Very particular ice creams and faithful to the taste of the ingredients mentioned by the owner ... ranging from sweet to fruit, cream and savory ingredients. Thirty years of experience and professionalism in your business... From breakfast... to brunch... to aperitif dinner. I would define everything as perfect!!!. And then when together with all this you find an almost familiar, pleasant and welcoming environment...???. What more do you want??. Ahhh I forgot that when there is a bit of movement in our. Antica Hosteria del Vino Buono

15/03/2024: Eravamo in Città Alta all’ora di pranzo e prima di scendere con la funicolare abbiamo deciso di fermarci per pranzo al Vino Buono che conoscevo tanti anni fa. Da fuori dice poco ma l’ambiente interno è caratteristico scendendo in ambienti con volte in pietra e arredo tradizionale. La cucina è tutta orientata sui piatti della tradizione per cui abbiamo preso lo schisöl (palla di polenta ripiena di taleggio che fonde, condita con un goccio di burro fuso e una foglia di salvia e servita con un sugo di funghi) per antipasto e per secondo polenta taragna con uova e funghi. Piatti robusti ma buoni e particolari. Servizio alla mano e prezzi buoni considerando la location.
04/10/2023: Teníamos previsto hacer noche en la cittá alta, cenar u hacer una rápida visita nocturna a la cittá. No nos defraudó ni lo uno ni lo otro. El restaurante tiene una ambientación en consonancia con la ciudad. La cena a base de Asse de salumi y Casoncelli estupenda, bien acompañada de un pinot noire de Lombardia. Buen servicio. Un lugar muy recomendable.
