17/10/2025: Impeccable from day one - Sublime Pizza As promised, here I am with a top-notch review (well deserved) for my favorite pizzeria. I've been a loyal Vanacore customer for over four years now. When we say "tonight's pizza" on Saturdays, that means Vanacore. The pizza is evenly cooked, truly beautiful, and every bite is an explosion of flavor, including the crust, whose crunch (unique to Vanacore) never gets old. The selection of ingredients (of the highest quality) is made with the utmost care, and they are cooked to perfection to ensure a perfect final balance of flavors. The ingredients on the pizza are plentiful, never too many or too few. The menu changes seasonally, and each time they create unique flavors (which is a shame when the menu changes a little 😂). The service is excellent; everyone is very friendly, kind, and pleasant, open to giving and receiving advice, and attentive to their customers. I can confidently say that in these four years there's never been a mistake, not even a single word like "a part of the crust was a little burned" or that the pizza disappointed me a little. 18/10/2025: On our way back to Calabria, we stopped for a break. The place was lovely, and the people were very kind. The food was excellent and authentic. It's a shame it was evening and we couldn't enjoy the view of the town. We'll definitely do it again. See you soon.
