03/11/2025: We celebrated a 50th birthday at this restaurant, and the experience was truly exceptional. The elegant and serene atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for a special day, where every detail was thoughtfully and tastefully attended to. The food was sublime and plentiful. Everything was cooked according to tradition—the pasta e patate and the eggplant parmigiana were delicious—with authentic ingredients and flavors that made the lunch a true gastronomic journey, especially for some of our guests who weren't from Campania. They also greatly appreciated the excellent Falaghina wine produced in Bacoli, whose label I forgot to get, but which was truly special. The value for money was surprising: top-notch service at a more than fair price. Special praise goes to our waiter Pasquale, who served us with professionalism, kindness, and a constant smile. And a heartfelt thank you to the owners, who accommodated our every request with availability and attentiveness, keeping exactly what they promised. In a landscape full of places, often renowned ones, where you end up disappointed, at SATYA the opposite happened: expectations were not only met, but actually exceeded. A place where you truly feel like guests, not customers. We will definitely return—to try the pizza or the mussel soup—and we recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, elegant, and memorable experience.

25/08/2025: Seafood menu €45 with meager portions. The fish and pasta were undercooked, and even the €8 marinara pizza was small.

24/07/2026: Contrary to what other reviews say, we had a rather unpleasant experience with the staff. When we didn't understand what she meant when she asked if we wanted peach juice on top of our lemon tea (which is something we have never encountered at other bubble tea places - and also doesn't fit taste wise) she was kind of condescending and also ranted about to her colleague in Italian - which she thought we didn't understand. Rude. If you're going to complain about patrons, at least wait until they are gone, I'd say. Regarding the bubble tea, half the cup was ice, and it tasted like peach ice tea. Cannot recommend the bubble tea.

25/05/2026: A truly fantastic experience! We chose the tasting menu, and it was an incredible journey of flavors from start to finish. To begin, we were served some excellent appetizers: a savory bun, potato croquettes, and truly delicious montanare. All of this was accompanied by excellent craft beers that perfectly complemented each course. Next, we sampled three types of pizza: padellino, pala, and contemporanea. Each offering demonstrated a meticulous attention to detail and the highest quality ingredients. What struck me most was the incredible crunch of the dough, especially in the pala and panellino, without ever being heavy: light, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. The contemporanea pizza was also exceptional: perfectly cooked, with a soft texture and truly extraordinary flavor. To conclude, a fantastic sweet bun with gelato and Nutella: indulgent, well-balanced, and truly delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet, and to anyone who happens to be in the area. An experience absolutely worth having!

19/03/2026: Excellent croissants and brioches, friendly service, somewhat mysterious prices. At the table, I paid €4 for a marocchino and €3 for a cappuccino. I still don't understand the logic.

31/07/2026: I'm still puzzled. A Coke for €4.50 and a "Schweppes Lemon"—but not a bottle, served directly into a glass so small I don't think it was even 20cl, and for €5. It was a rather expensive drink break, let's say, probably due to the neighborhood...

19/07/2026: A truly fantastic gelateria and pastry shop! A huge selection of pastries and cakes! And the taste is amazing! You don't even know what to choose! Basically, you can try a little bit of everything. The coffee ice cream is a must-try – it's so incredibly delicious! The whole shop is beautifully decorated, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

22/02/2026: Excellent gelato shop in Avellino, with a few flavors, but there's also an option for those who are lactose intolerant. In addition to gelato, you can also choose lactose-free yogurt. I recommend it!!

17/07/2026: The service of this place deserves 0 stars tbh. First off, they brought out our food before our drinks, which I’ve never seen before. Even after the food came out, the beers probably took 10 more minutes. We noticed the table next to us had been waiting about 40 minutes for their food, before getting up and asking the waiter what happened. They said they forgot the food, so those customers just left which is fair enough. Also, we ordered tiramisu after our meal, which the waiters also forgot. Just weird and incompetent service. The food was okay though

18/07/2026: We stayed for a weekend with a group of friends. The location was lovely, the rooms were spacious and clean. Dinner was good, and the fish was well-cooked. Breakfast could be improved.

27/05/2026: We booked a table at this place in front of the DJ booth, who, incidentally, is a very dear friend of ours, but the owner made us get up after the first course was already served, saying that the table had already been booked. He was less than polite! He sat us at a table almost on the outside of the place! It was extremely crowded, the volume was high, and the prices were high! The most absurd thing was that a medium beer cost 9 euros! We won't be returning!

06/07/2026: Truly disconcerting. I've never paid by debit card without receiving a receipt for what I'd eaten. Service was almost nonexistent. What a disappointment.

01/07/2026: A truly spectacular place! It's rare to find a place that manages to do it all so well: an excellent restaurant, great pizzeria, a bar with fantastic cocktails, and a beautiful location where you can even dance. The real added value, however, is the owner, Walter: always super professional, welcoming, and incredibly skilled at everything he does. A fantastic atmosphere and guaranteed fun. Highly recommended!

14/09/2025: My wife and I went here on a Friday evening in September. The place is nice, with an outdoor terrace and an indoor dining room. The service, however, leaves much to be desired: - they had seated us on the terrace, but we asked, and had to insist, that due to the unpleasant wind, we would prefer to dine inside. Being told that they had decided to use only the terrace that evening, otherwise the waiters would have been confused, was grotesque, but in the end we were granted our request (besides, there were already other diners inside, so I don't understand what the problem was). - a quarter of an hour to order. - a half-hour wait for beers, appetizers, and two pizzas (the drinks didn't even arrive right away). - the pizzas arrive first, then the appetizer. - a couple at the next table orders eggplant appetizers, and suddenly, something completely different arrives; they politely protest, but the waitress replies that... that's what they have. In short... amateurs at random. The pizzas were good, though not unforgettable, but definitely good. The potato croquets were good, but probably frozen. The prices were reasonable. We'd love to return to try the food (which many say is sublime), but... the promise isn't good. They could use at least one smart waiter in the dining room and more professionalism from the manager. You can't improvise in restaurants.

08/08/2026: Extremely disappointed! We went to this restaurant for a family dinner and were greeted by the sight of one of us missing a glass, only to find it broken on the chair... with lots of splinters, and there were children in the mix! There was no interest or attention paid to those who booked a table, and once we arrived, we would have liked to find the table in normal condition, but instead, wrinkled tablecloths and a broken glass. The food wasn't bad, with a plentiful appetizer, but another flaw was that, unfortunately, almost everything was bland, starting with the mini potato gateau as an appetizer, the parmigiana, and ending with the meat! We requested sparkling water and still water, but it took 15 minutes for the sparkling water to be brought. In short, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I don't know if I'd recommend it; they need to be more thoughtful and attentive in their approach! The only thing that deserves 5 stars is the view.

27/07/2026: Absolutely breathtaking views, both of Mount Vesuvius, which appears very close from here, and of the Norman castle Castello di Lettere. The food was okay (unfortunately, no picture of the main course).
