08/03/2025: We happened to find Gaia Bio one of our first nights in Rome and it ended up being the best discovery of our entire trip. Of all the restaurants we went to on our week long trip, Gaia Bio was the only one we had to visit twice. The pizza was not only the best I had in Rome, but the best in the world. When I look back on our trip, Gaia Bio is what I will think of first. I cannot wait to return!

25/02/2025: We had a board in this small restaurant. Really small, not much space and all on standing tables. Perfect for eating on the go but not for a meal with several people.
Very good product, a menu in French and a warm welcome.
Small downside: no possibility of having a glass of wine by the glass, only by the bottle

24/03/2025: This gelato has a really strong flavor! It's not too sweet and has a clean gelato taste. Needless to say, it's chewy. Personally, I think fruit-flavored gelatos are tastier than milk-based gelatos.

Very good and quality ice cream.
There is a wide range of flavors: from classic to more particular ones. A special mention for the salted caramel: one of the best I've ever tried, Bacio di Dama and Gianduiotto variegated with dark chocolate.
The staff is very kind and available to let you taste any flavor you want to try.
Tropical Ice, a stone's throw from Porta Pia, is a gem not to be missed!

The place is small, but they also offer takeout, so it's not a problem. They also take the time to explain the dishes and make recommendations; they're very friendly.
I highly recommend the polpette della nonna and any of the puccia dishes, although everything is very good.
14/03/2025: Intimate place with around ten tables. Each dish and ingredient is chosen with care. Very friendly staff. Ideal for eating well and quickly, for lunch or dinner. A real nice surprise in this neighborhood!

21/02/2025: The coffee is super good, very friendly, the focaccias are cheap and very delicious. We have had breakfast here every day, we have even come on our last day to have a coffee in the afternoon and even though we were the last, they invited us to some donuts and said goodbye to us with a smile, places like that are nice ☺️

14/01/2025: Comida rápida. Pero no comida chatarra. Muy cerca del centro de Roma. Este lugar solía ser una tienda de comestibles. Ahora es una especie de lugar de comida rápida o comida para llevar, frecuentado por lugareños, trabajadores, empleados, turistas que buscan un servicio rápido y buena comida. Muy sugerido.
