19/01/2026: An unforgettable experience. We chose the five-course menu (selectable from the à la carte menu) with a glass of wine (one for each course). We were greeted with a delicious entrée and pampered throughout. The service was excellent, attentive but not overwhelming. The appetizer was delicious, the first courses delicate yet well-structured, rich in flavor, and the meat perfectly cooked. I didn't find the dessert as exciting as the rest of the menu; perhaps if I had chosen it again, I would have ordered a different course, but that's just my personal opinion. I hope to return soon to try the rest of the menu! Congratulations.

18/01/2026: A must-visit when passing through these parts. The usual high-quality service and excellent food, although I wasn't entirely convinced. There were some small details, like the artichokes, which weren't very chewy in the more cooked parts. Otherwise, everything was well-balanced: bitterness, acidity, aromas, and savory. I like the way the herbs have evolved over time. All good, some very pleasant discoveries. We'll gladly return.

The price is above average but fully justified by the quality of the ingredients, their preparation, and the attention to detail that undoubtedly went into balancing the dishes. The octopus deserves a special mention: the most tender I've ever eaten, it melted in my mouth. Definitely recommended.

09/01/2026: Persian Restaurant, an incredible discovery. If you haven't been, you absolutely must try it! An oasis of warmth and hospitality. The welcoming, family atmosphere makes you feel instantly at home.... And the food... oh!! oh!! Here, a dish bursting with authentic flavors and aromas, all unique and delicious. A huge thank you to the owner, a truly enchanting person.

21/12/2025: SPECTACULAR place. We went there a couple of months ago just to try it out, and now my boyfriend and I want to make this a regular experience. The dishes are well-balanced, perfectly priced, but out of this world when it comes to pairings. If you try them individually, they're good, but when you put them together, the result is a mind-blowing, delicious, and (for us Italians, I think) unusual combination of flavors. Absurd, out of this world, and delicious. The friendly, family-like service makes the experience even better; they're truly talented.

The staff were so patient and thoughtful with their introductions and flavor recommendations, which truly brightened my first day in Bologna. 17/01/2026: Take It Easy is undoubtedly my favorite place in Ferrara. It's the ideal spot for both lunch and dinner, with a formula that combines the spirit of street food with the care and quality of real restaurant dishes. The preparation is always excellent, meticulously prepared, and never boring. I've been going there for years, and it's a sure thing. My absolute favorite dish is the cappellacci with ragù, which for me are simply the best in all of Ferrara (and I've tried so many around the city). The only flaw: there are only four on the plate, but they're so good it's easily forgiven. The rest of the menu is also excellent: from the pasticcio ferrarese to the many frequently changing options, a sign of a vibrant, attentive, and never repetitive cuisine. Anna, the owner, is always extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, and she makes a difference in making you feel at home. It's a place I adore and where I always bring friends and acquaintances: the result is always the same; they're pleasantly surprised. A place I recommend without a doubt.

09/10/2025: Truly delicious sandwiches. Initially, we came solely for the porchetta (which remains the mainstay), but they've increased the variety, maintaining high quality. The staff is very friendly and courteous. It's becoming a pleasant Saturday lunchtime habit.

06/10/2025: Wonderful place. Staff is super friendly and authentic. Food is extraordinary best panino I've eaten in bologna. Packed with locals and atmosphere. Later the whole plaza is full with young people, music ect.
