03/11/2025: We celebrated a 50th birthday at this restaurant, and the experience was truly exceptional. The elegant and serene atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for a special day, where every detail was thoughtfully and tastefully attended to. The food was sublime and plentiful. Everything was cooked according to tradition—the pasta e patate and the eggplant parmigiana were delicious—with authentic ingredients and flavors that made the lunch a true gastronomic journey, especially for some of our guests who weren't from Campania. They also greatly appreciated the excellent Falaghina wine produced in Bacoli, whose label I forgot to get, but which was truly special. The value for money was surprising: top-notch service at a more than fair price. Special praise goes to our waiter Pasquale, who served us with professionalism, kindness, and a constant smile. And a heartfelt thank you to the owners, who accommodated our every request with availability and attentiveness, keeping exactly what they promised. In a landscape full of places, often renowned ones, where you end up disappointed, at SATYA the opposite happened: expectations were not only met, but actually exceeded. A place where you truly feel like guests, not customers. We will definitely return—to try the pizza or the mussel soup—and we recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, elegant, and memorable experience.
25/08/2025: Seafood menu €45 with meager portions. The fish and pasta were undercooked, and even the €8 marinara pizza was small.

05/01/2026: Poor product, overpriced The pistachio cream looks like the photo in which the slice is cut in half: a sort of very sweet gel that has nothing to do with pistachios.
04/01/2026: For several years now, I've been given Siani Farciti Panettoni as Christmas presents. I've never eaten panettone so "sloppy and crumbly." Beneath a thick (always too thick) glaze of discreet pistachio, chocolate, and other creams, also available in piping bags, the foundation is completely missing. The dough doesn't have the consistency of a panettone. When cut, the slice falls apart, while the crust on the sides and bottom is hard and overcooked, sticking to the paper container. Between the glaze, the overly thick crust, and the crumbly crumb, it's impossible to cut without making a mess; any knife will do. Lots of smoke and not enough roast.

14/03/2026: The pizza looked excellent, with a light and fluffy crust. It's a shame I ordered paella. The rice was really undercooked, hard to swallow (and I love rice and pasta al dente), and soaked in oil. All the seafood was definitely frozen and far too chewy. I'm giving it two stars, not one, for the excellent service and the pizza, which definitely would have been a better choice. For the price, I really expected more from what's considered their flagship dish. I wouldn't eat it again 🙏
12/01/2026: I don't usually write bad reviews, but this time I'll make an exception. I go to this restaurant's website and find a menu that says they also do takeout or delivery. I call to order a portion of chicken with potatoes (the menu says the chicken weighs about 1 kg and costs 16 euros), but they tell me they don't do delivery and that the menu is out of date (maybe it's time to update it). "To be fair," they inform me that the portion isn't 1 kg but rather a thigh + drumstick +, of course, potatoes, and that the price is 15 euros per portion. Okay, I'll order for pickup. I arrive, pay, and get in the car ready to leave, but I decide to check the portions because the containers seemed small and light... I was right, the portions were indeed very small, and I decide to go back to ask if everything was correct. They tell me those are the correct portions. Obviously, the waiters and cashiers aren't to blame, so I say goodbye and leave. Once I get home, I weigh the chicken and potatoes to be as accurate as possible: Chicken portion 1: 160 g Chicken portion 2: 185 g Single portion of potatoes: 210 g Total cost, including two 33cl Cokes in glass bottles: €36 Honestly, this seems like an ABSURD price. I definitely won't be back! The staff (from what little I saw) seemed polite and friendly.

19/08/2025: An Italian-French restaurant in Sorbo Serpico We happened upon this delightful restaurant by chance on the August bank holiday. To our surprise, we discovered that the owners and chef are both Italian and French. We sat down and were surrounded by great hospitality, in an oasis of tranquility, courtesy, and kindness. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with just the right amount of flavor, and in a general context that emphasizes the use of salt, it allowed the flavors of the ingredients to shine through without altering their taste. I really enjoyed the escargots, which are hard to find in Italy. I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect blend of gorgonzola and porcini mushrooms, which allowed you to appreciate the flavor of pasta cooked just right al dente. The filet mignon was also excellent, with a mustard sauce that was well-balanced in flavor and saltiness. For dessert: we expected the crème brûlée, which is on the menu, but unfortunately it wasn't available. The baba we were served was a bit disappointing, both for the little-to-no rum-based syrup and the unusual plating, with honey and sprinkles (!) We discovered they also make fondue, and we've made plans to return to try it. A pleasant experience, with light and easily digestible dishes. Highly recommended.

04/04/2026: Terrible experience. I ordered takeout pizza. Inedible due to the preparation based on the order. I also ordered zeppole and croquettes. I've never seen anything like them. Moreover, according to the lady who received the order, zeppole meant seafood zeppoline (frozen and arrived very hard), a type of zucchini blossom, which wasn't ordered, so forget about the fried food. Naturally, I called to clarify, but they told me they only have those on Saturdays, and she'd forgotten to tell me. It's all ABC. I strongly advise against it. On a positive note, the delivery arrived on time. But with these products, I believe in them.
