 for a pre-cooked first course, no way.
