29/07/2025: The worst treatment you will get on Earth

03/07/2025: Culinary experience bordering on the paranormal. We entered hungry… and we left hungry, with our wallets lightened and a strong desire to forget. We order a caprese: half a mozzarella counted and four (4!) slices of tomato. A dish that screams “extreme minimalism”, but without elegance. The “Tribeca salad”? Eight bonsai-sized shrimp, seven slices of photocopied tomato and, at the very least, 50g of salad as sad as a Monday morning. To top it all off: two still waters and two coffees. Total? €31. For a spiritual lunch break, because only the soul has been satiated (with indignation). Courteous service, but honestly it’s not enough: here the quality-price ratio is a distant memory, like real shrimp. I won’t be back.

08/09/2025: I can't rate the food and service because I didn't get there. The tables were dirty and full of dirty cups and tissues. We asked to go upstairs and were rudely refused. I took it and left.

08/09/2025: Comfortable and bright, the staff are friendly. The cake slices are tall and very filling, but they're obviously not cheap. For a snack, there are Friends cakes, small portions of chocolate cake, truly delicious, for €1.50 each. So, you can have a great, inexpensive snack. The restrooms need updating.

03/06/2025: Nicht nur geographisch das hinterletzte am Bahnhof Milano Centrale, auch zum Warten auf den Zug völlig sinnlos. Das Angebot auf der Karte wird hauptsächlich mit "haben wir nicht" belächelt. z.B. Gin Tonic! Wiso habt ihr eine Karte, wenn es die Sachen darauf nicht erhältlich sind???

02/07/2025: che dire un bar stupendo , sono stata sabato pomeriggio 28/ 06 con dei amici , nella casa abbiamo avuto un servizio eccellente una ragazza stupenda veloce gentilissima! Tutto pulito e ordinato , ritorneri per quell servizio che e stato fatto con tanto amore❤️

24/06/2025: This bar was a real surprise! Located inside the shopping center, it is the perfect place for a tasty break during shopping. The assortment of brioches is impressive: so many varieties, from classic to stuffed, with even vegan options that are really tasty and well-prepared. Vegan brioches are not just "an alternative", but the real protagonists: soft dough, creative and well-balanced fillings. The coffee is also excellent, creamy and served with attention. The staff is kind, fast and smiling, and the environment is modern and welcoming, despite being in a commercial context.

11/09/2025: I'm a regular customer who works nearby. The coffee is good, and the girls are all very nice and friendly, but I feel like I have to point out that the place could use a refresh. The air conditioning has been broken since before the holidays, and these poor girls have to work in unbearable heat, even for customers who only stay for a few minutes. Truly unthinkable.

02/08/2025: Baunilla is truly a lovely place, just steps from the Duomo, with delicious, carefully prepared pastries. But the real strength is the girls who work there: polite, smiling, professional... true professionals who deserve nothing but applause. Too bad yesterday it felt like walking into an oven. The air conditioning wasn't working (in August, in Milan!) and the atmosphere was scorching hot, almost unbearable. Not just for the customers, but especially for the staff: it's unacceptable to let people work in those conditions. A place like this deserves better—and above all, they deserve it, who put their heart and soul into it even when the weather is (literally) unbearable.

17/06/2025: the brioches from the bakery "Le Delizie" are very good, fresh and well leavened, ditto the bread with grapes, the focaccia with potatoes, with cherry tomatoes nothing to say! Price 1.50 excellent considering the cost of frozen brioches. You don't often find dark bread, the whole wheat one is good. the bread prices are a bit high but even Esselunga sells a type of bread at almost 5.40 per kg. the service is normal without infamy and without praise and even at Esselunga it is not the best!

09/06/2025: Average quality but prices are even 30% higher than other bakeries in the area. If you pay in cash they "NEVER" give you a receipt...

20/05/2025: Guys without a minimum of professional behavior. Three people were already served in the place, we waited 10, 15 minutes to be served, while the guys were chatting, and looking at their phones behind the counter, not caring if they could serve us. It happened not once but three times, that we waited without being served. The last time we got up and left. A girl who works there longer than anyone else, who three times added coffees to my bill that I didn't get. What do I have to pay for her and offering someone coffee? Sky-high prices. If you want things to change you have to include an adult as a team leader who keeps them all in line all day. Because this way it seems like an amusement park. I'm sorry, many years ago I used to go willingly. The croissants are delicious, but it's not worth it, too expensive and for everything else. You understand if the place is like this, I will definitely go elsewhere to order cakes, where I feel welcomed and respected as a customer.

18/05/2025: Worst and most expensive ice cream I have ever eaten... you pay for the brand and I understand that, but I would have liked to perceive a minimum of taste in the products, other than that of the industry... even though Antoniazzi is not renowned for ice cream, if a product is sold (at a high price) to the public I think it is right that it is good. €20 total for the products in the photo.

