I'm not a pizza fan, but I always make an exception for them! Their pizza by the slice is exquisite, highly recommended!! The one with roasted eggplant and chili pepper Superb!!!!

I've tried pizza by the slice, from Gianni, Scrocchia, and Bonci, but I've yet to find the crispiness of this dough equal. The fact that a well-topped pizza stays taut and firm with every bite, yet isn't heavy (my stomach never bloats in the evenings) means a lot. Congratulations!!!
