27/01/2026: First thing the restaurant is not run by Indians , it's completely run by Bangladeshis , they are just using Indian Food name just for brand name and spoiling the name of India. Secondly , the hygiene is equal to zero they give you a bottle of water which is from washroom then they refill and give again to customers. Thirdly, the guy gave us another person's bill which was higher price than ours. He was trying to scam us by overcharging, which I noticed. Highly not recommended for anyone .

27/11/2025: The guy at the counter this morning was really rude. He slammed the cup on the saucer. He was serving me as if he were doing me a favor, and he almost threw my change at me. Good coffee, but his manners need some work.

21/12/2025: I've been going there often for many years, but unfortunately, despite the skill, kindness, and expertise of the girls who work there, the waits in the evening can be up to 20 minutes because there's only one counter worker who has to deal with deliveries, orders, clearing up the customer counter, and finally, with the customers themselves. They understand the situation and don't inconvenience the one girl who handles all this BY HERSELF. This has significantly reduced my visits, and especially in the area, it's known more for its lack of attention to this aspect than for the quality of its pizza. For this reason, I don't recommend it; the quality of the pizza is up to the standard of the Alice chain, and the patience of the counter workers is infinite.

02/10/2025: Once or twice a week we order pizza, either dine-in or takeout. Nothing to complain about, they're the best. Delicious pizza, every day, we can almost recognize the chef making it 😜. Nothing to complain about, but I'm rather surprised by the negative reviews, which I disagree with. Congratulations, the best Alice I've tried.

13/12/2025: I placed my order with the server, and after I finished my coffee, I went to pay. The cashier asked the server what I had consumed, which was a real mess. They don't mark what the customer took, and then they argue amongst themselves. After that, he told me the price and started speaking in Italian, got stressed, and said it would be free. I was even more confused 😕 with so much disorganization. I complained, saying I didn't understand anything and that I was a Brazilian tourist, and once again insisted on paying the bill. This time I paid. He asked for my card, I swiped it on the machine, and he turned his back and kept complaining. I've never seen anything like it. The staff are unprepared to deal with tourists and unexpected situations, impatient, and the owner of the café is pure ignorance. Don't go to this place, terrible service.

24/11/2025: After shopping at Pizza Italy, I got hungry on the way back and thought, since I'm in Italy, I should try some pizza. I ordered a slice with shrimp and vegetables, and it was surprisingly delicious. They offer à la carte pizzas, weighed by the pan, so there's no waiting. They have quite a few flavors, and even for someone like me who doesn't usually like pizza, it was all very tasty. The best part is that they weigh the pizza; I told the owner I wanted a small slice, and he confirmed the size with me before cutting it, which is quite customizable to everyone's appetite. My pizza cost €3.37 after being weighed.

07/01/2026: Personally, we didn't have much faith in the place because of the reviews, but it's clear they learned from the criticism. The service (which had been heavily criticized) turned out to be friendly and attentive, readily answering our questions without constantly asking us anything. We ordered a pizza with sausage and mushrooms, and I must say it was excellent—great flavor, size, and price. The atmosphere wasn't a problem at all, as we could hear the music without drowning out everything else. In conclusion, it's a good place with good prices for being near a tourist area. I definitely recommend it.

03/01/2026: Lunch for two today. €60 for a carbonara, a vegetarian pinsa, fries, house wine, and two bottles of water. Location definitely comes at a price. The place is really poorly maintained. There's no cover charge. Plastic table runners and paper napkins. The portions are generous and good. Overall, doable. The staff are all foreigners. And very kind.

08/12/2025: When I called to reserve a table, the owner's tone was unfriendly. When I mentioned the reservation time, she hung up on me. When I called back, no one answered. It was extremely rude. If she didn't want to do business, she could have just closed down. Ha! Wow, the owner started making excuses. If you weren't open at that time, why did you answer my call? Why did you hang up after only two minutes? Do you have any manners? You even deliberately answered me in Italian. Why don't you change your names to Italian too? Completely betraying me! Furthermore, let me tell you a basic principle: doing business starts with being a decent person. If you don't even have basic manners, go ask your parents why they didn't teach you that.

02/05/2025: I love this place and always will. Historic desserts, out of the ordinary, impossible to find anywhere else. Unique and exceptional flavors. I can't wait to return to Milan. Thank you for the excellent work you've done for years!
