Telefono per prenotare e ci dicono che non è possibile prenotare telefonicamente, ma solo tramite lista sul posto, onde poi scoprire che non era così. Arriviamo alle 20.30 e ci dicono che i tavoli per 8 persone sono solo 3 e il primo che si libera è il nostro. Alle 22.15 chiedo info e ci rispondono che non possono sapere i tempi. Entro nel locale e faccio un giro, dei tre tavoli per 8 persone, 2 tavoli sono agli antipasti e 1 tavolo è libero perché prenotato alle 22.30. Risultato per mangiare bisognerebbe attendere almeno 2 h. Alle nostre continue lamentele replicano che non è più vero che i tavoli sono 3 ma sono 5. ma comunque non c’è posto. Incapaci di gestire e di saper rispondere alla clientela. Sgarbata la ragazza all’ingresso che incapace di gestire la situazione si lamenta di sentirsi attaccata. Richiamano al telefono le persone che non si presentano alle prenotazioni lasciando le persone in lista ad attendere un tempo sconfinato. Mai vista una cosa del genere. Se avessero lavorato in un posto turistico probabilmente li avrebbero presi con i molotov. Assurdo per non dire indecente! Alle 22.30 dopo nostra insistenza ci offrono due tavoli da 4. Andiamo via e senza cena !!!!!

28/04/2025: We arrived late from the airport and after leaving our luggage at the B&B, we found this pizzeria nearby. It was 11:30 pm, we kindly asked if it was still possible to eat and the owner sat us down, despite the dirty looks from the waitresses. As soon as we sat down, the waitress began with "we close at half past midnight", meaning midnight. Between ordering and eating, it would have taken us a total of half an hour, which seems like the minimum to me. While one of the waitresses was taking our order and talking to us, her colleague walked by the table yelling at her to move because they had to close, if you'll pardon the expression, like a real rude person. In all this, while we were eating, the staff continued to stare at us as if to urge us to leave. I understand very well that it was late, but if you didn't want to serve us, you just had to be clear from the beginning that you were closing and we would have gone elsewhere. The terrible service unfortunately made the experience negative and I do not recommend this place. Good pizza, nothing to complain about, but I don't think it can compete with all of Naples.
