I've been a customer at the bar for a while now, and I don't understand why people complain about the service charge. The girl is always kind and polite, clearing the table every time a new customer comes in. The place is heated, so it's normal for there to be a charge for prompt, accurate service. In some bars in Cosenza, I've had them hand me a croissant; I've had to carry it to the table myself, and the tables are often dirty with the previous customer's crumbs. And if they have tables outside, well, there are often pigeons happily feasting there. At Bar Dante, I ate in a clean, warm setting, and was treated kindly. The croissants and pastries are unquestionable; they're top-notch.
