05/04/2025: Tropical Ice was a great discovery! 🌟 A neighborhood ice cream shop, of the highest quality. There is a wide range of flavors: from classic ones to more particular ones. Note of merit for the salted caramel: one of the best I've ever tried and the gianduiotto variegated with dark chocolate. The staff is very kind and available to help you try any flavour.

29/03/2025: I took a small cup with two flavors: Salty Crunchy and Raffaello, delicious! On top there was a dollop of cream that I appreciated. One of the best ice creams I have ever eaten.

26/03/2025: I didn't even have time to take a picture of the sandwich because after the first bite others followed, until I finished it, it went down with pleasure, I took number 16 (personally, very good) but I imagine that the others are not bad at all, highly recommended for a sandwich as a quick lunch

24/03/2025: This gelato has a really strong flavor! It's not too sweet and has a clean gelato taste. Needless to say, it's chewy. Personally, I think fruit-flavored gelatos are tastier than milk-based gelatos.

06/04/2025: The difference is a family business that cannot be placed in a single category... it is at the same time a high-level food shop, a niche gastronomy, a modern bistro, a family-run shop with a family atmosphere, a modern bar/wine bar, a wine shop with laboratory... the difference must be tried and lived... it is a happy and lustful experience... BUT the very high quality of the products and dishes are not even remotely close to the beauty of the family who, with sweat, sacrifice, dedication and joy, carry forward this project every day.. but they will pass this on to you when you go to visit them..

08/03/2025: We happened to find Gaia Bio one of our first nights in Rome and it ended up being the best discovery of our entire trip. Of all the restaurants we went to on our week long trip, Gaia Bio was the only one we had to visit twice. The pizza was not only the best I had in Rome, but the best in the world. When I look back on our trip, Gaia Bio is what I will think of first. I cannot wait to return!

22/03/2025: The service is very attentive and friendly, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The place is small, but they also offer takeout, so it's not a problem. They also take the time to explain the dishes and make recommendations; they're very friendly. I highly recommend the polpette della nonna and any of the puccia dishes, although everything is very good.

14/03/2025: Intimate place with around ten tables. Each dish and ingredient is chosen with care. Very friendly staff. Ideal for eating well and quickly, for lunch or dinner. A real nice surprise in this neighborhood!

22/03/2025: I often eat take-out food for work snacks, and for special occasions I go and get sweets, brioches, pizzas and bread and mortadella… a mix of sweet and savory. The almond paste is wonderful… Wednesday 19, a colleague had the zeppole, fried and baked… they were literally sublime!!!! I'm sorry I didn't take pictures! Must try!!! I am the owners, always friendly, kind and helpful.
