30/11/2025: Barrier-free hotel with no elevator; bathroom with shower stall missing a door; leaky toilet; cold room; tiny breakfast room with only two tables (minimal desserts) and closed at 7:40 AM (so we left and had to give up). Parking is difficult, but the hotel is close to the city center.

02/11/2025: I stayed at this hotel for one night and was really satisfied! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, just steps from the main tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and all the necessary amenities.

25/08/2025: Excellent pizza at Fonzis... I stopped in Cava for work and found a pizzeria that didn't make me miss the "Neapolitan" ones.

18/10/2025: Restaurant in the ghost town of old Apice, expectations were high. Difficulty viewing the menu QR code (I had to go outside to see the menu). Poor service (we ordered a €35 sparkling wine and it was served poorly: it was opened and left on the table). Good pizza.

14/09/2025: I'll start by saying that I don't usually write reviews; I do them when I want to praise a place or when (as in this case) the overall rating on Google is very different from my experience. We booked a table for three people for 9:15 PM and showed up on time. No one at the front desk knew about our reservation, but our order was taken half an hour after we arrived. Well, we ate our pizza two hours after arriving (close to closing time), while other people decided to leave in the meantime. Given that, being there for the first time, we wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just one of those classic nights where everything goes to pieces and there's little to manage, what really went wrong? 1. In the middle of our wait, we were told that our pizzas would exceptionally arrive early, in about five minutes (and they arrived an hour later). 2. There was considerable discomfort between us and the waiters, and this was obvious, but there are alternatives to sterile, albeit well-intentioned, apologies (offering a coffee at the end of the meal, a dessert, or whatever). Well, these last two points differentiate the good management of a bad evening from a careless and improvised one. And it's a shame, because the foundations for offering a welcoming place and high-quality food are there.

17/09/2025: It was a terrible experience. We were looking for a nice restaurant with a view for lunch, and we had just come back from a boat trip, meaning we weren't dressed up, and we felt judged. The waitress who served us was friendly, but it was very difficult to get their attention. We ordered ravioli and spaghetti, and they were okay; there was nothing special considering the price charged. I've even had better food in small restaurants in Naples. The biggest problem was when it came time to pay. The waiter who brought the bill was the youngest and, with an air of superiority, seemed to want to embarrass us. He took my husband's card and started saying it wasn't going through. I asked him to put mine in, but I didn't hand over my card and asked for the card machine, and it went through normally. Later, we saw with the card that the store itself had canceled the card payment attempts. I do not recommend it!

23/12/2025: For next time, I would appreciate it if he could give me a receipt so I could understand how the total is calculated because the guy did the math with the calculator and then gave me a receipt only for the total, taking away my chance to calmly check if I paid the right amount!

18/12/2025: Excellent pizza with exceptional dough, and the homemade potato croquettes are also delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming.

11/02/2026: I had a good experience, even though the pizza wasn't what I was looking for. The staff were friendly and professional, and the food was good.

25/09/2025: I was here yesterday for a dear friend's baby shower, and it was a wonderful discovery! A lovely, welcoming place, perfect for events with children: plenty of space, a relaxed atmosphere, and everything was very well-kept.

18/09/2025: I was here for a birthday and I have to say I was quite surprised by the place. The lady who served us was very kind and friendly. The fried foods were delicious, and we really enjoyed the pizza. Kudos to the expertly made fried pizza, not too greasy, but nice and full and flavorful.

19/08/2025: An Italian-French restaurant in Sorbo Serpico We happened upon this delightful restaurant by chance on the August bank holiday. To our surprise, we discovered that the owners and chef are both Italian and French. We sat down and were surrounded by great hospitality, in an oasis of tranquility, courtesy, and kindness. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with just the right amount of flavor, and in a general context that emphasizes the use of salt, it allowed the flavors of the ingredients to shine through without altering their taste. I really enjoyed the escargots, which are hard to find in Italy. I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect blend of gorgonzola and porcini mushrooms, which allowed you to appreciate the flavor of pasta cooked just right al dente. The filet mignon was also excellent, with a mustard sauce that was well-balanced in flavor and saltiness. For dessert: we expected the crème brûlée, which is on the menu, but unfortunately it wasn't available. The baba we were served was a bit disappointing, both for the little-to-no rum-based syrup and the unusual plating, with honey and sprinkles (!) We discovered they also make fondue, and we've made plans to return to try it. A pleasant experience, with light and easily digestible dishes. Highly recommended.

14/02/2026: One of the most squalid things in life is dealing with people who are not very serious. I order a pizza delivery and they tell me in half an hour I'll be at your place. After 2 hours, no one shows up in those two hours. I've called 4 times but it's always lies. I want to understand that it's Saturday but you don't behave like that with people. I was also a customer but who's open is always you. Remove the address. It's not your business.

24/01/2026: I've never been there in person, but tonight I ordered via the app and I have to say I was extremely disappointed: I placed the order at 6:40 PM with delivery scheduled for 8:30 PM. I understand that Saturday is a special day and I respect other people's work, but it's also not fair to deliver the two pizzas at 9:55 PM, practically an hour and a half late. Furthermore, the app notified me at 9:25 PM that the pizzas had left but that the delivery driver (with a service managed directly by the pizzeria) would make other deliveries before me. The result was that the pizzas arrived cold because they were now a good half hour old. Finally, the pizzas were small and with little toppings, but that was the least of the problems. I should point out that the pizzeria is located 2.3 km from my house. A horrible experience.

21/03/2026: I had a party at this location. The staff was excellent and professional, the food was delicious, and there was plenty of parking. Poolside photo opportunities are available. I recommend it for your events or just a simple dinner.
