28/08/2024: I came to this place with my boyfriend a few days ago and I can only review it positively. The preparation was very quick and what I ate was really good tasting. The service was quite quick and the staff very friendly.

28/08/2024: We went to this place because I had been there years before, finding it nice in the location right on the lake and with an interesting aperitif. Once we arrive I realize the renovation and say woowww fabulous but I soon discover that renovation doesn't always bring something good. There are 2 of us, we sit down and we are given the lists, when we order the waiter who probably, besides not being in the profession, is just a beginner, tells us that there are six cocktails on the list and he practically couldn't prepare anything for us, even we opt for a simple gin tonic. As soon as the waiter moves away from a table, a girl who we later discover is the owner asks the boy why he told us that we couldn't have cocktails and that all of this in front of us was absolutely not like that. Then while sitting she asks the barman if he had already prepared our order and obviously the 2 gin and tonics were ready. Clearly embarrassed, we said that it was fine anyway and there was absolutely no problem. But the regret of the whole situation remained a little. Especially since 2 minutes later the table next to us orders a mojito which the bartender promptly sends the waiter back which couldn't be done, having said this time in a low voice probably to avoid the little drama of just before. Having said that, it's a shame because the location is worth it but perhaps something needs to be revised.

20/06/2024: Normal ice cream, ambiguous prices (I asked for 2 flavors in a crunchy wafer instead of a soft cone of similar size: the price went from 2.90 to 4 euros without being notified except when paying). The waffle was soggy (probably not very fresh). Unfriendly manager.

16/06/2024: Best yogurt flavored ice cream in town! Great Elio!!

07/08/2024: Been twice, ate Jolly, fresh juice and wine. very good, very nice servers! Perfect!

06/08/2024: Ate an excellent sandwich, one Vegan 2 and one Piedmontese, really good and well stuffed, attentive, discreet and professional staff, clean environment, thanks and applause to Miss Vittoria who is attentive, discreet and truly professional. We'll be back!!!

04/06/2024: Nice environment and everything is very good. The only really negative point is that there was a sales assistant, a nervous, unpleasant and rude young boy. He shouldn't work in contact with people. It doesn't make you want to go back. Too bad, because everyone else is nice.

09/01/2024: Nice place and very friendly staff. Menu with a wide choice of flavours. The pizza is mediocre, a little heavy, definitely overpriced for what is offered. There are pizzas for over €20 which in my opinion do not have ingredients that justify that price, especially given the quality of the product.

29/05/2024: Went after dinner for a drink. Nice place, great location, nice environment. But sometimes music a little too loud to talk to and ridiculous cocktails. The price is good but the quality/quantity leaves something to be desired. I don't think I would go back.

19/02/2024: Arrivato per caso con mio figlio di 8 anni e dopo aver chiesto una wurstel ma non la fanno poi un hamburger di cui ne erano sprovvisti quel giorno, abbiamo deciso di non andar via e dare cmq fiducia al locale. Ho preso io una pizza La Monte a dir poco favolosa, veramente una gran pizza, il piccolino si è affidato ad una carbonara a dir poco pazzesca " non me ne vogliano i romani" 5 stelle per la bontà dei piatti!!!! Super

15/02/2024: Extremely pleasantly suprised by the staff and people working there. I smoked a hookah made by a nice boy, his name is Roberto Manoilov, the boy served me with a smile and made me a great hookah. On my next trip to London, i will visit again.

14/08/2024: We took two pizzas, chips looked old, mozzarella looked like rubber and tomato tasteless Other products looked like those in sub-brand packaging, ABSOLUTELY ZERO quality I have been a customer of Monococco for 10 years, the old management was the best, they were late yes but the pizza was very good, with the new management they arrive on time but the pizza is practically a biscuit, not to mention the unfriendly and rude staff Dark and not at all welcoming environment. 10 stars for Monococco which was -0 to what it has become Let's hope the old management returns. For now, even one star is a lot, not recommended.

03/08/2024: We ordered two Margherita pizzas with chips, the problem is that the potatoes were without salt, greasy and soft. In short, they were as unpleasant as the pizza itself! You don't comment on the price!. Obscene!!. Not recommended.

20/07/2024: Everything bad. The place conveys a feeling of dirtiness, perhaps due to the flies and insects that rested freely on the sweets on display. Staff who do not greet either upon entry or exit, opinionated and haughty even during service. There were three of them, including a lady at the register, so busy talking to each other that I had to repeat the same question 3 times to get an answer. I took some sweets that made me look bad to the person I gave them to: no taste and typical old consistency. Pattini only has the name, the substance is elsewhere!

10/07/2024: Terrible, first of all flies and insects that land freely on the food but secondly the rudeness and insufficiency with which the customer is treated. I don't even get greeted, I go to pay, I ask for the total and the old lady at the cash register replies I don't know. Assuming that I should know the total since I had just been given a receipt (I underline that the gentleman who had just given me the receipt was literally chatting with her, he could have told her the total). The lady managed to make me uncomfortable. Change personnel, frustrated people must not be in contact with the public!

12/12/2023: Small place in a strategic position near the cathedral. I was surprised by the fact that the prices on the paper menu were higher than those on the menu hanging on the wall. However, good sandwiches, not too big and quite cheap considering the area. It is also possible to sit at the internal or external tables. Definitely a good option for having lunch in the central area without spending a fortune.

06/08/2023: Dirty place to say the least. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. The lack of hygiene and cleanliness is truly unforgivable.
