21/02/2026: Thanks to a friend's recommendation, today, February 21st, after a wonderful morning in the mountains, we decided to stop here for lunch... and it was a fantastic discovery! There were nine of us, and we were greeted with a kindness and professionalism that are not at all taken for granted these days. The owner, young but incredibly talented in the kitchen, shows passion, care, and expertise in every dish. His partner, equally kind and attentive, makes you feel right at home. We ate wonderfully: exceptional first courses, truly tasty second courses, quality ingredients, and generous portions (always a pleasure!). The house rosé wine? Simply fabulous, perfect with lunch. You can see there's real commitment behind this place. Knowing they've only been running it for a year makes it all the more admirable: they're doing an extraordinary job. 15/02/2026: I went to try the traditional pork "frittule." I have to say, everything was excellent, with quality ingredients and traditional flavors. Just as a true farmhouse should be. See you next time...
