Equo Hostaria In Roma

We were there on Saturday evening for a family dinner, there were 9 of us, we were all happy with the service they offered us as well as the artfully cooked food! Generous portions and a very honest price for what you eat. We will be back soon and congratulations again. Highly recommended.

A nice experience in this Hostaria with many Sicilian inspired dishes. On Portuense, but in the hidden part towards Piazzale delle Radio. A light but formal environment. I recommend excellent panelle and lentil meatballs as well as a well-executed Ligurian croaker

Even though the weather was beautiful, we had to sit inside. Otherwise, the children's portion was a foreign concept.

A good restaurant hidden in a final corner of via Portuense near the police headquarters, so much so that you know it doesn't exist. Very nice furnishings, clean bathrooms, courteous and attentive service, remarkable food quality, slightly small portions. The desserts are also good. At the end they also bring two sweets as a gift with a really pleasant coffee and anise liqueur. The fish is also excellent. A quiet place, it doesn't seem real, even on a Saturday evening at 8.30pm. Not cheap but worth it. Intimate, very cozy and therefore quiet. In the afternoon open as a bar. Not to be forgotten. Parking within walking distance is difficult.

Really fun place. Furnished with "retro" taste. Few tables and well positioned. Simple and intuitive menu. Well served dishes that also pay attention to the eye. The tagliolini with lime and lupins were too tasty but well seasoned. The souté was perhaps missing something. The artichoke is also excellent combined with cream cheese and pink pepper. The coffee and cinnamon bitters with sweets are appreciated. Friendly and prepared service. Single toilet but clean. Street parking

è la seconda volta che andiamo e non posso che confermare la buona impressione della prima volta. Qualità ottima, piatti cucinati molto bene e proprietario e personale gentilissimi e disponibili. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Bravi

Equo è stata una bella sorpresa. In un quartiere di nuova edificazione come Ostiense/Portuense, molto battuto dal traffico, Equo è in una strada poco frequentata, all'interno di un cortile di un palazzo. Un angolo di "mondo antico" ma dai sapori moderni. Di base, la cucina è siciliana rivisitata. Le foto su Tripadvisor, così come su altre piattaforme, non rendono giustizia né all'ambiente né ai piatti, belli e anche buoni. Gustosa l'arancina di mare, seppur un filo cara (8,50 Euro). Interessante la caponata con le mele al posto delle melanzane (7,50 Euro). Equilibrati (non si direbbe) i taglioni al nero di seppia, seppur dal costo francamente spropositato (22 Euro). Classici gli involtini di pesce spada, in una porzione però tutt'altro che generosa per l'ingente costo (18,50 Euro). Succulenta la torta al cioccolato con guarnizione di caramello salato e giusta nel prezzo (7,50 Euro). Nel complesso, per due persone si è attorno ai 90 Euro, bevendo al calice e non una bottiglia (9 Euro al calice). Emerge un posto interessante, però dai costi un filo eccessivi considerata la zona. Sono prezzi da centro di Roma e - con tutto l'affetto - il centro è molto lontano. Si consiglia ai lettori sicuramente la visita, io stesso se posso ci tornerò. Ai gestori si consiglia di rivedere al ribasso i prezzi, perché è sempre meglio non prendersi troppo sul serio e calare la cucina nel contesto circostante.
