Tonight I tried the new "La Solare" piadina, and I have to say the name says it all: prosciutto crudo, stracciatella, yellow datterino tomatoes, and arugula. A perfect balance of flavors, fresh and authentic to the point. But it's not just the piadina that makes the difference: the place is truly worth it. The staff is friendly, welcoming, yet fast and efficient: you can tell they know what they're doing. The location is incredibly convenient, a huge plus. If you haven't been yet, it's time to make up for it. You won't regret it! 🫶

The patapollo is very good, but the staff is even more welcoming. A special thanks to Mariangela and Jorge who were able to advise me on what to order. I will definitely be back.

02/05/2026: It's been years since I've been to this place, and once inside, I rediscovered all its distinctive charm! The place is always clean, welcoming, and inviting. The staff is always polite and helpful, and the owner, Antonella... a true force of nature!! Want to talk about the food and beer selection? Everything is amazing! In short, if you haven't been yet, do it as soon as possible! I highly recommend it!!!
02/05/2026: I went to eat this evening with my family and had a really good time. The food is truly delicious, from the sandwiches to the pizza to the meat, the latter especially highly recommended. The staff is courteous and attentive, the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, you feel right at home. The beer is also truly excellent, poured professionally and accurately. The price was average for the quality of the food we were served, and there's no cover charge. A landmark in the Castelli Romani, highly recommended, a truly pleasant experience!
