17/08/2025: We spent three wonderful days at this agriturismo with friends. The atmosphere was truly special: everything was family-run, and the food was exceptional, all prepared with their own locally sourced produce. During our stay, we participated in the agriturismo's organized activities, such as rafting and an adventure park. An authentic place, surrounded by nature, with good food and a warm welcome. Highly recommended!

26/08/2025: On my way back from my vacation in Sicily, dinner time was approaching, so I started searching Google for a place along the road where I could eat. I found this place, and the photos already looked promising, and this was further confirmed when I ate the delicious pizza, washed down with the fantastic CALA craft beer. What can I say? If I'm ever passing through, since I live in Abruzzo, I'll definitely know where to stop for lunch. Congratulations on everything.

26/08/2025: Excellent quality pizzas, on par with the best pizzerias in Naples, and excellent service: friendly, fast, and efficient. Many compliments and a couple of small suggestions: have the elevator repaired, also to make it easier for those who have difficulty climbing stairs, and, above all, the (very pleasant) atmosphere is too noisy, due to the loud voices of customers and the lack of acoustic treatment. It's worth considering a solution to make consuming your specialties even more enjoyable.

11/08/2025: SANIZZO The Professor's warm welcome, the true soul of the place, makes you feel at home, creating a light and pleasant atmosphere. The food is extraordinary, truly SANIZZO, hence the title of this review. Perfectly prepared. A special mention for the Professor's paccheri bomba.

10/08/2025: A small bistro in Camigliatello run by the Falcone family, with ties to the town's well-known butcher shop. Typical local products, mostly homemade, are of good quality but not always up to the asking price. For dinner, the excellent cured meats and cheese appetizer with creamy ricotta, and the less than stellar grilled caciocavallo burger, are excellent. The prices are very high (for example, a glass of wine costs €8-9), which is difficult to justify given the direct provenance of the ingredients. One negative note about the service: one of the management members, who also takes orders, is a bit too pushy when it comes to choosing what to order. He tries to be friendly, but ends up intimidating and confusing both the customers and the waitress, who otherwise works hard. However, the professionalism of one of the owners, who stepped in to restore calm and ensure the dinner continues in a more relaxed manner, is commendable.

16/07/2025: A very nice place right in the city center. A friend and I had an aperitif: excellent wine, which we paired with delicious homemade fries. The staff is friendly and very attentive.

12/07/2025: A real gem... in the center of town. Extensive menu with local products. As a celiac, I'm very pleased with all the options that can be converted to gluten-free. Even the dessert. Everything was excellent. The staff was very kind, especially Giovanni, who gave us excellent advice.

29/07/2025: I sapori tradizionali esaltati in una location piccola ma affascinante, nel cuore del centro storico di Rossano. Torno, a distanza di due anni, e confermo il giudizio ampiamente positivo della prima esperienza. Servizio premuroso in sala, menu corto di alta qualità ben esposto sulla lavagnetta all'ingresso, discreta cantina, prezzi onesti. Si sta veramente bene qui. La signora Achiropita è una "padrona di casa" impeccabile, pronta a consigliare per il meglio. Ottimo l'antipasto caldo freddo (da segnalare ancora una volta gli ortaggi al pane profumato con aglio e menta, la sardella da spalmare sul pane e le eccellenti polpette di melanzane), da urlo le alici "scattiate" in padella con pepe dolce, molto buona la pasta con le acciughe. Gustosi cantuccini e i bocconotti. Si va via con la certezza di aver trascorso un paio d'ore di relax, assaggiando piatti ben preparati, con ingredienti di qualità, spendendo il giusto. Continuate così.

17/07/2025: Excellent food, pleasant conversation with the hostess. All the dishes were noteworthy. Not like many restaurants where they only serve bland food. A pleasant discovery in this country. A positive note on our trip to Calabria.

28/08/2025: Fabulous trattoria. Typical Cosenza cuisine, well-prepared, with quality ingredients, generous portions, and below-average prices. The staff is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and kind, with a passion for their work. The selection of refined bitters is also excellent, showcasing the excellence of their region. Absolutely a must-try for Cosenza cuisine!

31/05/2025: I had been missing for a while, impeccable service and welcome, fabulous appetizer, pizza and dessert.

20/07/2025: This restaurant enjoys a unique location with a splendid view of the village and the sea. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, and you'll immediately want to return to see, or see again, the Roseto sea at sunset, where the sky and sea blend together. The staff is extremely friendly, and the dishes are prepared by combining tradition with a pleasant touch of innovation. The dishes are limited, but made with fresh, high-quality ingredients; the slow-cooked pork cheek and the orecchiette with mussel pesto and crumbled taralli are delicious.

20/07/2025: Returning to this restaurant for the second time a week later, we once again had excellent food and a wonderful welcome. My frisella montanara was delicious, and my wife's Calabrese mussel soup was tasty and fresh, as was everything else. We washed it down with an excellent Calabrian wine. The service was attentive and very friendly. Compliments to the chef and management. Highly recommended!
