16/06/2025: It has been a shame for years and continues to be a shame, I'm sorry that it is located in a strategic point and unfortunately has customers, but then people who work there scream and smoke all day (I have my doubts that they wash their hands) since I have a friend who lives in those buildings and sees them in the courtyard. I don't know how to respond to the owner's lies so I'll extend my review: 1 I advise you to learn to read and understand the Italian language before commenting and telling lies. 2 he is the one who works for you with the duck voice who screams all day inside or outside, NO ONE has spoken of customers who disturb. 3 I took the liberty of going back these days and asking someone who was leaving number 21 and they repeated the screaming adding also that you smoke *** in their courtyard. 4 it's written "staff" not staf 5 NOBODY has ever talked about knowing your staff and I don't even care for God's sake. I hope you learn Italian and that at least you understand this.

11/06/2025: terrible people. one screams and has an annoying voice, I don't even think they wash their hands since I didn't see them, avoid eating in this place, ingredients of poor and dubious quality, took a takeaway piadina and threw it away...

10/06/2025: Terrible, the clerk brought us a cutting board with burnt bread with lettuce and cheese inside, broken chips and taralli, cutting board that was not well-kept and poor considering the 15 euros spent. In addition, she was huffing and puffing, and eating at the counter while serving us, compared to the previous staff I noticed little care in the service and in the detail of the cutting board served and not well-kept.. I will not go there again. Unqualified and improvised staff.

18/01/2025: I wanted to share my bad experience about the staff working in this place! They are not polite at all! Room manager who shouts in front of people! They make you wait a long time to get 2 beers and a platter at the table! We asked to be compensated because we were told after 15 minutes of waiting to come and get the cutting board when we had paid for table service! In short, zero professionalism!

10/05/2025: I really appreciate the waiters they're kind and helpful they help us immediately, especially Salem I give him 10/10. The taste of pizza was so amazing.

01/11/2024: I stopped with the family for lunch during a trip to Mantua. Not recommended place. Shiny, greasy bread baskets. Fried cutlet in stale and old oil. Tomini saveable but speck cut roughly and several hours before. Abominable risotto. We basically left everything untouched. It is impossible to believe that catering services of this type can exist. A sandwich from the supermarket is better

07/06/2025: The only positive note, or almost, is that the pastries, bombolone and maritozzo, were decent, although you can find much better. Two cutlery were not very clean, the bathroom in the basement terrible but above all very dirty and with a bad smell (clean it every now and then!). To finish a bombolone, a maritozzo, a cappuccino and an orzo (sitting) 21 euros. Absolutely to be avoided.

02/06/2025: I didn't use the hotel services, but the restaurant is great! Delicious drinks and great music! Your legs will walk under the table by themselves🙂 the service is also great. A very nice place🙂

25/05/2025: The food is excellent. The service is 10 out of 10 thanks to Giulia, a polite and always available waitress who does her job to the best of her ability 👌

20/05/2025: Guys without a minimum of professional behavior. Three people were already served in the place, we waited 10, 15 minutes to be served, while the guys were chatting, and looking at their phones behind the counter, not caring if they could serve us. It happened not once but three times, that we waited without being served. The last time we got up and left. A girl who works there longer than anyone else, who three times added coffees to my bill that I didn't get. What do I have to pay for her and offering someone coffee? Sky-high prices. If you want things to change you have to include an adult as a team leader who keeps them all in line all day. Because this way it seems like an amusement park. I'm sorry, many years ago I used to go willingly. The croissants are delicious, but it's not worth it, too expensive and for everything else. You understand if the place is like this, I will definitely go elsewhere to order cakes, where I feel welcomed and respected as a customer.

18/05/2025: Worst and most expensive ice cream I have ever eaten... you pay for the brand and I understand that, but I would have liked to perceive a minimum of taste in the products, other than that of the industry... even though Antoniazzi is not renowned for ice cream, if a product is sold (at a high price) to the public I think it is right that it is good. €20 total for the products in the photo.
