15/02/2024: Pirlo is good, luckily. But the staff (even though we had NOT asked!) also brought us a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. He DIDN'T ask because we would never have gotten it, even since I'm vegan!!! We thought it was the practice like in most bars in the center, so we didn't think too much about the problem. It's a shame that it was taken into account instead. 2 idiots and the elusive cutting board: 20 euros, no receipt, obviously. First time we go there, we will never go back.

21/12/2023: There were 5 of us friends around midday, 4 of whom only spoke English, we sat down and had something to drink (2 glasses of wine, 2 cokes and 1 coffee). The owner told us if we wanted the platter and we told him no. When we were leaving in front of everyone he rudely told us that when you have an aperitif you have to also order food because that's how it works in Italy and that he doesn't waste time just drinking. But I wonder, if one goes to the bar will he be free to take anything or not? But who are you to force me to take what you want. But get over it and fix the chairs because you have broken PLASTIC chairs attached with screws and brackets and I almost fly to the ground. Obviously the receipt was not given to us. To never again. Since the cutting board is PAYMENT-free, I decide whether to take it or not. He calls me provincial because I pointed out that his plastic chairs are BROKEN and that someone could fall... I think that an answer like this could have absolutely been saved and it really makes us understand many things about the place and above all about the management. 👋👋.

20/07/2024: Nostra figlia come pranzo desiderava un panino. Dopo una veloce ricerca tra i locali in centro abbiamo optato per Tramezzo. Personale molto gentile e simpatico , tramezzini di qualità. Consigliato!

25/05/2024: Quick lunch on the recommendation of a local! Too bad I listened to him. Expectations were very high but the quality of the products offered and tasted was absolutely not up to par. Lots of smoke and no fire! I don't recommend it

26/08/2024: I've been here a few times and the food isn't exactly the best. I had a Taiwanese cutlet which wasn't anything special, some ravioli which tasted a bit strange and I couldn't even finish them. I couldn't wait to try the xiao long bao, which compared to other places weren't that bad because there was broth inside even if the flavor wasn't that great, but they had the dough a little too thick and then it didn't they had a suitable spoon to place it on.

20/08/2024: The pizza is good come on, otherwise I have a good palate, but it is very light and affordable with Swiss prices. I ate a few plates of sushi, since I don't eat raw, I must say very good, the fish was really good. Excellent service, without long waits, friendly and attentive staff.

21/07/2024: The location is excellent, right on the lake shore, with a garden and tables with a panoramic view. Very kind staff. Unfortunately I only give 3 stars for the following reasons: the dishes in the restaurant are few but discreet but there is no variation, every day the menu is always the same with the same dishes, usually in hotels you expect some variation. The breakfast doesn't offer much but what I didn't like is that they already put cold cuts, yogurt and butter on your table when they open the room at 7, when we arrived at 8/8.30 we found hot yogurt and melted butter. And lastly, the hotel guests arrived in the rooms in the evening shouting and talking as if it were broad daylight and instead it was one or two in the morning, so we ended up getting little sleep. I don't blame the owners but it was something that happened every night.

29/10/2023: One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at: with a pretty good starter, especially the coppa (charcuterie) which was the best I've ever eaten. I took the dish of the day: which was a roasted octopus which was exceptional... then I tasted the risotto, and the gnocchi (which if I gave them a rating would have been: 10) and a PERFECT pistachio truffle that melted in your mouth. Not a great service but I haven't seen enough to judge it; a nice place, the town nothing special, but the location of the restaurant not bad. OVERALL RATING: 9/13

20/02/2024: Cozy and elegant place! I really like the furniture as it is full of particular objects and flowers, but everything is in crazy harmony! Excellent quality food! In my opinion the best fish in Bergamo! On wine, I don't consider myself an expert and I gladly accept the owner's advice. Always a pleasure to return!

12/07/2024: I stopped in on the fly, 2 minutes before it closed... Delicious pizza, very kind staff. It smells and tastes like real pizza, and I took a simple Margherita.

23/06/2024: This evening I had an unacceptable experience at the pizzeria le mille e una pizza. I placed an order via their app, paying by card, but I accidentally clicked on "collect" instead of "delivery". I immediately realized my mistake and immediately called the pizzeria to inform them. Their response? They could deliver the pizza to me as long as I paid an additional €2, even though delivery via the app is free. I pointed out the inconsistency to them, but their insistence on the €2 was adamant. Unfortunately I had no cash and was unable to go to the place to pick up the pizza on my own, having a newborn at home and not having any means of transport. I proposed to bring the money the next day, but this solution was also rejected. The only alternative left was to cancel the order, but I was informed that this was not possible because the payment had already been processed. I therefore found myself in the unpleasant situation of having to choose between: • Go to the pizzeria on foot with a baby in tow (which is impractical and dangerous in the rain); • Lose €16; • Find someone to go get the pizza for me (the only viable option, which I had to implement). The behavior of the pizzeria staff was unacceptable and inconsiderate. Their rigidity and their lack of flexibility in the face of a trivial mistake by a regular customer (I order from them 1-2 times a week) are unspeakable. I have also lost faith in this pizzeria. I strongly advise against the thousand and one pizzas to anyone. There are pizzerias with much better customer service and who treat their customers with respect. Tip: If you are looking for pizza delivery in the area, look elsewhere. The thousand and one pizzas are not worth it.

08/06/2024: In zona Porta Venezia, quando si entra è sicuramente molto accogliente, atmosfera dominata da toni caldi, cucina a vista. Mi è piaciuta. La pizza è buona ma sinceramente non mi ha stupita. Il problema è il rumore. C'era una confusione incredibile. Però sicuramente da provare