28/06/2025: Pensé que sería auténtico, incluso en una calle lateral cerca del Duomo. Pero la comida no es buena. La salsa de pizza era solo salsa de tomate de una lata. Nada de hierbas ni adiciones. Entonces solo queso encima. Eso fue todo. Tan soso, que solo lo hicimos porque teníamos hambre y no queríamos desperdiciarla. Pedimos pimientos rojos, queso parmesano y orégano... incluso aquellos no ayudaron mucho. La pareja a nuestro lado consiguió una pizza también y nos pidió los contenedores de especias / queso de nuestra mesa. Muy decepcionado. Busca otro sitio para intentarlo.

25/06/2025: Coffee at the counter, burnt, €1.20

13/04/2025: Pizze mediocri, posto piuttosto brutto con una triste veranda che affaccia su una delle strade più trafficare della città. I prezzi sono immotivatamente alti in rapporto all'effettiva qualità degli ingredienti. Non ho inoltre apprezzato che mi venisse chiesto a voce dal cameriere se nella pizza volevo una burrata a fine cottura, senza conoscere il prezzo. Ho comunque deciso di farla mettere, perchè ne avevo voglia, ma mi sono trovato un carico di 6 euro extra nel conto, oltre ai 14 già previsti per una pizza con salame piccante e gorgonzola. 6 euro in più per una minuscola burrata, di qualità non eccelsa come tutto il resto, mi pare davvero un'esagerazione. In sostanza per due pizze e due caffe abbiamo speso 60 euro. Se la qualità fosse stata effettivamente alta l'avrei anche accettato, ma non è questo il caso.

09/02/2025: La pizza è piuttosto buona, gli ingredienti sono di qualità. Il servizio è buono, ma vengono fatte pizze da asporto mescolate alle comande per cui a noi non sono arrivate insieme. Lunghi i tempi di attesa. Ambiente non particolare e sedute abbastanza strette( eravamo in 6 stretti su 2 tavoli piuttosto piccoli). Non tornerò solo per le cifre della pizza, a mio avviso esagerate.

25/05/2025: Mi aspettavo un servizio migliore da questo locale date le recensioni, il locale era mezzo vuoto quando siamo arrivati e nonostante ciò sono stati capaci di servirci con mezz’ora di ritardo , vedevamo la gente che arrivava dopo di noi e veniva servita con regolalaritá , la qualità del cibo è buona ma questi episodi li reputo fastidiosi, considerando che ha il prezzo leggermente più alto rispetto alla media ( 36 bevande escluse)

30/04/2025: Sono stata ieri sera per il mio anniversario, perché conoscevo il posto da tantissimi anni e mi ha veramente deluso: quando sono arrivati i primi piatti volevo già alzarmi e andarmene. A prescindere che non amo la formula all you can eat, e in passato non lo era, comunque i piatti avevano una parvenza di somiglianza con quelli del menu: da ieri invece ho scoperto che hanno introdotto il tablet e che i piatti sono veramente totalmente diversi da come sono rappresentati e anche di qualità pessima. Non tornerò mai più.

25/06/2025: Pretty good ice cream but the service is 3rd world. 1 young lady who works the cash register and ice cream. You have changed allocation and want to earn as before when there were 3 employees. Luckily you are not the only ice cream shop in Milan.

12/04/2025: Aside from the cost, lately the average ice cream of €2.90 has become very small! Better change ice cream shop...

22/05/2025: I'm only giving two stars to the pizza because for a few months they've been serving me pizza that's not overcooked on the bottom and with little oil, your pizza has always been delicious, crunchy on the bottom and with oil, since foreigners have been making it, it's not like that anymore

24/04/2025: I return to Spontini Assago after a few years. We're not really there, we've returned to a very poor quality, taste, etc., too bad Below you will find the review from a couple of years ago. Among other things, I was talking about a "virus that was spreading" and this worries me for a moment. In any case, I've returned to base and I must in all sincerity change my opinion from 2 stars, let's go straight to 4 stars and then I'll also give some advice to get the 5 stars. In my opinion the quality has increased a lot, there is no longer the acidic effect and the pizza is finally crunchy at the base even if it still needs a little to reach the levels of the parent company. The double mozzarella version is also excellent although I would use more :-) in short, guys, if you pass through here, you are guaranteed a visit also due to the kindness and attention that the guys put into serving I'll give you the 5 star when you reactivate the satispay service with cashback! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amici di Spontini the "Spontini is a guarantee" effect is ending! Run for cover by reviewing the cooking dough (you missed Spontini's trademark fragrance along the way) and ingredients (especially the tomato which is increasingly acidic)... it's not just my impression but I assure you that the virus of the fact that the pizza leaves something to be desired is spreading. And don't say I didn't warn you 😂👍

30/07/2025: I had the classic piadina, they only added a small amount of squacquerone, low-quality prosciutto, and tons of arugula. I didn't like it at all. I don't recommend it.

12/07/2025: Change the cashier, or better yet, tell the cashier to change jobs if she doesn't like being around people. Annoyed and arrogant. Desire to live, jump on me!

20/08/2025: Too bad, everything was good but really dirty. The staff couldn't keep up with everything. Could one more person be helpful?

14/08/2025: Sour cakes that give you a stomach ache, tasteless and overpriced pastries, a cappuccino, gingersnaps, coffee, a cake and a black cherry cream pastry for 18 euros.
