21/03/2026: I had a party at this location. The staff was excellent and professional, the food was delicious, and there was plenty of parking. Poolside photo opportunities are available. I recommend it for your events or just a simple dinner.

14/02/2026: One of the most squalid things in life is dealing with people who are not very serious. I order a pizza delivery and they tell me in half an hour I'll be at your place. After 2 hours, no one shows up in those two hours. I've called 4 times but it's always lies. I want to understand that it's Saturday but you don't behave like that with people. I was also a customer but who's open is always you. Remove the address. It's not your business.

24/01/2026: I've never been there in person, but tonight I ordered via the app and I have to say I was extremely disappointed: I placed the order at 6:40 PM with delivery scheduled for 8:30 PM. I understand that Saturday is a special day and I respect other people's work, but it's also not fair to deliver the two pizzas at 9:55 PM, practically an hour and a half late. Furthermore, the app notified me at 9:25 PM that the pizzas had left but that the delivery driver (with a service managed directly by the pizzeria) would make other deliveries before me. The result was that the pizzas arrived cold because they were now a good half hour old. Finally, the pizzas were small and with little toppings, but that was the least of the problems. I should point out that the pizzeria is located 2.3 km from my house. A horrible experience.

06/05/2026: The ice cream was too sweet and heavy for my taste, but I let it slide. The girl serving the ice cream was not at all polite and managed to get two of the two flavors wrong (she was obviously not listening to the customer, but rather to the colleague she was chatting with behind the counter). Zero professionalism.

04/04/2026: In restaurants, when there's INABILITY and PRESUMPTION IN SERVICE, everything else fades into the background. THE FACT: - 12 people with reservations (2 children) - We arrived promptly at 9:00 PM - The first pizza arrived at 10:00 PM and the twelfth pizza at 10:45 PM - The most embarrassing and disrespectful thing is that during the wait, tables that arrived 30/40 minutes after us were served. ABSURD, UNFAIR, and UNPROFESSIONAL! ...to conclude the experience, the lady at the cashier said it was normal for them because they also had to handle takeout! Didn't she even think to apologize? Presumptuous, too. CONCLUSION: Have a good life and thank you anyway. SEE YOU NEVER AGAIN

03/01/2026: I ordered pizzas for home delivery at 8:30 PM. It's 9:50 PM and the pizzas still haven't arrived. I tried calling, but obviously they don't even answer. A company's reliability should be something you shouldn't underestimate.

02/05/2026: Excellent food, from appetizers to first courses, second courses, and dessert. The owner was very kind and courteous. The atmosphere was clean and quiet. I highly recommend this restaurant.

09/02/2026: TRATTORIA DA STEFANO - Melito di Napoli ⭐ MENU ⭐ The menu was extremely disappointing: dishes made almost exclusively of frozen products, with a quality more reminiscent of a school cafeteria than a trattoria. No authentic flavor, no care in the preparation, no elements reminiscent of traditional or home cooking. We ordered a frozen appetizer, I believe, a flavorless pasta alla genovese, and a seafood pasta dish that tasted like nothing. WELCOME ⭐ The welcome was practically nonexistent. After sitting down, we were completely forgotten, with no attention, no care, and no even the minimum human connection that should characterize a trattoria. A feeling of total disinterest in the customer. LOCATION ⭐ The environment is dilapidated: neglected premises, worn furnishings, and especially the dilapidated and dirty bathrooms, absolutely unacceptable for a place open to the public. The lack of maintenance and hygiene significantly impacted the overall experience. The only positive is the large parking lot, which is also unattended! PRICE ⭐ The price is very low, and it truly reflects what's offered. From this perspective, it might even be "okay," but the cost savings don't make up for the poor quality of the food, service, and ambiance. RECOMMENDED?
