This behavior, besides being unpleasant, betrays a concept of customer service that is difficult to reconcile with basic hospitality standards. Regarding the price, the fee requested appears significantly disproportionate to the quality of the food offered. The pizzas, already visually unappealing, confirmed their overall modest nature upon tasting, resulting in disharmonious flavors and lacking any distinguishing note worthy of mention. The French fries were flaccid and lacking in structure, while the crust, with an excessively tough consistency, made the very act of chewing an exercise more akin to perseverance than pleasure. These shortcomings reveal a worrying superficiality in the execution and control of the final product. Overall, the experience paints a picture of an establishment with obvious shortcomings in both service and culinary excellence. A thorough and urgent review of its operational and interpersonal practices therefore appears essential if the restaurant intends to achieve standards even minimally commensurate with the expectations of a discerning and demanding clientele. A consultation with professionals with proven expertise in the sector would not only be appropriate, but hopefully lifesaving.

30/12/2025: The pizza here is incredibly good! I highly recommend both the large pizza and the individual slices. Very varied and unusual flavors with fabulous pairings. I'll definitely be back; from now on, I'll be a trusted pizzeria! Congratulations to the pizza chefs!!!

05/03/2026: The mango ice cream was a little too sweet for my taste. The tiramisu had a unique flavor; I only tried a little, but it looked delicious. My friend had a cone with tiramisu and Mediterranean cream and was very satisfied. Overall, they serve generous portions.

14/02/2026: We had booked for Valentine's Day, expecting a pleasant and organized dinner, but unfortunately, it was a completely disappointing experience. Despite booking in advance, we were left outside for two hours in the cold, in an endless line of people in the same situation as us. I really don't understand the point of taking reservations if you can't guarantee a table or at least manage the wait with dignity. A reservation should be a guarantee, not just a number on an ignored list. Furthermore, the "Valentine's Day menu" was offered for the occasion, with special additions and an obviously higher price for the evening. Inflated prices, lack of organization, and unguaranteed service: a truly unacceptable mix. Valentine's Day evening ruined. An embarrassing situation and a total lack of respect for customers. We won't be returning.

01/02/2026: Lisa is incredibly kind. She's energetic and positive. The food is excellent—in my opinion, the best sushi in Udine for quality and variety. The cleanliness and service are impeccable.

15/02/2026: I waited to write this review until the third time we've come to this place, where you're greeted with such kindness and warmth. The acoustics are excellent, allowing for pleasant conversation. The dishes are very good, both in preparation and flavor, and sincere compliments go to the chefs, because the agnolotti with Treviso radicchio, with an overall delicate filling featuring just the right amount of speck and cheese, were truly delicious. As were the tagliolini with blueberries, a light pasta with the perfect duck ragù! And after the masterfully prepared main courses (Istrian goulash with polenta and Isonzo rose with egg mimosa), comes the SUPER dessert. The best tiramisu I've ever eaten! (I'm Venetian, and tiramisu is an almost traditional dessert that we even make at home), but this tiramisu is perfect! The ingredients are balanced as they should be: alternating layers of ladyfingers soaked in bitter coffee and mascarpone cream. Every spoonful taken vertically is a delight for the palate! I took two photos just to understand the balance, but I assure you that for me this is the REAL tiramisu (7 stars). BRILLIANT pastry chef! Congratulations.

15/02/2026: The place is really very cute and welcoming! The service was kind and attentive. Unfortunately, however, I'm sorry to say that everything was way too, way too, way too SALTY!! Even the customers sitting next to me complained about the excessive saltiness. It's a real shame, I hope it was just an oversight by the chef...

13/01/2026: A delightful place, a fairytale corner in the heart of the city. And the desserts are no less delicious, incredible when eaten on the premises, but equally pristine in taste and flavor when purchased to take away and enjoyed a full two days later! Definitely enjoy a break in this little corner; it's worth it!

04/03/2026: The originally planned beer stop turned into a hearty, high-calorie mountain lunch. It would have been more pleasant to sit outside given the beautiful sunny day. The food, however, was good. The refuge's location offers a magnificent view of the Julian Alps. It's reached after a pleasant climb, with lovely huts along the way. Suitable for all seasons.
