26/05/2026: I stayed at Cefalo again this year with my family, a must-see for us, and I must say we were even more impressed this time! The hotel has been extensively renovated since our last visit: elegant, bright spaces, and meticulous attention to detail. You immediately sense the great attention to design, furnishings, and atmosphere, without ever being overdone. The rooms are impeccable, very welcoming, and offer a truly wonderful view of the bay. From the moment we checked in, we found the staff extremely attentive and helpful: they made us feel welcomed and cared for in every need, with a level of customer service that is increasingly rare these days (special thanks to Nicole and her family). For dinner, we returned to the restaurant, which maintains its exceptionally high standard every year. Before dinner, we stopped at the bar for an aperitif: well-crafted, balanced, and carefully prepared cocktails were truly delightful. The seafood cuisine once again met all our expectations: the freshest fish and dishes meticulously prepared in both flavor and presentation. The seafood caprese with Punta Licosa shrimp was undoubtedly the dish that won us over the most, along with the fava bean and shrimp gnocchi—soft, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Attentive, fast, and always friendly service, never intrusive or rushed. A truly successful return from every perspective. Highly recommended.

13/07/2026: We haven't had this much fun in years! The restaurant is probably dated judging by the outside, but don't hesitate, step through the door without hesitation. If you trust him, you'll discover the friendliness and originality of the owner, Mr. "Pepino," who transforms this restaurant into a magical place! We were touring on our motorcycle, having come to Caposele to visit the "Museo delle acque," located nearby (go there), and it was only by chance that we stopped here. You'll find set menus for €25 or €30 of meat and fish (with huge, generous portions) or à la carte options. Then, while you eat, Peppino will engage you in his rousing karaoke. If you don't like it, just ask for a seat in the quieter room next door. We'll definitely be back!!

12/07/2026: Food, home, and... golden throats: the ultimate experience! ​Let's face it: if your only goal in life is to gorge on a plate of pasta for lunch, the area is full of authentic restaurants with the same dishes and the same prices. But if you're looking for hardcore authenticity, the kind that makes you feel so at home you'll almost get up to wash the dishes... well, this is the only place on the map. ​Why it deserves 5 stars: The Owner: A delightful, friendly person with such infectious generosity that by the end, you'll feel like you've known him all your life. ​Authentic Karaoke: Yes, there's karaoke too. But forget about the fake, glossy stuff: everything here is wonderfully authentic, an added value that transforms lunch into a concert (with mixed, but beautiful, results). ​Congratulations, we had a blast. If you're looking for the same boring lunch, look elsewhere!

12/05/2026: A casual but nice place. The gin and tonics were more expensive than the price list and were awful. I don't know which was worse, the flat tonic water or the fake gin. Most of the time, they took the glass out of my hand while I was writing the review...ktm

07/06/2026: We ordered a Japanese pork cutlet ，but it was just a very thin slice of meat with no side dishes. We also ordered a bowl of rice, and we were only told the price at checkout, where it turned out to be €7.50. We felt this was quite expensive and not clearly communicated in advance.

02/11/2025: While visiting the beautiful Royal Palace of Caserta, we found ourselves at this pizzeria across from the hotel we booked. The area is very well served and is about 800 meters from the Royal Palace. The staff was kind and courteous, so much so that even after a short wait, they would come to our table to check on us. That said, the pizzas were delicious and light. We ordered several flavors, and the prices were more than fair. Finally, we ordered the straccetti with Nutella, which were truly delicious. In short, if I were in the area again, I would definitely go back!

21/10/2025: If you're vegan or vegetarian, you can't miss it. The turbaned chef awaits you with sweetness and smiles, leading you to eat with your eyes, nose, and mouth on a tasteful journey through simple dishes, made with garden produce, carefully sourced and assembled with love and skill. Pizza for every taste, a crumbly dough that melts in your mouth. You'll have to try it to believe it.

25/06/2026: We spent a truly enjoyable evening at this restaurant in Castelfranci. The dishes were carefully prepared and full of authentic flavors. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pasta, garnished with fresh basil leaves that perfumed the entire dish. Every course was a discovery. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the dessert, dusted with powdered sugar, was the perfect end to this meal. We will definitely return to try other local specialties.

13/06/2026: We came a few days ago and were served by Mara, a very kind girl who gave us such good advice that we came back that evening and she was there again! We trusted her and she gave us good advice again, we'll be back soon! Everything was delicious!!!

19/02/2026: Recently renovated, with new and complete furnishings. A touch of chic. It's a shame there's no elevator and the stairs are narrow. During low season, breakfast isn't available in the hotel, but at a café across the street. Very central location, with obvious parking difficulties.

04/05/2026: Thanks to our friends who brought us here!! We had a wonderful discovery of this restaurant with a beautiful view overlooking the sea! The seafood dishes are delicious! This is the first time I've tried calamari gratin and I loved it! We also enjoyed the first courses and appetizers! If you want to sit outside, book in advance 😁 Extensive menu with lots of choices! We'll be back.

19/04/2026: It's no easy task to wow my eighty-two-year-old aunt, but at Magna Grecia they succeeded. They satisfied us in every way, offering impeccable service. The spaghetti allo scarpariello was mouth-watering, and even though I can't stomach tomatoes, I had no problems whatsoever. The vegetables and ingredients were incredibly fresh, high-quality, and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, we were just passing through; if this were a place near me, I'd be a regular. The aperitivo they offer is also tempting. True, the location doesn't have a sea view, but you can't have everything. I highly recommend it as a stop before visiting Paestum. Finally, the price was super fair for the quality and service received. 10 out of 10.
