15/07/2023: It is a very small ice cream shop, so small that there is room for just two customers at a time. We have been knowing it for some time and we have had the pleasure of visiting all their other branches, including the laboratory near the basilica of St. Agnes outside the Walls. We have also known the founder, the Argentinian ice cream chef. This parlor is not far from Piazza Bologna. We have come here often, every time we pass in front of it. This time, however, the "zabaione flavor" did slightly disappoint us. This time it didn't have a definite taste, as usual, but rather had a less smooth texture without a definite taste and a few small pieces of ice. What happened? The staff is always very kind anyway. The other flavors were excellent and you feel in your mouth that they are homemade and only of natural ingredients, great quality, and moreover they are particular and unusual. We absolutely recommend a visit during these heat wave days. Recommended.
