18/09/2025: I was here for a birthday and I have to say I was quite surprised by the place. The lady who served us was very kind and friendly. The fried foods were delicious, and we really enjoyed the pizza. Kudos to the expertly made fried pizza, not too greasy, but nice and full and flavorful.

05/07/2025: A gift from the boss, Zucchini flower with fish and mayonnaise, perfect. Delicious. Aromatic. Antipasti, grilled squid, delicious. Crispy and delicate. Tuna steak, delicious. However, the salad was charged separately at 4.50e. Spaghetti with shrimp tartare, the best. Delicate. Noticeable orange peel. Delicious wine. Great service. The boss personally comes, talks and creates an atmosphere. A revelation. I recommend it. ❤️

05/09/2025: The other night, I went to this place for a drink and to celebrate my birthday with some friends and my parents (there were about 10 of us). Unfortunately, the welcome wasn't the best. Even though there were several free tables (it was 8:30 PM), the owner told me they were all booked, and I, along with the other diners, were invited to sit at the high tables with stools, or else we'd have to leave since there were no other options. I tried in vain to explain to the very friendly owner that my father has a serious health problem and that we'd settle for just a low table for two, at least for him and his partner, so that we could guarantee him, given his condition, a seat with a backrest, but there was no availability; once again, "all the tables were reserved." After a long wait, the owner finally came to our second-rate table, with an attitude that was honestly, in my opinion, unnecessarily hostile. We ordered a bottle of wine (there were only four of us, waiting for everyone else) and an appetizer. As my friends arrived, even the mere request for a stool or simply more glasses and plates was annoying and was repeatedly ignored, so much so that in the end I took the stool myself. We ordered, in addition to more bottles of wine, some appetizers for the main course. We received plates and silverware only after asking for them. Furthermore, when I asked for yet another glass for the last person to arrive, the waiter said, "I'll check if they're available" (the place was half empty). Needless to say, the tables next to ours (all, he claimed, hopelessly booked) remained empty the entire evening, and I repeat, not a single person was seated, not even by mistake, from 8:30 PM until 12:30 AM. I understand that there may be rules, I understand everything, but in this case, a little more flexibility and attention would have made a difference. Furthermore, when it came time to pay, the tables on the other side were all half-empty, too; the excellent owner didn't even bother to come to the cashier to ask how the evening had gone. A terrible impression, with no professionalism or manners, and my birthday was ruined.

11/01/2026: I'd been here years ago and wasn't happy with the service, but I wanted to give it a second chance! Never again! Terrible experience! The food tasted awful, but the worst part was the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff. One waitress, to let us know we needed to clear our table, said it loudly to her colleague, giggling so we could hear her. Spoiler alert: she could have just come up to us and told us that since we'd ordered dessert, we'd have to leave the table after eating it. Even though we stayed for an hour and a half, which was practically enough time to eat. It seems obvious to me that we'd leave after eating dessert! Besides, there was no one standing around waiting for the table to be freed up! But in any case, it seems really rude and unprofessional to giggle and talk badly about customers out loud like kindergarteners. NO COMMENT! Never again! 😉

23/02/2026: TERRIBLE SERVICE. I personally really enjoyed the gelato, but the service was inhumane. When I entered the shop, I was the only customer, and there was no one behind the counter. An employee immediately came to the cash register (she didn't even greet me), and when I politely asked for gelato, complete with "please" and "thank you," she didn't even bother to let me know how much money I should insert into the self-service machine. She went to the gelato area of ​​the counter and, when I asked, literally REFUSED to mix the flavors I'd requested, forcing me to choose different flavors because she couldn't imagine mixing my combination. Since I knew what I was ordering, I let her assemble the cone anyway. Since I didn't want to question my choice of flavors, it should be her job to ADVISE, not dictate. Working with customers isn't for everyone, and I believe that basic courtesy and respect for others are essential. As someone who has worked with the public, I've always put work and personal issues above my brief interactions with clients. I advise the woman to improve her customer service approach, as it doesn't encourage customers to return and, therefore, to grow the business she works for and which provides her income.

08/03/2026: I went daily to have a meal at Bar Pizzeria Trattoria Ristorante Maraucci during my vacation in Naples. The location is very well situated near Porta Nolana. A typical Neapolitan restaurant with very good hospitality. The service was very quick, the food was very good, and the staff very friendly. I recommend trying the seafood, which is absolutely delicious. The pizza is excellent!

08/03/2026: Terrible restaurant. We waited 30 minutes and got up to ask if someone could wait on us, but nothing! Terrible, truly shameful.

26/10/2025: Restaurant with parking, located in a breathtaking location (Vesuvius and Castello di Lettere). I've been there several times, both summer and winter, and have always found the quality to be top-notch. Highly recommended.

10/10/2025: The outside area and the upstairs dining room were also spacious and well-made. Pizzas: A pizza with arugula and prosciutto was full of arugula, as if the bag had been opened (without being washed or checked) and added to the top. I even found the little yellow arugula flower. A calzone had a raw sauce, but the shocking thing was that the pizza dough was literally raw. We left without saying anything to avoid arguments, but we definitely won't be returning. The bill was quite steep, and the wait for the pizzas was quite long.

The quality of the filling is industrial, so it has no flavor! It's truly a shame! We're not there, Alessandro! I've trusted them four more times... but that's enough!

02/01/2026: Ordered on Just Eat based on good reviews and estimated delivery time of "15-30 minutes." I strongly advise against ordering takeout from this pizzeria. After a ruined Friday night, four consecutive calls, a two-hour delay, and various curses while scrolling through the calendar four times... the pizza wasn't even that great. Two-hour wait, insane price of €23.30 for two pizzas and a portion of fries. DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT!

11/12/2025: Very small place but nicely decorated. The lady in the dining room was very kind and courteous. The pizzas were good with a good, not heavy dough. It's just a shame there was a little... The crust was burnt, but a casual visit is fine.

19/03/2026: Excellent croissants and brioches, friendly service, somewhat mysterious prices. At the table, I paid €4 for a marocchino and €3 for a cappuccino. I still don't understand the logic.
