04/06/2024: Speravo che con il cambio di gestione migliorassero alcuni aspetti, ma purtroppo mi sbagliavo. Abbiamo ordinato le pizze e sono state consegnate con oltre un'ora di ritardo. Capisco l'eccessivo numero di ordini che devono gestire, ma oltre un'ora di ritardo per una serata in settimana mi sembra veramente eccessivo. Il problema è che non hanno nemmeno provato a scusarsi. Tutte le volte che si chiamava per avere informazioni, si otteneva come risposta "il rider è partito 10 minuti fa". Non consigliato....

01/04/2024: Optisch ein sehr schönes Lokal etwas abseits vom Zentrum, jedoch gut z.B. mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Vom Essen bin ich jedoch etwas enttäuscht, laut Karte hatte ich ein Avocadobrot mit pochiertem Ei und Burrata plus einen Cappuccino bestellt. Das Ei war jedoch einfach nur gekocht, geschält und etwas lieblos auf Brot gelegt. Der Burrata war als innere Masse neben dem Brot platziert. Der Cappuccino kam als gewöhnlich aus dem Maschine serviert. Geschmacklich war’s insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch sollten die Speisen wie in der Karte beschrieben an den Tisch kommen oder die Karte entsprechend angepasst werden. Die Grundidee finde ich gut, jedoch kann man aus meiner Sicht mehr daraus machen.

28/02/2024: Perfect place for a fast working lunch with colleagues or customers. Healthy food, good quality (especially salmon and chicken), water is free and staff is very helpful

10/08/2024: Bakery, bar, cafe, pastry shop. Top breakfasts with mugs of milk like at home, croissants filled with jam, in a pleasant environment, kind and always smiling shop assistants. The place, previously large and spacious with many tables, has been halved internally, but outside there are many tables, on a terrace with umbrellas. The bread and pizza as well as the desserts, tarts, biscuits are all produced by them and are delicious. It's a shame that they are only open on Saturdays and Sundays in July. Now that it's August every day but starting from September, again only on weekends.

23/07/2024: 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 We stopped by last week to get 2 cones and, aside from the ice cream, we were amazed at how warm it was inside the shop. It was difficult to endure 5 minutes, just long enough to get the two cones, and I can't imagine how the staff manages to work in these conditions. From an energy efficiency point of view, the place is a real disaster! Three first generation air conditioners turned on without having any effect, with two doors open, an incredible waste of energy! Nowadays, designing a good product is not enough to attract customers and create trust; customers expect much more, especially from a brand like Grom. Not a positive experience at all. There is much to improve both in terms of workplace safety and energy efficiency.

27/08/2024: One of the best ice creams you can eat in the area. From 5 stars I give 2, because of one of the staff guys (presumptuous and rude!!!!). Update May 17: They fall lower and lower for me...despite the quality of the products It seems crazy to me that one can't eat the cone while sitting down. A cup with two half balls is a crazy €6. You have fallen to the bottom

27/08/2024: Let me start by saying that I go often, especially for breakfast. Good products and beautiful location. We drank 3 gin and tonics and it was immediately a problem to have the table cleaned immediately by the thin boy with the afro hair (he preferred to take the lead first). The place was closing (but still open) and we were asked to settle the bill. 39 euros, I gave him 50. After a few minutes I wonder if he brought me the change. I ask for information (I swear in a very kind way). The response was like a street guy with lots of movement and waving if I was crazy. Then I check my pouch carefully and in fact he was right, I had the 11 euros. I point out to him that this isn't the right way to address him, he replies that I misunderstood, but as soon as I'm about to turn around he tells me to go to hell with a lot of grimaces. Dear Eric, you won't always find good people, sooner or later if you insist someone will give you what you are looking for. p.s. I was not given any receipt, I hope it was careless and not a "tip" for the good Eric. I'll be back

29/06/2024: Ice cream with frozen crystals, at this point it is better not to put it on sale.

10/06/2024: I took a small cone of 2 flavors (pistachio cream and biscuit) at a cost of 3 euros. I didn't like the creams. The cremino tasted like chocolate. The waffle cone very good

06/07/2024: I recommend it if you want to spend a lot and eat nothing. The worst piadina I've ever eaten, €8 to have the pastry folded in two with 3 thin slices of tomato inside, 2 pieces of tuna the size of a radish and a splash of mayonnaise, mozzarella totally absent.

03/07/2024: We went for a drink. The first one was great, but the next ones got worse and worse. The ladies decided that after the second drink we wouldn't be able to tell that we were drinking ice water and a bit of Aperol. No reaction. I don't really recommend it.
