And indeed, this time too, I found what I expected: quality cuisine, dishes crafted with care, ingredients treated as they should be, and a staff that, despite a packed dining room, maintains uncommon professionalism and patience. The atmosphere is lively, pleasant, and it's clear that they work here with true passion, not improvisation. Then, of course, there are always those who, instead of enjoying a day or evening, prefer to cause a scene, perhaps thinking that a badge or a few words spoken out loud can replace good manners, competence, and common sense. But in the end, people speak for themselves: it's not their role that defines them, but how they behave. Good food is a serious matter, and it's not for everyone. Understanding it requires taste, but also a little restraint. For those who have it, this place is a sure thing. The others would probably be better off staying home... or at least learning before speaking. The maximum allowed is 5 stars, but they are still an understatement to describe a high-level place like Alfonso&Alfonso.

Furthermore, being lactose intolerant, I always received extra attention: they were meticulous, helpful, and ready to recommend safe alternatives without making me feel limited in my choice. The food is simply excellent: beautifully presented dishes, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors. Passion is evident in every course. It's disappointing to read some negative reviews, especially when they stem from inappropriate behavior rather than actual problems with the restaurant. Personally, I've seen staff handle situations that would have put anyone else in difficulty with great class. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

I had booked for November 1st through your online system (which listed the restaurant as open, as did Google), but when we arrived, we found the restaurant closed. As soon as you enter, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a simple yet thoughtful decor, shelves laden with artisanal dairy products, and aromas that immediately entice you to try them. The lactose-free buffalo mozzarella is phenomenal, and is only available on certain days of the week, including Tuesdays. Congratulations

18/02/2026: I returned a second time after two days to get a 500g mozzarella. Truly special! The savory dishes were also excellent, especially the focaccia (pizza) with broccoli rabe and sausage or with escarole, but the best thing we enjoyed was the warm welcome and genuine smile of the lady who served us! We bought lots of things to bring back to Padua, and we received excellent service without any scams or exaggerations, with absolutely reasonable prices. Highly recommended! Take a little bit of Naples home with you!

10/10/2025: Amazing food. Fresh tasty delicious pasta. Very friendly and helpful staff. Burschetta was delicious. Octopus with spaghetti and pine nuts and olive oil was best I had.

22/10/2025: We went tonight for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes, the kindness of the staff, and the rather intimate and quiet setting. The dishes had different flavors, and you could taste the fish (unlike other AYCE sushi places where everything tastes the same and the raw fish tastes like it's been frozen). I personally recommend it and will be back.

I think this is one of our best experiences, much better than with many 5 stars hotels. We appreciated it a lot. Don’t buy the excursions from the hotel! We purchased 4 excursions and regretted a lot - they are organized not by the hotel, but by a different agency, and are very poor and basic, don’t worse even the half of their prices.

03/10/2025: Magnificent!!! Stunning room with a sea view and every comfort, a lovely pool, and fabulous hot tubs! The hotel restaurant is exceptional...quality products and delicious food, as is breakfast! The shuttle service to and from Sorrento is excellent, without having to move the car from the parking lot! I highly recommend it!

I decided to buy a house since we are approaching Easter. Gentlemen, it was a delicacy filled with incredible dough that melted in your mouth and was rich in all the flavors that should distinguish a CASATIELLO. Last but not least, the super affordable price for everyone.
