Un bellissimo palazzo nobiliare trasformato in ristorante ! Un proprietario, Francesco, che rende affascinante tutta l’atmosfera grazie al suo savoir-faire e preparazione! Prodotti di altissima qualità… ricerca di sapori del territorio! Abbiamo cenato in un ambiente caldo e rilassante! L’unico appunto è sulla cucina per CELIACI! Meravigliosa esperienza per una cena con amici ed in famiglia in un luogo incantevole egregiamente gestito dall’impareggiabile Francesco, affiancato da personale gentile e sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Una cucina di alto livello che rispetta e porta avanti la tradizione culinaria irpina, a cui mi permetto di suggerire di aggiungere, sempre distinguendosi con l’innovazione di ricette ed impiattamento, anche altre portare a base di materie prime d’eccellenza della nostra Irpinia… ad esempio di cinghiale, pulieo, castagne, nocciole, fusillo avellinese, o funghi porcini. Abbiamo gustato pietanze eccellenti. Vivamente consigliato anche per l’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo di elevata eccellenza.
