10/08/2025: What can I say...I'll start by saying that I'm not a fan of this cuisine; I find it a bit monotonous. That said, the place looks beautiful. The service is fast. There are many choices of food, which you can choose and order directly from your tablet. We chose the "eat all you want" menu, which currently costs €29.29 excluding drinks. I haven't included many photos because I forgot to take them of all the dishes I ordered.

31/08/2025: The only place in Rome where they don't know how to make carbonara! The flavor is incomprehensible and indefinable. Definitely not pleasant. What a shame.

29/08/2025: A real hidden gem, the food was absolutely amazing, and the service was just as excellent. Even with my very limited Italian, the staff were so kind and welcoming. We went twice on our holiday for dinner and wish we visited more!

24/05/2025: On Via Francigena, we entered the first cafe in Monterosi. The space was comfortable and everyone sat down to eat, drink, replenish supplies and go to the toilet. We all arrived at about the same time and the clerk was very patient in helping everyone get their pilgrimage stamps.

28/05/2025: Everything is always perfect! We had dinner last night and I must say that we have been vegetarians for about a year. We had already been there as omnivores and we were always super satisfied with the delicious proposals; this time we were a little afraid of having to, as often happens, settle for the usual only alternative but our doubts vanished after a few minutes when the kitchen made itself available to us to modify what we wanted and also to propose dishes that were not on the menu. From appetizer to dessert a continuous joy. For us it is a guarantee!

19/08/2025: An ideal place if you want to grab a typical Roman pasta dish on the go (without spending too much).

19/08/2025: Very bad place. The waitress doesn't give a single smile. The pasta is more than al dente, just undercooked. I ordered pasta alla putanesca but I didn't find any anchovies or capers in my order. Avoid, it's really not good!

24/08/2025: The pizza is fine, but as I mentioned in another comment, I've encountered some overcooked pizzas in Italy. And I'm not a fan of this style of cooking. It's a personal thing.

22/08/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly. The ambiance is typically Italian. The restaurant is also frequented by Italians, which says a lot. Highly recommended 👍🏻

06/06/2025: Just Fantastic ! Amazing selection of fresh Pizza and Pasta . We had the nicest service and welcome . The Pizza was delicious. Crispy, light, and so full of flavour. We sat outside for a quick lunch and the gentleman who served us came out, chatted to us and bought us some Sweet Nutella Pizza as a dessert for free. Really made our day. Thank you so much.

04/05/2025: Truly excellent Pinsa, excellent cooking, light, no problems in short, we were pleasantly satisfied, welcoming staff and place the same... The only small flaw (which obviously doesn't depend on them) is the parking lot which today mostly on Saturdays, was not very easy to find but unfortunately since it is the slightly older part of Formia it is difficult to find... However highly recommended 😊

31/03/2025: Excellent Pinsa Romana. Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming place and in summer you can eat outside in the famous Piazza Sant'Erasmo.

17/08/2025: We spent Ferragosto (August 15th) at this agriturismo surrounded by greenery and immediately felt at home. A warm welcome, a well-kept garden where even our dogs were free to roam, a fun cooking workshop, and an unforgettable dinner with authentic, flavorful dishes (handmade tagliatelle and exquisite sliced beef). The next day, we took advantage of the special offer at a nearby swimming pool and were very kindly offered fresh dishes for lunch. An authentic place, where nature, good food, and hospitality come together in a special experience.
