12/10/2025: The quality/price ratio is excellent, the Culatello and the homemade giardiniera are excellent. What can I say, after nine years, they've grown in every way. A large, additional dining room, a wine list that rivals even the most famous restaurants—no one highlights the local wines—the service offers excellent recommendations, courtesy, kindness, and attention to detail that puts you at ease like few others, and speed despite the crowds. The dishes are always delicious and traditionally homemade. I always sense passion and love, and the price confirms this... for human consumption... 14/10/2025: I got married in Gaiana on October 12th and for the food we relied on catering from Jari. What can I say? Stefania is truly amazing, always on point and attentive to detail. We hit it off right away. Our guests complimented us on the amount of food we had, and above all, how delicious it was. It's always a pleasure to hear that! 11/09/2025: An excellent little restaurant in a unique setting with very attentive and cheerful staff. We were there for lunch and were delighted. The restaurant is part of the "Castello di Montegridolfo" complex, a carefully renovated medieval castle.

06/10/2025: I am so sorry, I don't have ice cream photos because every time i visit this place, i always love and forget to take pictures! I can guarantee this is the best gelato in Ferrara. In every season, La Romana always has something to give. The place, the location, and the staff are all good and nice. Don't forget this place near the Natural History Museum of Ferrara!

However, the place was cramped and noisy; it was impossible to converse even at the same table, and by the end of the meal we left exhausted and with a headache. The food was limited, and unfortunately, not unforgettable. We won't be returning.

16/10/2025: A positive experience and excellent quality for a fully vegan meal. The appetizer tart was very good. I expected the risotto-style buckwheat to be more risotto-like. Another not-so-positive note about dessert: the tiramisu didn't taste like tiramisu at all; it tasted good, but it was too runny. Last note: I think a bowl of ice cream with two scoops for €9 is out of line. I didn't buy it because of the price; I understand it's homemade, but at a good ice cream shop, I can get the same amount for €4, and it's still artisanal ice cream. Fair prices (except for the ice cream mentioned above).

30/04/2025: Well located location with a terrace protected from the sun. The ice creams are delicious but the flavors are limited. the dark chocolate ice cream is excellent. The only downside; a very unpleasant waitress, fortunately her colleague is more professional.

03/09/2025: The ice cream at this ice cream parlor is truly delicious, with a wide selection of flavors. The crêpes are also fresh and deliciously prepared. The large terrace with plenty of seating is particularly pleasant, inviting you to linger. It's a perfect place to enjoy ice cream and sweet treats in a relaxed atmosphere on sunny days.
