11/11/2025: A small but very attractive restaurant inside, well-decorated, and with a lovely atmosphere. The menu isn't extensive but it's varied, with well-presented and well-described dishes, including some traditional local dishes. Looking at some photos from previous reviews, it's probably true that the portions have gotten smaller, but they're still adequate for a "normal" lunch. The price is perhaps a bit high for the ingredients used, which are essentially "poor" even if elaborate. At around €60 per person (without dessert), it seems excessive.

08/11/2025: A welcoming, warm place, with great attention to detail...even in the bathroom...and the food? Well, it was an experience with authentic, expertly paired flavors. 20/09/2025: We have spent wonderful evening in nice atmosphere thanks to a) cook b) Roxana the waitress c) very calm music, lights, gentle breeze and "voce del mare". This is kind of restaurant you can find posh and feeling inappropriate, for sure. However our experience was the opposite. We felt really as a guests with capital G, our not very patient dog was wellcomed too and deserved also his own service and attention from crew. Food was delicious every single round was s surprise. I have never eaten tasty octopus - here it was wonderful and I want more! Fish soup was really big portion of different kinds of fish meat in tasty soup. Nice proof of freshness is that my HIT wife has no issues dayafter. Next holiday in Lignano we'll visit Voce del Mare for sure.

20/11/2025: I was in the area for work and tried this place for the first time. Upon entering, you immediately sense the family atmosphere and good food. I had tagliolini with mushrooms and tagliata... the first was good, but the tagliata was exceptional!! At lunchtime, the place is frequented by many foreigners, who I saw enjoying the pizza and fish dishes. When I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop by.

29/08/2025: It's known for its wide selection of piadinas, which you can also customize to your liking. They also offer a burger option. The staff I met was pleasant and engaging. Rosa is a smart, sweet, and very helpful girl. Highly recommended!

26/10/2025: We stumbled upon OSTERIA DAI GIMUI by chance last night with a last-minute reservation. Well...the dishes were a delight for the palate and a feast for the eyes. My compliments to Chef Eros, who clearly puts so much love and passion into what he does. Kudos also to the beautiful and sweet Ludovica, who served us with professionalism and such grace. We'll definitely be back.

The dining room staff is kind and attentive, always ready to make guests feel at ease. The kitchen offers traditional dishes, simple yet authentic, where the quality of the ingredients shines through. The location is truly enchanting: a splendid terrace overlooking Friuli, which makes the experience even more special.

13/09/2025: If you go to the Villanova Caves, stop at Ai Templari. The food is good and the hospitality is excellent. It's a lovely place that also tells a nice story. Oh, and you can eat there even if you don't go to the caves.

23/08/2025: Delicious cold cuts and cheeses, a wide selection of local dishes with local products, amazing combinations and very kind and welcoming staff, I highly recommend it.
