08/01/2026: I went to L'Oste d'Arberia a few days ago for lunch with friends. Calling it a restaurant is an understatement: the attention the entire staff showed us, from the welcome to the tour of the entire establishment, was something that went beyond the food. The menu follows seasonality, and each dish, conceived and presented with passion, expresses the local area in which this establishment is immersed. It goes without saying, of course, that everything was excellent. I will absolutely return.

10/01/2026: We chose Agriturismo Mancaro for our son's first birthday, and we couldn't have made a better choice. It was a perfect day in every way, despite the terrible weather outside... which was about to snow! The food was the real star: rarely is every single course at an event so carefully crafted. From appetizers to dessert, everything was truly delicious and prepared with quality ingredients, earning sincere compliments from all our guests. A heartfelt thank you to the staff, who were exceptionally kind and helpful, making us feel at home and managing every moment of the party with utmost professionalism. If you're looking for a place where the beauty of the location combines with excellent cuisine for your special moments, this is the place. We'll definitely be back! 01/01/2026: My wife and I had lunch on Christmas Day 2025 with other relatives. There were about fifteen of us in total. The dishes were excellent, the service was impeccable and meticulous, and the waiters were very kind and welcoming. The location was truly meticulously designed, and the view was breathtaking. Highly recommended.

15/03/2026: For our lunch today, we chose the agriturismo with the highest Google rating, even though we were about an hour and a quarter away... and we were right! A place immersed in the Pollino nature. Kind and friendly owners. Food is completely local, generous portions. Everything is truly DELICIOUS! We promised ourselves we'd return not only for lunch, but also to stay overnight. Plus, the property organizes a variety of activities, such as trekking, rafting on the Lao River, and an adventure park. The dog Gianfilippo is especially noteworthy ♥️, super sweet and cuddly. 02/03/2026: Weekend in Camigliatello. Saturday evening we decided to dine at the Falcone sisters. The restaurant is small (25-30 seats) but has a lovely atmosphere. The products are of the highest quality, and the owners are incredibly kind. They also have an interesting and local wine list (I highly recommend the Muranera!). The prices, considering the quality of the products, are absolutely in line. I would definitely go back. Highly recommended!!

03/01/2026: I've been a customer at the bar for a while now, and I don't understand why people complain about the service charge. The girl is always kind and polite, clearing the table every time a new customer comes in. The place is heated, so it's normal for there to be a charge for prompt, accurate service. In some bars in Cosenza, I've had them hand me a croissant; I've had to carry it to the table myself, and the tables are often dirty with the previous customer's crumbs. And if they have tables outside, well, there are often pigeons happily feasting there. At Bar Dante, I ate in a clean, warm setting, and was treated kindly. The croissants and pastries are unquestionable; they're top-notch.

11/03/2026: Near Alargon Castle, this restaurant has a small but well-maintained and clean atmosphere. No complaints, and parking is convenient because it's right next to the restaurant. The prices are fair, perfectly in line with the offerings. A lovely dinner for a refined palate! Recommended.

17/02/2026: View of the ancient castle, large window, parking and garden, top food, attentive staff and a small, well-kept place. I recommend it to anyone who loves good food. I wasn't going because of the negative reviews, but they smelled more of frustration than knowledge. You pay for fish and professionalism, the prices are fair. Recommended. We will definitely be back.

14/02/2026: At this AL TAGLIO pizzeria, you'll find the time-honored flavor of pan pizza: long leavening and fresh local ingredients. Every time I'm in Castrovillari, I can't help but have dinner... Highly recommended. Small drawback: The place is small and you have to eat standing up. Mainly takeout.

Excellent pizzas, but the cover charge is steep at €2.50 (this isn't Positano), and quick service, but with a few oversights... I don't recommend online reservations since not everyone is social... P.S.: They could also accept phone reservations.

04/01/2026: Excellent food, and quick, efficient service. The only negative is the live music, which was quite loud; a lower volume would have definitely been more relaxing. Overall, an experience worth repeating.

18/10/2025: I was there in August. I wanted to try the fried food, both the arancini and the montanare. Everything was very mediocre. The pizzas that were passing by were probably better. Too bad. The service wasn't the best either.
