15/01/2026: One of the best sushi places in Bologna. The fish is always fresh and the dishes are unique and carefully prepared. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff is extremely kind and attentive. Highly recommended!

03/01/2026: Excellent sushi, fresh fish, and prompt service. The two of us ordered three sets of nigiri, one with tuna belly (outstanding), one with seared tuna, and one with fried shrimp, and four sushi rolls, which were very filling and truly large. We also drank two gin and tonics and two desserts. Total bill was €135. I will definitely be back to try the many other dishes on their menu. Highly recommended.

03/05/2026: To say excellent is an understatement. The welcome meatball with pepper was fabulous. I asked for more and was immediately satisfied. Tagliatelle with venison ragù was EXTRAORDINARY. Grilled veal with purple mashed potatoes. If you like flying, this is your dish, to be enjoyed together, as the mashed potatoes combined with the meat, which absorbed the aromas of the grill, is simply POETRY. The wine pairing recommended by Manuel was a fabulous Arneis and Sauvignon Blanc. Luis, a wonderful waiter, recommended the shortcrust pastry tart with lemon cream, strawberries, and a dollop of cream. I couldn't have asked for a better recommendation. EXCEPTIONAL. The background music accompanies you in a beautiful setting... Compliments go first to the kitchen, for the FABULOUS food, and to the dining room for the attentive, discreet service with that subtle charm that puts you at ease. THANK YOU Keep up the good work. 20/05/2026: Excellent beer and super food, but watch out for the acoustics! ​We went to Waizen in Ferrara a few nights ago and, from a culinary and service standpoint, the experience was impeccable. ​The food and beers: Truly excellent. The dishes are plentiful, flavorful, and perfect to pair with the wide selection of beers (Waizen beers are a guarantee). Whether you order a burger or a typical beer hall dish, you'll be thrilled. ​The service: The staff is young and incredibly courteous. Despite the place being packed, the staff were quick, attentive, and always smiling. A 10 for customer service. ​The only downside: We dined on the restaurant's veranda, and unfortunately, the noise level was really high. It was so loud that we struggled to hear or talk to the people at our table, almost forcing us to shout. My advice: If you're looking for a quiet evening to chat, I highly recommend booking outdoor tables during the warmer months. I'll definitely be back for the excellent food and friendly staff, but maybe even outside!

21/05/2026: It's now a true institution. It's been under the same management for many years, and they're always fantastic. At lunchtime, you can grab a quick, tasty break without long waits. The piadina is truly delicious, and the value for money is excellent. I've also stopped in at night, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I'd say it's definitely worth a try.

Fast, attentive service, offering traditional dishes, using traditional, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients. Fresh pasta, sublime escarole and olive tart, eggplant parmigiana just like my grandmother used to make with non-industrialized ingredients, and chicken leg and mushrooms that melt in every bite. Highly recommended.

08/05/2026: I highly recommend this catering service. Stefania put us at ease right away, was very helpful, and listened to all our concerns. Ours was a mixed Italian-Moroccan-Tunisian wedding, and we had all these cultures on our plates, from the initial buffet to the after-dinner one. We were amazed to see dishes we hadn't even discussed; Stefania truly surprised us. A special thanks goes to Sara, the chef who prepared most of the dishes. Thank you! 25/03/2026: A little gem, with exposed stone walls and soft, warm lighting that makes it an enchanting place. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, and the scent of the cellar envelops you completely, creating pure magic. We could have just sat there, immersed in this magic, just for the pleasure of being there... but then the dishes arrived. And it was an explosion of flavors. The exquisite, impeccably presented charcuterie and cheese platter, with delicious and flavorful side dishes. The wine was excellent. The bill was also very fair, considering the quality of the ingredients and the generous portions. Needless to say, we'll be back; it was a wonderful experience!

01/03/2026: We came on Saturday, February 21st, to celebrate my wife's graduation. Our idea was to have a sort of aperitif, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of the dishes, leaving us feeling full and satisfied. They reserved the main room for us because there were 18 of us, and despite the small size, it was comfortable and spacious, so there was absolutely no complaints. Thanks to Chiara for helping us, Elia for the service, and of course, all the staff. We will definitely be back.
