12/10/2025: Excellent traditional restaurant in the center of historic Naples. We found a seat easily and quickly and the food was very tasty and came quite quickly! The prices are quite good. The staff is typical and borderline impersonal as in all of Naples.

08/05/2025: Tanto pubblicizzata, però alla fine c’è qualità ma certo l’eccellenza è altra cosa. Personale disponibile, prezzi forse un po’ oltre il giusto, gradevole il prodotto. Ma se uno gira, trova di meglio.

02/01/2026: Ordered on Just Eat based on good reviews and estimated delivery time of "15-30 minutes." I strongly advise against ordering takeout from this pizzeria. After a ruined Friday night, four consecutive calls, a two-hour delay, and various curses while scrolling through the calendar four times... the pizza wasn't even that great. Two-hour wait, insane price of €23.30 for two pizzas and a portion of fries. DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT!

11/12/2025: Very small place but nicely decorated. The lady in the dining room was very kind and courteous. The pizzas were good with a good, not heavy dough. It's just a shame there was a little... The crust was burnt, but a casual visit is fine.

27/09/2025: The food isn't bad, but the service disappointed us. Being overly "friendly" isn't necessary. They let us choose and then told us they didn't have what we wanted. We chose something else, but they forced us to waste two identical dishes so they wouldn't have to cook two different things. I asked for the burger on a plate and the meat well done because I'm pregnant, but they did the exact opposite. I expected someone to come to the table to ask if everything was okay, but no one ever came, and now I had to leave still hungry. I'd prefer more attention to service, not excessive "friendliness."

25/09/2025: I was here yesterday for a dear friend's baby shower, and it was a wonderful discovery! A lovely, welcoming place, perfect for events with children: plenty of space, a relaxed atmosphere, and everything was very well-kept.

14/02/2026: A bar with an undisputed tradition, good coffee, a wide selection of excellent pastries, and the semifreddo desserts are the highlight. Reservations are available for special occasions!! The lemon granita is excellent 🍋 and the coffee is superb.... Viva Friendliness

18/10/2025: Restaurant in the ghost town of old Apice, expectations were high. Difficulty viewing the menu QR code (I had to go outside to see the menu). Poor service (we ordered a €35 sparkling wine and it was served poorly: it was opened and left on the table). Good pizza.

14/09/2025: I'll start by saying that I don't usually write reviews; I do them when I want to praise a place or when (as in this case) the overall rating on Google is very different from my experience. We booked a table for three people for 9:15 PM and showed up on time. No one at the front desk knew about our reservation, but our order was taken half an hour after we arrived. Well, we ate our pizza two hours after arriving (close to closing time), while other people decided to leave in the meantime. Given that, being there for the first time, we wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just one of those classic nights where everything goes to pieces and there's little to manage, what really went wrong? 1. In the middle of our wait, we were told that our pizzas would exceptionally arrive early, in about five minutes (and they arrived an hour later). 2. There was considerable discomfort between us and the waiters, and this was obvious, but there are alternatives to sterile, albeit well-intentioned, apologies (offering a coffee at the end of the meal, a dessert, or whatever). Well, these last two points differentiate the good management of a bad evening from a careless and improvised one. And it's a shame, because the foundations for offering a welcoming place and high-quality food are there.

06/12/2025: One of Naples' "Art" stations. Frequented by Neapolitan university students, it is clean, organized, and welcoming. The artworks adorning the central atrium are modern, conceptual, and difficult to understand, and perhaps for this very reason, they are so admired. Personally, I find the artworks in Toledo station magnificent.

23/12/2025: For next time, I would appreciate it if he could give me a receipt so I could understand how the total is calculated because the guy did the math with the calculator and then gave me a receipt only for the total, taking away my chance to calmly check if I paid the right amount!

18/12/2025: Excellent pizza with exceptional dough, and the homemade potato croquettes are also delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming.

01/02/2026: We had booked in advance, but when we arrived, they told us there were no tables available. They made us wait for over an hour standing outside. The pizza was good, but not good enough to justify the wait and the confusion. I hope you'll improve your reservation management and service, because right now it's not living up to expectations.

09/03/2026: Authentic Neapolitan pizza, plus all the fried foods you can imagine, right in the heart of Spaccanapoli. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended!

16/06/2025: Thank you for making our weekend visit to Salerno exceptional. Walked in late with no reservation and we were treated with respect and kindness. Of course that’s secondary to the fresh seafood and homemade pasta all in a relaxed environment with friendly staff. Perfect place to enjoy some quality family time after a long day at the beach!

30/11/2025: Barrier-free hotel with no elevator; bathroom with shower stall missing a door; leaky toilet; cold room; tiny breakfast room with only two tables (minimal desserts) and closed at 7:40 AM (so we left and had to give up). Parking is difficult, but the hotel is close to the city center.

02/11/2025: I stayed at this hotel for one night and was really satisfied! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, just steps from the main tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and all the necessary amenities.

13/01/2026: Update: It closed inexplicably. What a shame!! I could have easily given 5 stars to a pizzeria serving well-fried fried food and traditional but well-made pizza, if it weren't for the service staff's failure to communicate that the artichokes, a key feature of one of their pizzas on the menu and many others that include them, were out of stock and replaced with "vulgar" artichokes in oil. If an ingredient is missing, you have to let them know. The world is full of sloppy pizzerias; if you want to stand out, you have to focus on the details. Special mention goes to one waiter who, using various excuses, avoided contacting me with the "boss." He obviously failed.
